The output power efficiency of the fuel cell system depends on the anode pressure, cathode pressure, temperature, demanded current, air and hydrogen humidity. Thus, it is necessary to determine the optimal operation condition. In this paper, we developed a dynamic model of fuel cell system which contains mass flow model, membrane hydration model and electro-chemistry model. Experiments have been performed to evaluate the PEMFC stack model. In order to determine the maximum output power and minimum use of hydrogen in a certain condition, Response surface methodology (RSM) optimization based on verified PEMFC stack model is presented. The results provide an effective method to optimize the operation condition in varied situations

The output power efficiency of the fuel cell system depends on the demanded current, stack temperature, air excess ratio, hydrogen excess ratio and inlet air humidity. Thus, it is necessary to determine the optimal operation condition for maximum power efficiency. In this paper, we developed a dynamic model of fuel cell system which contains mass flow model, diffusivity gas layer model, membrane hydration and electrochemistry model. In order to determine the maximum output power and minimum use of hydrogen in a certain power condition, response surface methodology (RSM) optimization based on the proposed PEMFC stack model is presented. The results provide an effective method to optimize the operation condition under varied situations.

A lot of methods to find out non-linear dynamic-characteristic under a given system have been proposed. One method based on frequency domain which examines non-linear parameter is not only relatively less and fast than other methods in calculation, but also removing the noise from experimental data which probably can be generated in experiments because just using data of displacement speed of both ends of a fragment structure can search for the required value. This thesis identifies unknown model parameters of any system by using a general polynomial expression and introduces a method which removes effectively many model parameters generated. It was verified through experiments that which non-linear property was considered, in addition to Damper and Stiffness, when this method of non-linear model parameter is applied to a suspension.

In applications such as vacuum cleaning, painting, foraging, a mobile robot must cover an unknown surface. The efficiency and completeness of coverage is improved via the construction of a map of covered regions while the robot covers the surface. Existing methods generally use grid map, which are susceptible to odometry error and may require considerable memory and computation. This paper proposes a topological map and presents an algorithm in which natural landmarks algorithm is argued. The proposed algorithm generates shorter paths and covers a wider variety of environments than topological coverage based on Morse decomposition.
