This research was done with the object of acrylic wastewater pretreatment experiment that was used for more efficient membrane separation processes. With the result of using pretrement processes constituted with CaO coagulant, treated water was not appropriate for the direct utilization to membrane processes because of pH 12 above, that is, strong base. Neutralization process was necessary for the purpose of lowering allowable discharge value because pH is within the range of 9∼12 by CaO coagulant.

『고려사』에 나타난 팔관회의 음악양상 및 그 사상적 배경에 관한 고찰

이 논문에서는 『고려사』에 나타난 팔관회의 음악양상과 그 시장적 배경을 탐구하였다. 팔관회의 의례절차를 분석한 결과 아악, 당악, 속악이 연주되었음은 물론, 고려중심의 세계관을 보여주는 여러 주변국의 음악과, 토속신에 복을 비는 백희기무가 이날 행사의 매우 중요한 하이라이트였음을 확인하였다. 아악은 예악사장에 따라 왕을 중심으로 한 예의 엄격한 절차와 장엄한 수식을 위해 주악되었다. 그리고 이때의 아악 가운데 고려 태조 원년 (981) 이후 송에서 ‘대성아악’이 들어오기 전에는, 삼국(사국)시대 혹은 통일신라시대 이래의 “궁중에서의 제사활동이나 조회의례에서 사용하는 음악”이라는 의미의 아악이 사용되었다. 또한 고려중심의 세계관을 보여주는 여러 주변국의 음악이 매우 중요한 의례절차로 주악되었으며, 신라유풍인 백희공연에서 기무를 통해 토속신에 복을 기원하는 의례절차 역시 팔관회의 본질적 의식임도 확인하였다. 그리고 본격적인 연회에서는 당악과 속악이 연주되었는데, 내용상 당악은 도교적 성향이, 속악은 유교적 성향이 농후하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 구체적으로 어떤 곡들이 주악되었는지는 확실한 기록이 없어 단언할 수는 없으나, 당시 궁중의 도교 취향 이외에도, 신선이나 장생불사(長生不死)와 같은 도교시장의 색채와 궁궐의 성대한 연회를 노래한 내용을 감안하면, 당악은 도교 취향의 ‘당악정재’ 가운데 ‘오양선’, ‘포구락’, ‘연화대’가 공연되었다고 말할 수 있다. 그 외에도 다양한 악곡이 연주되었다고 본다. 그리고 속악 가운데서는 속악정재인 ‘무고’, ‘동동’, ‘무애’가 공연되었으며, 노래는 ‘풍입송’이 연회 끝 무렵에 연주되었고, 삼국속악은 거의 불리지 않았다. 이처럼 팔관회 행사 때에는 고려시대의 아악, 당악, 속악은 물론 여러 주변국의 음악이 주악되었고, 시장적으로는 예악사상에 따른 유교적 의례, 도교적 신선 취향, 사찰 방문이라는 불교적 행사, 그리고 백희가무공연에서의 토속신에 대한 신앙 등이 총체적으로 연출되었다고 하겠다. 따라서 팔관회는 고려국의 드높은 위상과 고려문화의 다양성을 가장 상징적으로 보여주는 국가제전이었다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this thesis is to study a music aspect and thought background of the Palgwan-hwae Ceremony on the Koryosa. A-ak(Chinese music of the royal court religious ceremonies), Dang-ak(Chinese music of royal court party ceremonies), and Sok-ak(Korean popular music)had been performed at the Palgwan-hwae Ceremony. Among them, A-ak had been played for showing the strict manner at a place and impressive ornamentation of salutation in accordance with Yae-ak Sasang. Various music performance of neighboring nations, which expressed a view of Koryeo-centralism would be an important repertory with 'Baekhee' public performance at that day. Dang-ak and Sok-ak also had been performed at a regular party of the palace. They can be distinguished by their contents of performance. Dang-ak was thick Taoistic disposition and Sok-ak was dense to Confucian disposition. However there is no historical evidence what exact title of Dang-ak and Sok-ak had been played at the regular party, we can say that three of Dang-ak, 'Dang-ak Jungjae' had been palyed at a concert as it had been represented Taoism very much. As I mentioned above, lots of Koyreo's music(and the music of neighboring nations) had been performed at Palgwan-hwae Ceremony. By contents or thought, various of culture had been represented at Palgwan-hwae Ceremony, like Confucianism ceremonies which was from Yae-ak Sasang, Taoism, Buddhism, and 'Backhee' plays, showing a faithful of local gods at Palgwan-hwae Ceremony. Therefore, Palgwan-hwae Ceremony was symbol as a national ceremony that had expressed diversity of Koryoe's culture.

Turbidity and SS were removed with only ultrafiltration process for the second treatment sewage treated biofilm method and continuous filtration system. TDS, COD, nitrate and nitrite were eliminated using additional reverse osmosis spiral-wound type module. The permeate of ultrafiltration hollow fiber type module and reverse osmosis spiral-wound type module could be washing-water as well as industrial water on the basis of high efficiency in removal of turbidity, SS, TDS, COD, nitrate and nitrite. The combination process of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis was suitable for high treatment and reuse of second treatment sewage. It could be applied for other sewage and wastewater if pretreatment method would be improved for each wastewater.
