Position controls are very important in semiconductor manufacturing devices, machine tools precision measuring instruments, etc. In this paper, a novel encoder of digital and analog hybrid type is proposed. It is shown that from this experiment a high-resolution angle measurement device can be designed by a low cost incremental encoder.

In a motor driving, the current rate is directly related to the rate of a switching device and in cost reduction, the parallel switching operation is the alternatives because It has the smaller current rate through current 야vision There are many Investigations for the parallel switching operations to equaling the current division However It remains many problems for practical usage The reason is that the switching characteristics are mainly relied on the different saturation voltage of each device etc. and these factors are not altered by circuit designer In order to compensate this problem, a proper resistance is experimently Inserted to the switching device But this method can not be the optimal solution Therefore this paper proposes a new parallel operation which uses a parallel phase winding to remove the traditional effect of switching device such as saturation voltage according to the division of current Also the reliable and stable driving is Improved through experiments and the detailed principles

This paper describes a method of approximate reasoning for fuzzy control of servo system, based on decomposition of α-level fuzzy sets. It is propose that logic circuits for fuzzy PI+PD are a body from fuzzy inference to defuzzificaion in cases where the output variable u directly is generated PWM. The effectiveness for robust and faster response of the fuzzy control scheme is verified for a variable parameter by comparison with a PID control and fuzzy control. A position control of DC servo system with a fuzzy logic controller successfully demonstrated.

This paper presents characteristics of SynRM(Synchronous Reluctance Motor) that is compared with a high speed induction motor. SynRM is much suitable for high speed electric machines because of structural robustness. There are many kinds of SynRM according to the shape of rotors. Particularly, axially laminated anisotropic (ALA) rotor is suitable for high speed instruments. Characteristics of SynRM with ALA rotor is obtained from a governing voltage and torque equation mainly composed of d-axis and q-axis inductance that will be identified with finite element method.

South Korea is rapidly becoming an aging society, and moreover, there is an increasing number of the handicapped by congenital or acquired causes, wherewith there has been a growing interest in rehab medicine industry and rehab training. Hereat, this study was conducted to develop the design of bike-type rehab equipment. In line with it, an investigation was made into the problems of healthcare designs and bike-rehab training, and then the bike-type rehab equipment was evaluated with regard to its usability and applicability, from the perspective of rehab patients. After an ergonomic analysis was made of Koreans’ physical characteristics, a cluster analysis was made of 54 samples, bike-type rehab devices made by 5 companies, in addition to a trend analysis on shapes and colors. Based on the results, idea sketches were evaluated in twice and the design was created with 3D modeling. The proposed designs were evaluated by 10 rehab-device indexes, wherefrom the most ideal proposal was selected. Then, a prototype was made as designed and its usability was evaluated by rehab patients. The last step was to correct and compensate the problems and defects detected in the process of usability evaluation, and the final prototype came out on this wise.
