The purpose of this study is to present efficient methods and ideas of operation and management on 2018 Pyungchang Winter Olympic Games facilities after Olympic Games, especially limiting Ice Games facilities in Gangnung Costal Zone. In order to achieve the purpose, it examined and reviewed the present conditions of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games facilities and also operation/ management plan as well as the cases of past Olympic venues. First of all, 2018 Pyungchang Winter Olympic Games will be held successfully, and then, it is necessary to establish a system to preserve Olympic legacies and to manage these facilities efficiently. As well as finding a competent private firms or individuals to commit to manage those facilities. In terms of Gangnung City authority, it will have to design “Convention & Event city” and set up “Convention & Event business management strategies” and also support and cooperate with legal and policy manner.

This study discusses how the residents of Mangsang dong `Yakcheon culture village` in Donghae city have perceived the culture tourism impact since the developed cultural village. The data for the study came from a self-administered questionnaire survey of resident of Mangsang dong where cultural tourism development was launched around the Yak cheon Nam Gu Man and his <Sijo>. Variable of this study is resident union is based on culture tourism destination development, preference about development for culture tourism destination, change is based on culture tourism destination development. It was measured that this variables have an effect on community attachment, and community attachment has an effect on community recommendation to visitor. The result of measuring was that resident perceived of positive to culture tourism development. And it was positive toward community attachment. Community attachment was positive toward community recommendation to visitor.

This study aims to segment the Green Tourism market by understanding motivations that spur consumer activities in terms of demand for effective marketing activities of Green Tourism, and grasping attitudes that influence the determination of tourism and behavioral pattern in terms of demand. The survey data were collected by a convenience sampling method in metropolitan area, 350 samples were used for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, It was proven that there were significant differences in tourism attitudes and Green Tourism by gender, academic attainments, income, job, and age, and as a result of analyzing the correlation of tourism attitudes and Green Tourism, and the influence of tourism attitudes on Green Tourism, all of them were proven to be highly related to each other. Accordingly, there should be the market segmentation reflecting the demand of urban residents, and at the same time, to make a seamless preparation for the planning and development of programs, goods and services.
