심미성 회복을 위한 상악 전치부 공간 분배 문제의 해결

치아의 공간 분배 및 배열은 심미적인 수복물의 가장 근본이 되는 중요한 요소이다. 상악 전치부에 과도한 공간으로 심미적으로 부적절한 수복물을 가진 중례에서 기능적으로 그리고 심미적으로 개선시키기 위해 무엇을 고려하고 어떻게 접근하였는지 증례를 통해 반성해보고자 한다.

Skeletal class III had been classified by the position of the maxilla, the mandible, the maxillary alveolus, the mandibular alveolus and vertical development. This morphologic approach is simple and useful for clinical use, but it is insufficient to permit understanding of the pathophysiology of dysmorphoses. The author hypothesizes that there are different patterns of mutual relation of the skeletal components which have contributed pathologic equilibrium of skeletal class III. The purpose of this study are threefold: 1) to classify skeletal class III in subgroups, which can show the architectural characteristics of the deformity, 2) to analyse the craniofacial architecture of each subgroup on etio-pathogenic basis, and 3) to characterize and visualize the pattern as a prototype. Materials used in this study were lateral cephalograms of 106 skeletal class III adults, which were analysed with modified Delaire's architectural and structural analysis. Linear and angular measurements of the individual subject were obtained and cluster analysis was used for the subgrouping. Data were evaluated for verification of the statistical significances. The following results were obtained. 1. By the modified Delaire's architectural and structural analysis and cluster analysis, skeletal class III adults were classified into 7 clusters and presented as prototypes, which could show the pathophysiology of the skeletal architecture 2. There was significant relationship in measurement variables of each cluster, which could reflect characteristics of the skeletal pattern of growth. 3. The flexure of cranial base had a close relationship to the anterior rotational growth of the maxilla and contributes to understand the etio-pathology of skeletal class III. 4. The proportion of craniospinal area in cranial depth, craniocervical angle and vertical position of point Om had a close relationship to rotational growth of the mandible and direction of condylar growth. They contribute to understand the etio-pathology of skeletal class III. In summary, the cranium and the craniocervical area must be considered in diagnosis and treatment planning of dentofacial deformity. And the occlusal plane can be considered as a representative which shows the mutual relationships of the skeletal components.

조선일보 인포그라픽스와 매일경제 인포그라픽스 비교 연구 : 사용자 시선추적 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 국내 대형 복합 언론사인 조선일보와 매일경제의 인포그라픽스 서비스를 사용성 테스트 5원칙을 기반으로 5명의 실험참여자를 통해 비교·수행하였다. 언론사 홈페이지 내 인포그라픽스 항목을 찾는 접근성 테스트와 특정 단어와 관련된 인포그라픽스를 찾는 과정, 난이도 차이에 따른 과제 성취도 확인과 시선추적 장비의 활용으로 두 언론사의 인포그라픽스 서비스를 평가하고 비교하였다. 또한, 시선추적 장비를 통해 발견하지 못한 정서적인 부분들을 실험 참여자들과의 인터뷰를 통해 검증하고 발굴하기 위해 노력하였다. 첫째, 양 언론사의 인포그라픽스 접근성에 대한 실험에서 매일경제의 시간소요가 약 20초가량 더 길어 접근성 평가에서 조선일보에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 결과를 보였다. 두 번째, 인포그라픽스 과제단어 실험의 경우 조선일보의 웹사이트의 인지성이 더욱 수월하게 확인되었으며, 이는 메뉴 구성방식 및 카테고리 분류에 의한 차이로 분석된다. 세 번째, 인포그라픽스 이해도 비교 실험의 경우 저난이도 문항에서는 상대적으로 큰 차이를 비교할 수 없었으나 고난이도에서 양 언론사와의 정답율은 큰 차이가 있었다. 마지막으로 양사의 서비스를 경험한 실험참여자들의 시선추적 결과 역시 조선일보의 우세로 큰 차이를 보였으며, 본 연구에 참여한 과제 참여자들의 과제 달성율과 정답율에서 매일경제 인포그라픽스는 조선일보의 서비스와 비교하여 확연한 차이를 기록함으로써 그 사실을 다시 확인하였다. 마지막 실험참여자 인터뷰를 통해 각 언론사의 정보 제공 형태와 구조에 따라 응답자들의 시각적 인지성과 집중도에 변화가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 조선일보 인포그라픽스의 화면 구성 및 사용성에 대한 실험참여자들의 평가 결과는 서비스 후발 언론사인 매일경제 인포그라픽스에 다양한 벤치마킹 요소를 제공 한다고 고려되며, 인포그라픽 매체특징에 따라 정보 제공 방식의 변화가 요구된다. 본 연구의 제한적인 실험방식과 여건의 차이를 고려하면 전체적인 인포그라픽스 서비스에 대한 차이를 비교하는 것은 한계가 있으나 양사의 인포그라픽스 제공 방식 및 시각적 인지성과 명확성, 그리고 그에 대한 접근성 측면에서의 비교는 본 실험과정을 통해 의미 있는 시사점을 제공한다고 사료된다. Chosunilbo and Maeil business newspaper are majot mass media company in Korea society. This comparison study was focused on infographics service of both newspaper companies and was performed on the basis of the five principles of usability test. For testing the usability, Swedish Tobii T120 eye-tracker was mainly utilized and participants interview was involved for additional data. This study evaluated and compared of finding infograhpics menu on the website of both companies for accessibility testing, process of specific infographics with related words, achievement tests by a level of difficulty. In this research result, Chosunilbo’s infographics was highly evaluated by test subjects. On the other hand, Maeil business newspaper’s infographics was found on low visibility, high task fatigue. Also, on the test method process, Maeil’s results was reported with gap between Chosunilbo. Thus, according to this study, the Maeil needs to move to number of benchmark point from Chosunilbo for improving their service quality and satisfaction of customers. For the last, this research has preview point to Maeil with importance of development.

