This article includes an intake flow analysis attempted with a student formula. Flow and vortex formation according to the shape of restrictor, chamber and funnel of inspiration are confirmed by analysis program. Design an improved intake geometry and confirm the results of the analysis to produce an intake with an increased flow rate. Explain the production process using 3D printing. The limitations of 3D printing of lamination method are confirmed and further improvement direction is suggested. Aims at engineering that recalls the engineering meaning and leaves evidence in design. In conclusion, explain the creation of evidence-based enhanced intake chamber and future goals.
