As generic health functional food items have been expanded, this research project has been conducted to prepare a scientific and systematic standardized analytical method of relevant food item and examine the suitability of the method for health/functional foods on sale. Total polyphenol was necessary for development and verification of standardized analytical method. The method exhibited high linearity in the tannic acid calibration curve (r2 > 0.999) over concentrations of 5-50 μg/mL. The limits of detection and quantitation for tannic acid were 5 μg/mL and 15 μg/mL, respectively, while tannic acid recovery was 102.3-112.4% with standard deviations of 0.8-3.2%. To verify the accuracy of the analytical method, the labeled amounts of purchased health functional foods were monitored. The recovery for tannic acid was 105.6% of the labeled amounts. Thus, the new method was suitable for all cases.

Purpose: For patients with time-critical acute coronary syndrome, reporting electrocardiogram (ECG) findings is the most important component of the treatment process. We aimed to develop and validate an automated Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)-based 12-lead ECG mobile alert system for use in an emergency department (ED). Materials and Methods: An automated FHIR-based 12-lead ECG alert system was developed in the ED of an academic tertiary care hospital. The system was aimed at generating an alert for patients with suspected acute coronary syndrome based on interpretation by the legacy device. The alert is transmitted to physicians both via a mobile application and the patient’s electronic medical record (EMR). The automated FHIR-based 12-lead ECG alert system processing interval was defined as the time from ED arrival and 12-lead ECG capture to the time when the FHIR-based notification was transmitted. Results: During the study period, 3812 emergency visits and 1581 12-lead ECGs were recorded. The FHIR system generated 155 alerts for 116 patients. The alerted patients were significantly older [mean (standard deviation): 68.1 (12.4) years vs. 59.6 (16.8) years, p<0.001], and the cardiac-related symptom rate was higher (34.5% vs. 19%, p<0.001). Among the 155 alerts, 146 (94%) were transmitted successfully within 5 minutes. The median interval from 12-lead ECG capture to FHIR notification was 2.7 min [interquartile range (IQR) 2.2–3.1 min] for the group with cardiac-related symptoms and 3.0 min (IQR 2.5–3.4 min) for the group with non-cardiac-related symptoms. Conclusion: An automated FHIR-based 12-lead ECG mobile alert system was successfully implemented in an ED.
무형문화재를 응용한 장신구 디자인 모델 연구 - 처용무 동작 분석을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 모션 캡처 기술을 통해 처용무의 동작을 시각화하고 장신구 디자인에 적용하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 처용무는 현재 남아 있는 궁중 무용 가운데 가장 오랜 역사를 지니며, 역동적인 춤 동작과 오방색의 화려한 의상에는 삼국유사 설화를 바탕으로 한 시대적 배경이 반영되어 있다. 이에 연구자는 무형문화재 가운데 처용무를 연구 소재로 선정하여 현대 장신구 연구 소재의 범위를 확장시키고자 하였다. 현시점까지 한국 문화를 접목한 장신구 디자인 연구는 문화의 표면적인 외형 이미지를 그대로 본뜬 방식으로 이루어져왔다. 이러한 문제의식에서 출발하여 연구자는 중요무형문화재, 처용무를 중심으로 무용 동작을 시각화하여 장신구 디자인 모델에 적용하고자 한다. 동작 분석 범위는 처용무의 조형적 가치와 역사적 상징을 고려하여 3가지 동작으로 유형화, 추출한다. 또한 탐구를 통해 추출한 구분 동작의 분석 결과를 밝히고 장신구 디자인 모델에서의 무형문화재, 춤 동작의 적용 가능성을 모색하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기존의 한국 문화 장신구 디자인의 한계를 극복하고 전통문화를 소재로 한 폭넓고 다채로운 디자인 연구가 이어지기를 기대한다. This research aims to visualize Cheoyongmu movement through the motion capture technology and its applicability to jewelry designing. Among the remaining royal court dances, Cheoyongmu has been around the longest in history. Within its dynamic dance movement and resplendent costumes of five colors, known as Obangsek, reflect the historical background of Samguk Yusa, the Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms. Thus the researcher chose to focus on Cheoyongmu among other intangible cultural assets in order to expand the scope of research materials for modern jewelry. Until now, study of ornamental design with emphasis on Korean culture has been conducted by replicating the external appearance of cultural images. Stemming from such awareness, the researcher seeks to focus on Cheoyongmu, an important intangible cultural asset, and visualize dance movement to apply to designing jewelry models. The scope of motion analysis is classified and extracted into three movements, with consideration to Cheoyongmu’s formative value and historical symbol. In addition, the result of the extracted distinct movements was analyzed and uncovered, and the applicability of intangible cultural asset and dance movements to jewelry design was further explored. Through this study, the researcher aspires for Korean cultural jewelry designs to overcome the existing limitations, and lead to a wide variety of design studies and research based on traditional culture.
1P-507 Cu/NiCrAl metal foam 촉매를 이용한 이온성 액체 monopropellant 분해 연구

최근 ammonium dinitramide (ADN)와 hydroxylammonium nitrate (HAN) 기반 액상 단일추진제는 hydrazine을 대신하는 친환경 추진제로 주목받고 있다. ADN 과 HAN 기반 액상 단일추진제는 취급과 사용이 용이하며 할로겐산 분해 생성물을 발생시키지 않는 장점이 있다. 하지만 ADN 과 HAN 기반 액상 단일추진제는 수분 함량이 높아 점화가 어려워 촉매를 이용한 촉매분해가 필수적이며, 실제 추력기에 적용하기 위해서는 1200°C 이상의 고온에서 견딜 수 있는 촉매 성형체 개발 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Cu의 담지량을 달리하여 Cu/NiCrAl metal foam 촉매를 제조하였고 자체 제작한 batch 반응기에서 ADN 과 HAN 기반 액상 단일추진제 분해 개시 온도와 압력 변화를 관찰하였다. 또한 촉매의 물리화학적 특성은 BET, XRD, XRF를 통해 분석하였다.
