자연유산의 지속가능성을 위한 과제 - 천연기념물(식물) 후계목 사례를 중심으로 -

기후변화에 관한 정부간 협의체(IPCC: Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change)에서는 기후변화가 2050년까지 종과 서식지에 상당한 영향을 미칠 것으로 전망하고 있다. 자연유산은 기후변화에 있어서 취약성이 크다. 본 연구는 자연유산을 후대에 전달할 수 있는 지속가능한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이에 따라 천연기념물(식물)을 대상으로 범위를 한정하여 보존 및 관리 검토와 후계목 양성 현황을 통해 지속가능성을 위한 과제를 도출하였다. 결론적으로 천연기념물(식물)의 지속적인 관리를 위한 과정에서 뉴버거넌스를 구축해야 하며, 정이품송 사례처럼 천연기념물(식물)의 후계목의 민간분양이 확대될 가능성을 고려하여 통합관리체계를 마련해야한다. 또한, 후계목의 전시의 기능을 하는 종합보전시설을 조성하여 가치 해석과 표출을 위한 전략적 방향이 필요하다. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change predicts that climate change will have a significant impact on species and habitats by 2050. Natural Heritage is the most vulnerable to climate change. This article aims to search for a sustainable plan to deliver natural heritage to future generations. Accordingly, the scope of Natural Monument(plants) was limited, and the purpose was to derive tasks for Sustainability through conservation and management reviews and the status of successive trees. In conclusion, in the process of continuous management of Natural Monument(plants), to establish a new governance of the community An integrated management system should be established in consideration of the possibility of expanding the private distribution Natural Monument(plants) as in the case of Songni Jeongipumsong Pine Tree, Boeun. In addition, a strategy is needed to interpret and present the value of natural heritage by creating various facilities that function as exhibitions.
