The MICE industry, where human resources are important, lacks human resources. The purpose of this study is to find a way to reduce the turnover rate by finding the desired method of work and human resources. The data were collected from the professional convention organizers(PCO) in the MICE industry in Seoul and the metropolitan area, and 116 valid copies were collected and regression analysis was conducted. Firstly, four job stresses selected for the study had harmful effect on turnover intention. Secondly, not only job value had mediating effects on intention to leave between job stress and turnover intention but also influenced on intention to leave directly. The higher the inherent job value of the business ability relationship, the lower the turnover intention. And the higher the extrinsic job value of job stability anxiety, the higher the turnover intention.
