Recently, interest in Low Carbon, Green Growth issue is increased, and with this stream go along with growing industry of public bicycle as eco-friendly system. In case of foreign public transportation has solution in development for public bicycles resolve to an energy and environmental problem as well as in Korea public bicycle system, it is becoming increasingly important issue for improving healthcare and tourist attraction. In this regard, to search on local situation and evaluation of the serviceability in and outside the country analyze optimum specs for bicycle applying public bicycle design. As a result of investigation, the 20 inch size of a bicycle was found to be appropriate for common use by males and females. And the result showed that application of aluminium material and a type of down-tube were more advantageous to the frame composition of a bicycle while an interior three-speed transmission was suitable in case of public roads, and areas having a lot of steep slopes and an exterior 7-speed gear was suited for the areas having a lot of steep slopes.
공공디자인에 있어서 이용자와 주변 환경을 고려한 디자인 모델구축 -버스정류장을 중심으로

This study had been carried out based on the users` behavioral pattern in order to survey characteristics of bus station, a public facility. As a detailed analysis, quantification theory type 3 was performed based on 50 number of samples installed at each local governments as targets in order to evaluate bus station attributes and to survey its characteristics. As a result of this experiment, it was revealed that installation pattern of bus station would differ depending on characteristics of four axis of migrating population density, functionality and simplicity, metropolitan city of densely populated companies, local city with strong locality, the front of school with dense migrating population, secluded rural village, specific place like museum, rural area with dense migrating population. Therefore, in this study, detailed items were suggested comprehensively so that the design considering local environment and users` characteristics, in addition to modeling features of bus stations suitable for local characteristics, could be progressed. If any design and model complying with local environmental features based on above contents should be applied, bus station would be assessed by the users more positively in the future.
재래시장 활성화를 위한 이미지요소 추출 방법에 관한 연구

There are various ways of the conventional market boost are suggested for an urban renewal recently. Presently, the government has decided to invest total 8 hundred and 10 billion dollars, including a budget of 4 hundred and 60 billion dollars and a capital of the local government, for it for the next 3 years. But, Since Its business has been focused on the redevelopment of the surroundings; remodeling, building parking lots and elevators etc., it has not solved the basic problems of the traditional marketplaces themselves. This research shows the right way to boost the traditional markets with the characteristic of them through case studys from the different cities, revaluation of their images besides the western styled wholesale markets. The survey targets on the traditional marketplaces and the wholesale markets around Tea-Hwa river in Ulsan. And, the different impressions of them are evaluated based on SD(semantic differential method) with citizens` genernal point of views of them, the sampled pictures and relevant adjectives. The conventional market boost finds the way to be succeeded through the analysis of a primary element base on the survey.
전통문화지구의 경관적 특성과 사인 정비지원과 기준에 관한 연구

This study has been progressed in order to establish a supporting procedure of the signboard arrangement project for the traditional Korean style house village need to contain traditional identity and historical property, Jeonju traditional cultural district. The process to research on supporting method for arrange signboard system, supporting amount and project procedure. Survey had been carried out by arranging the items including signboard installation standard, installation quantity and regulating method of nighttime lighting by surveying a status of signboard currently installed at Jeonju traditional Korean style house village and its characteristics. In addition, in order to perform signboard supporting method effectively, supporting amount and method had been surveyed through meetings of three times under attendance of representatives of Jeonju City, conservation committee of traditional Korean style house village and residents` consultation body. Execution of supporting amount was decided to be a public invitation method under the joint participation of designers and contractors and application for supporting amount was stipulated in a way that when signboard installation location and number of relevant region were informed to the responsible department, signboard supporting amount and design plan were to be selected after consultation among applicants, contractors, deliberation committee and responsible department. As mentioned hereinabove, signboard arrangement project of Jeonju traditional Korean style house village will pave the way of relevant regulation and method for cultivating the most remarkable Korean style traditional house village and this project would contribute to the fostering plan and policy making of traditional cultural city in the future.

디자인에 관련된 대부분의 사람들은 제품 심미성이 소비자 선호에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 부인하지 않는다. 따라서 디자인 분야에 있어서 제품 심미성에 관한 연구는 아주 중요한 의미를 지니고 있는데, 그것은 제품 심미성에 관한 연구가 제품의 심미적 요소 평가에 대한 지침을 제공해주고 또한 제품 심미성이 소비자 선호에 어떻게 영향을 주는지에 대한 통찰력을 제공해주기 때문이다. 나름대로 지대한 공헌들이 있었지만 제품 심미성을 어떻게 평가하고 그것들이 소비자 선호에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 설명할 수 있는 이론들은 아직 형성단계에 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 제품의 어떤 측면들이 소비자들로 하여금 선호할 수 있는 것으로 고려되는 지를 체계적으로 설명할 수 있는 프레임윅을 제공하는 것이다.

Piezoelectric ceramics play an important role in various electronic applications. However, traditional ceramics are difficult to be used in some complicated structures, due to their low flexibility and high brittleness. To solve this problem, this study prepared and investigated ceramic/polymer composites that can utilize a good flexibility of polymers. Polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene (PVDF-TrFE) and 0.77(Bi<sub>1/2</sub>Na<sub>1/2</sub>)TiO<sub>3</sub>-0.23SrTiO<sub>3</sub> (BNST23) ceramics were selected to fabricate the composites. Ceramic/polymer composites were prepared using various volume fractions of BNST23 ceramics. The distribution of piezoceramic particles in BNST23/PVDF-TrFE composites was investigated using optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the composites were significantly influenced by the volume fraction of the piezoelectric ceramics. As a result, the highest piezoelectric constant (d33) of 56 pC/N was obtained in a composites with 70% volume fraction of BNST23 ceramics. Accordingly, it is expected that BNST23/PVDF-TrFE composites can be applied to various sensor applications.

The scheme to approach emotional design developed in various way of research without defining criterion of emotional way. A aim of this research to derive a new way of approaching system and construct the process in emotional design. In first experiments, analyze meaning of important factors in cooking kits to construct the model of emotional approaching system by the analysis of quantification theory type 3. This shows that four emotional factors as shape, atmosphere, functional matter, information are deeply related with emotional thinking and design. Consequently, the way of emotional approaching in cooking kit have several conditions essentially as following these; 1.Is it have functional advantages to cook? 2.Is it good looking in shape? 3.Is it possible to make some of mood on cooking? 4.How much information of cook we get in? These conditions were classified in detail to establish emotional design system.
