본 연구에서는 전기ㆍ전자산업과 자동차산업 해외투자기업 634사의 1999-2010년간 기업패널자료를 이용하여 해외직접투자가 국내 고용에 미치는 영향을 계량모형을 통해 실증 분석하였다. FDI가 국내 고용에 미치는 효과를 생산시설의 국외 이전 및 국내투자 감소로 인한 직접효과와 최종재 수출대체, 기업내 중간재 수출과 역수입 등 FDI로 인한 무역변동에 따른 간접효과로 구분하고 동태적 패널모형을 시스템 GMM(system generalized method-of-moments) 추정법으로 분석하였다. 전기ㆍ전자산업에서는 FDI의 직접효과와 해외생산법인으로부터의 역수입 증가에 따른 간접효과가 모두 국내 고용을 감소시킨 것으로 추정되었다. 자동차산업에서는 직접효과가 고용을 감소시켰지만, 간접효과에서는 현지법인에 대한 중간재 수출 증가가 고용을 증가시킨 것으로 추정되었다. 하지만 직접효과로 인한 고용감소가 간접효과로 인한 고용증가보다 더 커 국내 고용에 부정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 실증결과로부터 국내고용에 미치는 FDI의 부정적 효과를 최소화하는 고용보호대책과 현지법인으로부터의 역수입 증가와 중간재 현지조달에 대비하여 국내 부품소재산업의 경쟁력 강화와 숙련향상정책이 요구된다는 함의를 얻고 있다.

While Korean Consititutional Law guarantees all citizens the property right, it permits to restrict this right for public necessities. However, Korean Constitutional Law has a clause that the restriction should be made by law and compensation thereof shall be paid. But in case of urban planning intervention, the government exercises the restriction without compensation for it. It is questionable that the government can force the landlord to accept all disadvantage for public necessities without payign proper compensation. The theoretical apporoaches to solve this problem are based on the principles of equality and guarantee of private right in the Constitutional Law. The contents of this study are as follows. A. The explain for the content of urban planning intervention. B. Whether urban planning intervention is correspond to special sacrifice. C. What is legal basis of compensation for urban planning intervention. D. Conclude. The compensation for urban planning intervention should be admitted and the theory concerning this should be set up through further studies.

This paper aims to review the cause of global financial crisis with respect to the financialization of economy and advent of finance-led capitalism since 1980. The financial crisis and the preceding bubble in US economy have also cast a light on the social economic transformation wrought by financialization. Financial institutions have become adept at profit‐making through mediating transactions in open financial markets, that is, investment banking system. In an investment banking system where balance sheets are continuously marked to market, asset price changes show up immediately in changes in net worth. Marked-to-market leverage is strongly procyclical in the lender-trader model. The financial sector has also become capable of extracting profit directly out of wages and salaries, a process called financial expropriation. The combination of financial expropriation and investment banking catalysed the global financial crisis that began in 2008. 본 연구에서는 1980년대 신자유주의시대의 도래 이후 진행되어온 금융화와 금융주도 자본주의의 성격을 글로벌 금융위기에 비추어 검토하는 것이 목적이다. 이에따라 금융위기의 구조적 성격에 주목하는 포스트케인스주의, 급진파 정치경제학,마르크스주의 금융경제학적 접근을 중심으로 금융위기의 원인을 둘러싼 논의를 검토하였다. 금융화가 실물투자의 정체를 낳는다는 케인스주의의 금융화테제와 실물부문의 정체가 금융화를 낳는다는 URPE 급진파 정치경제학의 정체화 테제의 예상과 달리 실물투자와 이윤율이 아니라 가계부문의 소비와 금융부문의 부채비율이글로벌 금융위기를 설명하는 핵심 변수로 나타났다. 이와 같은 부채비율의 급속한증가는 비유동적 자산의 증권화와 부채를 이용한 고유계정거래를 통한 투자은행의차입거래자(lender-trader)모델과 가계의 소비지출에 개입하여 이윤을 추출하는 금융의 새로운 축적양식을 낳은 신자유주의적 금융화의 산물로 파악된다. 이로부터 금융주도 자본주의의 역사적 성격은 축적의 정체성보다는 축적의 불안정성과 금융의약탈성에서 찾을 수 있다는 결론을 얻고 있다.

The physical activity of human has typical characteristics according to the age. That is to say, the people's characteristics in the fields of culture, ideology, philisophy, style of life, etc. are decisive in building up the physical activity. We can find the historic event worthwhile to represent the age among the various activity being created, developped and positively done in the process of lives of people. Especially, the physical activity and ideology are used for the important document to prove the national characteristics of the age. Therefore, the traditional physlcal activity as the customs of times and seasons in the latter period of Chosun epoch will be the important document for the development of physical education. The plays recorded in the papers book of 〈Korean Manners and Customs〉are various ; there are flying of a kite, playing with a toy pinwheel, swinging, etc. in the field of individual play and there are the plays mainly using the tools in the field of croup play, for example flying of kites, playing with toyes pinwheel, sccsawing. Sirum, shooting with arrow, etc. Besides people made collective plays like mock fights with stone missiles, tug of war, etc. in dividing into teams in a village or playing sides village vs. The results of the study of the above mentioned plays are as under. First, the plays as the 〈Korean Manners and Customs〉are various. Sirum, shooting with arrow, swinging, tug of war, etc. were done on a national scale. These plays functioned as a leading role to raise the local patriotism and interdependence in the society of agriculture. Second, the traditional physical activity came from the ceremony of fortunetelling the rich or poor harvest of the year and it was developed the amusing play of general public. It was originally the basic activity of people but it was transformed and developed into the functional game simple or complicated. Third, the plays having the chracteristics of came were popular in the latter period of Chosen epoch. They were the traditional physical activity the latter period of Chosun epoch and the modern times. The plays are meaningful as the basic document of the establishment of institutionalized game rule. Fourth, the physical activity as the 〈Korean Manners and Customs〉has the meaning in the view of the national physical education and are important for the traditional physical culture through the promotion of the racial characteristics and cooperation. After modern times, we have neglected the traditional physical activity because of the great inflow of western culture into our lives. But, we have to develop the model of traditional plays that are suitable of our chmate and restore the traditional physical activity as the 〈Korean Manners and Customs〉.
