        도시정비사업 과정에서 나타난 갈등구조 분석

        The resulting deliverables of administration-led urban policies and accompanying redevelopment projects, which were implemented in designated areas to areas to address the apparent decline of the city center and issues associated with the vicinity, are causing problems during the implementation process and are showing complex social issues. The paradigm of ‘regional development’ is being transformed from physical development to improvement of quality of life and acquisition of community conditions. To this end, the purpose of this study is to ? by selecting urban regeneration cases among redevelopment districts where variety of issues are currently arising ?examine factors of conflicts (subject, event and timing) that have occurred within redevelopment and urban regeneration urban policies, and analyze the structures and provide suggestions for the associated urban policies in the future. As the results of analysis of conflicts based on total 3 periodizations, conflict structures of 11 cases were seen, and results of deriving the causes of conflicts for each period were ‘solution of foundation stage in redevelopment project were incomplete’, ‘uniformity of methods in redevelopment project’, ‘lack of expertise in union members’, ‘unacceptable infrastructure and construction activities.,’ ‘harmful effects on civilian-oriented redevelopment projects.’ ‘lack of expert and organization in urban regeneration project’, ‘lack of expertise about regeneration project in residents’, and ‘lack of support and integrated system in urban regeneration project’ etc. Thus, this study proposed 6 suggestions that are to be considered in the implementation of urban policy projects related to redevelopment projects. This study differentiate itself from previous studies based on the fact that conflict cases of urban regeneration districts were examined by combining project entities with implementation process of urban regeneration. However, there are shortcomings that are manifested in the qualitative process as conclusions were derived based on interviews.

        취락지구의 계획기반시설 가치 측정을 위한 사용자 지불의사 분석 -청주시 자연취락지구 지구단위계획을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze the corresponding residents` benefit to get in the future from the district unit plan of the settlement zone by Cheongju local government. The target districts were selected as Gumdeong-gol district, Juseong district, and Shinmok-gol district, and Hyeonam district which had recently set their district unit plans. Specific targets to be analyzed were some infrastructure including roads, parking lots, parks and others. Using the analysis methods of the Logit model and non-parametric test approach, this study estimated to the average amounts to be willingly paid(WTP) by the residents in targeting settlement zones and tested the reliability of the average amounts of WTP. The results of analysis were as follows. First, it was found that the WTPs for infrastructure under 1st influence area in target districts were estimated as 5,233won for road, 2,826won for parking lot, and 3,705won for park respectively. For the WTPs for infrastructure under 1nd area were estimated as 4,910 won for road, 2,242won for parking lot, and 3,620won for park respectively. Second, as the result of calculating the non-parametric WTP which built the 95% confidence interval, it was found that the all WTPs except the WTP for parking lot were fell into the 95% confidence interval. Third, as the result of calculating yearly total sum of benefits that the residents would get from the 1st influence area and the 2nd influence area, it was found that Gumdeong-gol district were expected to get 62,376,472won-amounted benefits, and Juseong district, and Shinmok-gol district, and Hyeonam district would get 35,0778,016won, 26,886,560won, and 22,252,032won respectively.

        쇠퇴주거지의 예술매개 도시재생 프로그램에 대한 화폐가치 분석 - 청주시 사직2동을 중심으로 -

        The goal of this paper is to assess the monetary value of each of the programs, by estimating the amount of willingnessto- pay for the urban regeneration programs that are being carried out in the art media space. Using the Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheongju that is undergoing urban regeneration through 4 art mediated programs as the subject of this study, the monetary value was calculated through a contingent valuation method (CVM) that used double double-bounded question method. As a result of the analysis, the amount of willingness-to-pay for urban regeneration programs was found to be 36,250 won monthly average per household and, when this was converted to reflect all the households in the Sajik 2-dong area, the amount was estimated to be approximately 117 million won. In addition, in the case of the respondents who have experienced such programs, the amount of willingness-to-pay was found to be monthly average wise 12,880 won higher than those respondents who have not. As a result of the measurement of values based on art mediated urban regeneration programs, the Byeol-ddong-dae for children culture exploration program showed as having the highest value, followed by the local resident festival program, street puppet program and the resident autobiography program.

        The governance for building Wonheungi Eco-Park in Cheong-ju City is considered as the representative case that solved social conflict through interaction and coordination among stakeholder who have different opinions. This purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of network group by analyzing important events happened during the building process ofWonheungi Eco-Park in Cheong-ju city. For the investigation, this study deducted an ideal frame of organization in progressive levels through surveys on experts andmeasured levels of diversity of the stakeholders and governance during the building process ofWonheungi Eco-Park in Cheong-ju city. The results of the this study are expected to provide fundamental idea for developing an assessmentmodel for the governance risedwithin the community and other cases.

        This study aims to empirically prove how much cooperative governance being formed during a project influences on the residents satisfaction level around the deteriorated housing restoration project which was being developed in Sajik 2-dong, Cheongju-city. For this purpose, this study used the AMOS 21.0 program. As the result of analysis, it was found that there was a correlation between the cooperative governance and the residents satisfaction level in the group of residents not participating in any residents organizations. This finding was drawn differently from the conclusion having expected in early stage of study, and it is considered that there needs a review research in order to investigate what causes influenced on the findings of this study.
