補中益氣湯과 香砂六君子湯의 倂用投與가 S-180 腹水癌細胞를 接種한 생쥐 가슴샘의 細胞性 免疫에 미치는 影響

This study investigated that murine cell-mediated immunity was effected by administration of Bojungikgitang and Hyangsayukgunjatang extract in Sarcoma 180 cells bearing mouse. The Bojungikgitang and Hyangsayukgunjatang extract were orally administered in ICR mouse after Sarcoma 180 cells were intraperitonealiy injected with 1.0×10^6 cells. The change of prolongation rate, body weight, and white blood cells were observed mannual method and thymus, were immunohistochemically stained by Avidin biotin complex methods using monoclonal antibody to rat anti-mouse L3/T4(CD4), rat anti-mouse Ly-2(CD8), rat anti-mouse IL-2 receptor(CD25R), and rat anti-mouse NK-1.1 after embedding in paraffin. The result were as follows 1. The survival rate of test group was increased than control group and reached a high at 21 days. The prolongation rate of test group is at 50%. 2. The test group was relatively mitigated than control group on the increasing of body weight induced by tumor cells division. 3. The WBC were abundant in test group than control group and maximally increased in test group in 7days. The number of lymphocyte were increased in test group than control group at early stage but decreased in control group than test group since 14 days. The number of neutrophil were gradually increased in test group than control group and reached a high at 14 days. The change of monocytes wasn't shown in both group. 4. The number of helper T cell, cytotoxic T cells, and IL-2 receptor were increased in the thymic cortico-medullary junction and medulla of test group compared with control group at experimetal period. The reaction of test group reached a high at 21 days. Above results show that Bojungikgitang and Hyangsayukgunjatang is effective to increase cell-mediated immunity in sarcoma 180 cells bearing mouse. It can be considered that the Bojungikgitang and Hyangsayukgunja-tang is efficacious antitumor agent.
