- -Unwanted effects of electrostatic phenomena occur in various industries. Electrostatic problems originating from the human body in flammable atmospheres in the industry are especially concerning. A substantial volume of experimental data on the electrostatic charging voltages created on the human body owing to the rubbing of apparel were generated and reviewed during this study. The data were reviewed to determine whether the resultant charging levels of the human body are hazardous in flammable atmospheres. This study was conducted under several conditions, such as different fiber types used in apparel, shoe types, and relative humidities (RHs). The following conclusions were drawn in this study. ① The electrostatic charging levels of the human body owing to the rubbing of apparel increase with the increase in the surface resistances of apparel; however, the electrostatic charging levels may be different depending on the condition of the cloth surface. ② The discharging energy of 1.98–18.5 [mJ] from the human body exceeds the minimum ignition energy of most flammable materials, when removing an overcoat made of polyester, cotton and wool under severe conditions such as wearing height-raising shoes for men. ③ When removing antistatic apparel, the maximum discharging energy of 0.128 mJ from the human body is dangerous if the minimum ignition energy of the flammable material is between 10-5– 10-4 [J] Grade; however, a minimum ignition energy of 10-3 J Grade of the flammable material is considered safe. ④ While wearing antistatic shoes, the electrostatic charging voltage generated in the human body when removing an overcoat is 30 V; therefore, wearing such shoes is a suitable countermeasure when handling flammable materials. However, the antistatic abilities of shoes reduce when thick socks are worn. ⑤ As RH increases, the electrostatic charging levels of the human body decrease. ⑥ The electrostatic charging levels of the human body from removing a cotton overcoat can ignite the majority of flammable materials when RH is less than 30% under severe conditions such as wearing height-raising shoes for men.
기업가 지향성과 자기 효능감이 창업의도에 미치는영향에 관한 연구 - 바이오헬스케어 산업 종사자를 중심으로

This study sought to identify the effects of entrepreneurship orientation and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions among workers in the bio-healthcare industry in Korea. As interest in health increases in the age of aging, the bio-healthcare industry is attracting a lot of attention for start-ups as an industry that can create high added value, but there are also aspects that take a relatively long time to develop technology, require a lot of money, and have a relatively high probability of failure. In this study, we measured the level of entrepreneurship orientation and self efficacy of bio-healthcare industry workers and identified the degree of influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Studies have shown that innovativeness, progressiveness, and risk-taking among entrepreneurship orientations all have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, self efficacy has been shown to have a mediating effect on the relationship between innovativeness, progressiveness, risk-taking and entrepreneurial intention. 본 연구는 우리나라 바이오헬스케어 산업 종사자를 대상으로 기업가 지향성과 자기 효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 고령화 시대에 건강에 관한 관심이 높아지고 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 산업으로 인식되어 바이오헬스케어 분야의 창업에 대한 관심은 증가하고 있지만, 상대적으로 기술개발 소요 시기가 오래 걸리고 많은 자금이 소요되며 실패의 가능성이 상대적으로 높은 고도의 기술중심 창업이라는 특징이 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 특성을 고려하여 바이오헬스케어 산업 종사자의 기업가 지향성과 자기 효능감 수준을 측정하였으며 창업의도에 미치는 영향 정도를 규명하였다. 기업가 지향성의 혁신성, 진취성, 위험 감수성도 모두 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자기 효능감은 혁신성, 진취성, 위험 감수성이 창업의도에 미치는 관계에서 매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
다양한 사고분석 기법을 활용한 컨베이어 끼임사고 심층분석

Objective: The aim of this study is to show that it is effective to use of a set of different and appropriate accident analysis methods for comprehensive accident analysis. Background: When an accident happens, investigation and analysis of the accident can be conducted for various purposes. The most important purpose among them is to prevent any similar accident by analyzing the root causes, and consequently establishing and implementing preventative measures. To achieve it, the identification and elimination of the fundamental causes of the accident rather than superficial causes should be emphasized. In reality, however, there is a tendency to conduct only perfunctory investigation and analysis due to the limited time and technology. Method: In this study, several official accident analysis methods with different strengths and areas of application were used as a set, and the stuck-in-the-conveyor belt accident was analyzed in depth. The accident analysis methods used in this study were "Events & Causal Factors Charting and Analysis", "Barrier Analysis", "Change Analysis", "Root Cause Analysis", and "SINTEF models for accident cause analysis". Also, the method of "analysis of major events at each stage of the facility life cycle" was presented and applied in the study as a new additional analysis method for systematic analysis. Results: By using a set of accident analysis methods, we were able to analyze the cause of the accident systematically and in-depth. Conclusion: Accident investigation and analysis using appropriate investigation methods contribute more effectively and objectively to derive causal factors, such as contributing factors and root causes. Application: It may be used as a suitable technique for investigating and analyzing accidents at workplaces and accident investigation agencies.