심미 영역에서 발치후 즉시 식립시 가장 기본이 되는 성공의 핵심 요소는, 발치후 발치와 리모델링에 대한 생물학적 이해와 3차원적으로 정확한 임플란트의 식립 위치다. 그에 더해서, 상악 측절치 부위는 중절치나 견치 부위와 다른 해부학적 특성을 갖고 있고 이는 발치후 즉시 식립을 할 때 치료법을 결정하고 좋은 결과를 얻는데 있어 매우 중요한 고려 요소가 된다. 순측 치조골의 함몰 정도, 인접 상악 전치 치근의 수렴 정도, 크라운-치근이 이루는 각도와 치조골 프로파일 이 세가지를 치료 전에 잘 평가하고 치료 전략을 세운다면 심미적으로 우수한 좋은 결과를 얻는데 도움이 될 것이다.

카노모델을 활용한 음성인식 기반 인공지능 스피커의 만족도 연구

음성인식 기반 인공지능은 기술의 발전으로 인하여 더욱 많은 제품과 서비스에 적용되고 있다. 사람의 손이나 행동이 아닌 음성을 통한 제어로 기기와 사람이 소통하는 방법이 큰 변화를 맞이하게 되었으며, 이러한 방식이 점차 많은 서비스에서 지원됨에 따라 사용자 만족도에 중요한 요소로써 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 출시되어 판매되고 있는 음성인식 기반 인공지능 스피커 제품의 만족도를 구성하는 영향요소를 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 사용자의 제품 경험여부 및 관여도로 사용자 유형을 분류하였으며, 이를 카노모델과 고객만족계수를 활용해 만족지수를 취하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 관여도 및 제품경험 여부에 따라 만족도에 미치는 상관관계가 어떻게 이루어지는 지를 규명하려 노력하였다. 결과적으로 관여도의 정도는 품질요소의 만족정도와 불만족 정도, 효용가치, 긍정적·부정적 경험의 강도를 강화시키거나 약화시키는 역할을 한다. 그러나 경험은 품질요소의 긍정 및 부정 속성을 변화시키는 역할을 수행한다. 따라서 본 서비스의 잠재수요층이 제품의 경험을 할 수 있도록 유도한다면 사용자 수용의 초기단계에 있는 음성인식 기반 제품들의 저변 확대에 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 기존 사용자 집단의 만족도를 더 높게 유지하기 위해서는 일원적 품질요소에 대한 적극적인 지원과 매력적 품질요소의 발굴이 요구되며, 음성인식 기반 인공지능 스피커에 큰 관심이 없는 저관여 비사용 소비자들의 마음을 사로잡기 위해서는 이들의 명확한 선호도를 고려한 전략수립이 요구된다.

Joseon Tongsinsa is an official diplomatic envoy who was sent to General Bakufu of Japan during the Joseon Dynasty. It has played a major role in peace and cultural exchanges between the two countries by sending diplomatic missions to Japan 12 times over 200 years. All ships used to play the role of the stepping stone to carry delegations to Joseon and Japan are called “Tongsinsa Ship.” The ‘Tongsinsa Ship’ is a vessel of the best technology at the time. The manuscript plans to summarize the prototype model of the ship through an academic study to restore the Jeongsa Ship of the Joseon Dynasty, the linearity, the engineering analysis, and the production of the ship.
