Developers of network games have used several prediction techniques for hiding transmission delay to support the real-time requirement of network games. Nowadays many researches that are related with network game are in progress to solve delay problems more radically, such as to propose new routers architecture and transport protocols suitable to characteristics of network game traffic. So for these advanced researches the tasks to grasp the traffic characteristics of a network game are needed. In this paper we aimed to capture the traffic of MMORPG and present the statistical analysis of measured data. The measurement and the analysis were accomplished with the server of 'Lineage' that regarded as the most successful MMORPG. Next, we have implemented a traffic generator that reflects the characteristics of MMORPG and shown that the trace generated by MMORPG traffic generator had identical characteristics with actual traffic using statistical testing method. We expect that this traffic generator can be used in many researches related with a network game.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of the material values, attitude toward money, and the background variables to the financial stress of collegians. The samples were selected from 451 collegians. Fador analysis, Cronbach’α, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, multiple regression, path analysis were used as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follow: 1) Resulting from the one-way ANOVA, the material values showed significant differences by sex, parent’s level of education, and father’s occupation. The attitude toward money showed significant differences by a monthly allowance. Financial stress showed significant differences by father’s occupation. 2) Resulting from multiple regression analysis, the financial stress of collegians had the positive linear relationships with the variables such as material values, father’s occupation, sex, and monthly allowance. The most influential variables were material values and father’s occupation.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of the self-esteem and parental attitude to the impulsive purchase of adolescents. The samples were selected from 801 adolescents. Cronbach’α, one-way ANOVA. Duncan’s multiple range test, and multiple regression were used as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follow: 1) Resulting from the one-way ANOVA, the self-esteem showed significant difference by mother’s level of education. The father’s attitude showed significant difference by sex. Impulsive purchase showed significant differences by mother’s level of education and father’s occupation. 2) Resulting from multiple regression analysis, the impulsive purchase of adolescents had the linear relationships with the variables such as parental attitude, self-esteem, and mother’s level of education. The most influential variable was parental attitude.

스마트교육 시대에 한국어교육이 나아갈 지표를 설정하기 위하여 혼재된 용어와 개념을 정리하였다. 스마트교육은 정책적 차원에서 상호작용, 협력, 주도성 등의 가치를 지향하는 교수-학습 체제로, 스마트러닝은 스마트기기와 인프라를 활용한 학습 방법으로 개념을 재정립하였다. 이를 바탕으로 스마트러닝을 한국어교육에 적용하는 방법으로 기존 스마트기기와 인프라 활용, 전용 콘텐츠 신규 개발, 기존 콘텐츠 변형을 제안하고 각각을 한국어교육에 구체적으로 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 그리고 스마트러닝을 한국어교육에 적용했을 때의 효과, 스마트러닝을 위한 교수·학습 활동의 유형, 기존 콘텐츠 변형의 절차와 원리에 대한 후속 연구를 제안하였다. The purpose of this paper was to suggest strategies for realizing smart learning in teaching Korean as a foreign/second language. I re-defined the terminology firstly. ‘SMART Education’ is a teaching and learning system pursuing values such as collaboration, autonomy and interactivity. Meanwhile, ‘smart learning’ is a type of learning using smart devices and infra. Next, I suggested three ways to adopt smart learning for teaching Korean: exploiting the existing devices and infra, developing new smart learning contents and modifying existing contents into smart learning contents. For the each way I showed practical options for teach-ing Korean classes. We lastly suggested the followings for the further studies; effects of smart learning in teaching Korean language, types of teaching-learning activity and principles of modifying various contents into smart learning contents.
초등학교 1, 2학년 다문화가정 학생의 쓰기 기초학력 검사 결과 및 문항 분석

이 연구는 다문화가정 초등학교 1, 2학년생의 쓰기 능력 검사 결과 분석을 바탕으로 다문화가정 학생에 대한 보정 교육의 방향 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 목적으로 한다. 본 진단 도구는 학년별로 구성되어 있으며 학년마다 평가 범주가 각기 다르다. 그리고 어휘나 텍스트 내용에서 다문화가정 학생들에게 문화적 제약으로 작용할 것으로 간주되는 요소들을 문항에 포함시켰다. 또한 도구의 활용이 용이하도록 교사나 학생에게 익숙한 형식을 사용하였다. 검사 결과를 분석한 결과, 문화적 배경에 따른 유의미한 차이는 2학년 쓰기에서 나타났다. 지역(도시/읍면)에 따른 학년/영역별 평균 점수는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 어머니의 한국어 능력에 따라서는 1, 2학년에서 모두 어머니의 한국어 능력이 높을수록 학생의 평균도 높게 나타나 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 문항들을 분석하여 맞춤법 지도, 정교한 어휘능력 신장 및 어휘 확장 훈련, 글쓰기 지도 등의 미도달 학생의 보정 교육 방향을 도출하였으며, 후속 연구를 위해 쓰기 발달 과정 연구, 교사와 학습자의 요구에 부합하는 다양한 쓰기 진단 도구 개발, 다문화가정 학생과 지도 교사를 지원하는 시스템 구축의 필요성을 제안하였다. The purpose of this paper was to derive implications for the writing education for the 1st grade and 2nd grade students in elementary schools from multicultural family, based on the in-depth analysis of the test items measuring their basic writing abilities. In this specially designed writing diagnosis tool, some items included the Korea-specific cultural factors which were expected to be difficult for the multicultural students to answer correctly. Most of the test items, however, were multiple-choice questions for the students to approach with ease. We analyzed the average differences statistically and found that only the 2nd grade multicultural students showed a significantly lower average score compared to the test scores of the non-multicultural students. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in average score between cities and small towns. It was noteworthy that the test results of the multicultural students proportionally and significantly varied in accordance with the Korean proficiency level of their mothers. To make their writing abilities improve better, we needed to reinforce spelling education, to elaborate vocabulary education and composition practice. We lastly suggested the followings for the further studies; conducting more researches on their writing development, developing diverse diagnosis tools, and developing a system being exclusively responsible for the students from multicultural family and their teachers.
