      • MTS(Multe-tee Slab System)공법에서 와이어 매쉬를 적용한 전단보강에 대한 연구

        Precast concrete system was developed to rebuild destroyed cities after World WarⅠ(1914~1918). The way of construction, that is members are prefabricated, shortened the construction period than before. Once, It went downhill soon since they began to focus on developing the construction of the high stories buildings. Moreover, connection problems lead the customer's complaints. But nowadays, precast concrete system is applying to parking lot, stadium and big-supermarket to construct them more faster. Especially, double-tee slab system(DTS System) and hollow core slab system have been effectively applied to. But as the scale of recent projects are getting larger, it is necessary to develop the other type of slab systems. Multi-tee Slab System(MTS System) is developed for overcoming the shortages in DTS system and hollow core system that we are currently using. Steel stirrup is widely used for shear reinforcement concrete structure. Recently, but it leads to the usual consequence of higher cost and delay of construction completion. In this paper, wire mesh that substitute the stirrups is studied. We conducted two types of experiments. First we used to wire mesh instead of stirrups and we studied how the location of reinforcing material effects the performance. Second we assessed unit of the MTS for estimating their capacities. In this paper, we predicted that performance and efficiency of this system and reinforcement using the results from the experiments and research.

        녹색성장 전략에서 IT의 역할과 정책 과제

        녹생성장이 미래 국가 발전 전략으로 떠오르기 시작하면서 녹색성장 실현을 위한 핵심 수단으로서 IT의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 녹색성장 전략을 실현하기 위해 미래 IT 인프라 및 서비스는 어떠한 방향으로 발전하고 어떤 역할을 해야 할 것인지를 구체화하고 이를 위한 정책 과제는 무엇인지를 중점적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 전문가 인터뷰 및 설문을 통해 핵심 IT 인프라 및 서비스를 도출하고, AHP 기법을 적용하여 이들간의 상대적 우선순위를 분석하였다. 전문가 조사 결과, 녹색성장 전략을 지원하는 그린 IT 인프라에는 ① 클라우드 컴퓨팅, ② 사물 인터넷, ③ 전력선 광대역, ④ 스마트 그리드, ⑤ IP-TV가 제시되었고, 녹색성장 실현을 위한 핵심 그린 IT 서비스로는 ① 건물에너지 관리시스템, ② 지능형 교통시스템, ③ 실시간 환경/재난 모니터링 시스템, ④ 스마트워크, ⑤ 소셜 네트워크가 도출되었다. 도출된 그린 IT 인프라 및 서비스에 대한 상대적 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 인프라 분야에서는 전력선 광대역과 사물 인터넷의 중요도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났고, 서비스 분야에서는 실시간 재난/환경 모니터링 시스템과 지능형 교통시스템, 건물에너지관리시스템 등이 우선순위가 높은 서비스로 지목되었다. 조사에 참여한 전문가들은 제시된 기술의 개발과 서비스의 실현을 위해 정부는 일관된 R&D 정책을 추진해야 하며, 기초기술과 인적자원에 대한 투자를 계속해야 함을 강조하였다. 아울러 융합관련 R&D 확충 및 낙후지역 통신망 인프라 구축에도 힘써야 한다는 의견을 제시하였다. As the green growth strategy is recognized as the future growth engine, so does the importance of IT as a main tool to achieve the green growth. This study aims to find out information and data about the appropriate role of the next generation internet in formulating IT-based green growth strategy. This study adopts a del-phi method to find out technological factors and service areas which would be realized in the future with the highest value-added and lowest energy consumption. Then, the AHP method is used to identify relative priorities among those technological factors and service areas, which should be promoted actively by the government. The outcomes of the del-phi study demonstrate five technologies and five services with high priorities. Five technologies include: Cloud computing, the Internet of things, broadband power line communication(BPLC), smart gird, and IP-TV. And five services are: Buidling energy management systems(BEMS), intelligent transportation systems(ITS), real-time environment and disaster monitoring systems, smart work, and social network service(SNS). The specialists who participate in the del-phi analysis point out BPLC and the Internet of things are more important than other technologies identified in this study. They also point out the real-time environment and disaster monitoring systems, ITS, BEMS have higer policy priorities over other services.

        도리방향 골조의 반턱이음 접합부의 횡하중 저항능력에 관한 실험

        To study the lateral load capacity of an end lap joint of Dori-directional frame on corner column in traditional wood structure system, 1/2 scaled and ㄱ-shaped sub-assembles from Deawoongjeon of Bongjungsa were tested. Cyclic Lateral force was applied to column until to reach at 4% story drift. From the experiments, it was shown that as the vertical loading increases the lateral load capacity increases; and the lateral load resistance is developed by the restraints between the contacting areas of beam and column. Based on the resistant mechanism, a formula to estimate lateral capacity is derived. Compared with the experiments, the estimation of ultimate strength according to the formula has good agreement especially at 2 and 3% story drift. It can be seen that the effective stiffness of beam is in the range of 2.4 to 3.6% of the stiffness of full section at 2% story drift.

        김 양식어업의 육성 방안

        Laver aquaculture has caused post-harvesting problems such as aggravation of fisheries environment by using inorganic acid in accordance with policies accentuating production increase. These problems resulted in reducing the consumption of laver. Therefore, prior to establishing development plans for laver aquaculture, improvement plans have been described after the analysis of problems concerning the treatment of inorganic acid. While solving this fundamental problem, methods to revitalize the consumption of laver has been drawn in terms of processing, distribution and export. The most important point regarding the solution of the inorganic acid problem is the establishment of an autonomous collective management system through joint-harvesting. And for this, we have considered founding a "Union of Laver Aquaculture Associations" between the associations which cultivate laver. Finally, the establishment of processing and distribution strategies by organizing national campaigns around the 「Day of the Sea」, opening community bazaars, and differentiating purchasers as well as applications of the product, have been proposed. Also, the enlargement of domestic consumers by utilizing e-commerce through the construction of portal service on the Internet has been underlined and the diversification of markets by employing marketing strategies which try to reach foreign consumers directly has been presented.
