In this study, the heat transfer and the thermal stress analysis of emulsification pilot is performed. The heat transfer analysis is performed in order to obtain the temperature distribution data which were used in thermal analysis. The thermal stress analysis is performed to verify stability of the emulsification pilot plant. In other words, the thermal stress analysis is performed to see the failure and the deformation behavior of structure by thermal expansion. For the local thermal stress analysis for each parts, the attached parts are replaced with the equivalent spring which was calculated by displacement of arbitrary force. As boundary conditions for thermal stress analysis, spring stiffness of connected structure is applied for displacement constraints and temperature distribution data is applied as thermal load.

In this study, the reverse engineering method of planetary-gear reducer for track vehicles is investigated. A important factor in this study (Reverse engineering method of a planetary-gear reducer) is shift-coefficient and backlash. Therefore, a backlash was defined by gear class 4 of the KS(Korean Industrial Standard) and tolerance of base tangent length was defined by backlash. Center-distance of sun-gear, planet-gear, planet-gear and ring-gear is used to get sum of the shift-coefficient. The sum of the shift-coefficient is divided into gears properly. Shift-coefficient and backlash is applied to planetary-gear reducer degisn. A calculated gears tooth is checked by application program for a planetary gear.

The study for extends life of the bracket spring is essential. In this study I will suggest the interpretation result of the transformed part which is used in the bracket spring into the most small form and verify this result. I will take precautions against the emergency breakdown through the forecasting of the frail section. In this study, CATIA V5 R14 is used for 3D modeling, HyperMesh 7.0 is used for pre-process and ABAQUS 6.5/Standard and ABAQUS/CAE are used for finite element analysis and post-process.
