        운동생리학 : 카누선수의 트레이닝유형이 AT향상에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was for researching the effect to AT of training patterns for canoe players. The subjects were 10 men who are over 16 years old, over 2 years career of canoe. They divided into 2 groups, 6 men of experimental group (The group were trained at AT-level like university players), and 4 men of control group (The group were training, the change of respiratory circulation variable at AT-point is 1) AT-HR and AT-%HRmax appeared significantly increase on Experimental group. 2) AT-VO<sub>2</sub> and AT-%VO<sub>2</sub>max appeared significantly increase on Control group. 3) The exercise-lasting time at AT-point appeared significantly increase both groups. According to this conclusion, not telling the difference between the two groups means that generally canoe players trained over AT-level for improving the playing ability. But it's more effective to do scientific training by setting up exercise intensity for each player and it's also important for protecting player's ability.
