산욕 초기 초산모의 모성 정체성과 영아돌보기 활동 자신감에 관한 연구

In this study the levels and influencing characteristics of maternal identity and self confidence for caring the baby were identified during the immediate pospartum period. 114 primiparous women who delivered vaginally normal baby participatedin the survey from August 1 to October 31, 1996. SD scale was to measure maternal identity which consisted of 11 items for mother and 6 items for baby. Likert scale was to measure self confidence for caring the baby (38 items). Cronbach's alphas for evaluating internal consistency as follows ; .86 for maternal identity and .96 for self confidence scale for caring the baby. The study showed these results : 1. Mean score of maternal identity(82.03 ; 52.65 for mother, 29.38 for baby) was considered relatively low. 2. Mean score of self confidence for caring the baby (113.91) was considered relatively low. 3. There were significant influencing characteristics of primiparous to maternal identity ; age(total ; F=3.53, p=.0329, for mother ; F=2.60, p=.0719, for baby ; F=3.12, p=.0481), prenatal infant care preparation(total ; t=2.31, p=.0306, for mother; t=2.62, p=.0160), knowledge about infant care during the hospitalization(for baby ; F=3.94, p=.02222), colostrum feeding(total ; t=1.95, p=.0541, for baby ; t=2.71, p=.0080), frequency of breast feeding during the hospitalization(for baby F=3.91, p=.0228) and feeding type after discharge(for baby ; F=3.18, p=.0456). 4. There were significant influencing characteristics of primiparous to self confidence for caring the baby : routine husband support (F=6.09, p=.0031), prenatal infant care preparation(t=2.04, p=.0574), knowledge about infant care during the hospitalization(F=3.15, p=.0467), education of breast feeding during the hospitalization(t=-1.79, p=.0850). 5. Correlation between maternal identity and self confidence for caring the baby was r=.37608(p=.0001). This study implies that special education programs for primipara are needed. For the future, this study suggest that maternal role variables need to be monitored through the home visiting follow up. Also intervention programs related to prenatal care, discharge education, home visiting follow up need to be developed and then evaluated their effectiveness.

1973년 이래 약대수업연한 연장이라는 주제로 시작되어 1993년 입법에 이르는 과정에까지 도달했던 약대 6년제가 1993년 3월 한의대생의 데모로 시작된 한약파동으로 소강상태에 있었다. 비록 약학교육의 개선방안이라기 보다는 약사의 조제권수호를 위하여 우리가 어처구니없는 "한약조제자격" 시험까지 치른후, 한약관련종합대책의 하나로서 제시된 것이기는 하지만 1996년 5월 16일 보건복지부의 발표로 드디어 1998년 부터는 시작될 전망이다.

의약품사용제도는 약물요법을 통한 의료의 질적향상을 목표로 원내사용 의약품의 품질을 유지하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 약사위원회는 치료학적, 경제학적 및 인도적 관점에서 약물요법이 실시되도록 정책적으로 인정된 약물사용 평가제도를 도입하여 약물이 적합하게, 안전하게, 효율적으로 사용되는가를 확인하도록 설계하여야 하며 원내에서 처방할 수 있는 의약품목록을 등재한 의약품집을 발간하고 이에의 등재기준과 삭제조건등을 정하여 의약품집의 질을 유지하고 등재약품의 사용을 의무화 하며 약물경제학적인 평가가 포함된 신약심사과정을 거쳐 신약을 의약품집에 등재시키되 의약품의 종류에 따라 필요시 적절한 사용기준도 함께 등재하고, 사용기준 준수여부를 정기적으로 평가하도록 하여야 하며 의약품 구매시 치료학적 동등성과 약제학적 동등성을 전제조건으로 한 경제적인 구입이 되도록 제도적인 안전장치를 마련하고 정기적으로 평가하여야 한다. 즉 약사위원회는 신약심사시 허락된 사용기준의 준수여부 및 의약품집에 등재된 의약품의 사용의무 이행 여부등을 계속적으로 평가하되 의료인들간에 협동체제를 구축함으로써 의약품사용의 질을 보장하는 의약품사용제도를 성공적으로 유지하여야 한다. 또한 이러한 일련의 업무는 병원의 전반적인 질보장 제도(Quality Assurance: QA Program)의 하나로 지속적인 질개선(Continuous Quality Improvement: CQI)이라는 관점에서 실시, 유지하여야 한다.

리스트(Liszt)의 Transcendental E´tudes에 대한 小考

Franz Liszt(1811∼1886) nab one of the most blilliant pianist and composer of the Romantic era and he powerfully encouraged the Romantic movement by conducting performance of many important new works. His cosmopolitan career was matched by the glamour works more than 600 composition including about 300 piano music. This study aims at exploring how he invented bib transcendental style in piano E´tudes and investigating some meanings and characteristics of 12 E´tudes d'exe´cution transcendante. Considering his formidable spirit of music invention originated from his own experiences, this thesis studies his autobiographical elements so that we may understand his postition as a pianist and composer as well. Originally published as simple exercises, 12 E´tudes were sealed up to the transcendental level of technique. ha they were consisted of lylical melodic qualities, many performers were in favor of playing them in the 19th century, Generally they have been misunderstood as music works for exercises, but his ardent frying to rewrite them three times indicates that they have hidden extraordinary meanings. Among them, Staccato, fast Tremolo, splend Scale, three or six doubled Arpeggio, and heavy succession of chords need high technique to play. On the contrary, some countermelody proves their diversities. Liszt's emphasis on the particular fingering based on strength and posture show that pianist can play these kinds of trenscendental piano works. In fact, it is very meaningful that his mode of expression had effected on new trends to Impressionism in the late 19th century and piano music in the 20th century.
