국화재배지의 식물기생선충 분포조사 및 뿌리썩이선층의 ITS와 D3-28S rDNA 특성조사

2005년 5월부터 6월까지 국내 주요 국화재배 포장에서 총 50개 토양시료를 채집하여 식물기생선충상을 조사하였다. 조사 결과, 뿌리썩이선충(Pratylenchus)의 포장발생률이 86%로 대부분의 포장에서 광범위하게 분포하였고, 밀도는 토양 200 cc와 뿌리 1g에서 평균 1,095마리가 검출되었다. 분자생물학적 동정을 위하여, '무안', '구미', '태안', '정읍', '마산' 등 5지역을 선정하고, 그 지역의 뿌리썩이선충을 대상으로 ITS와 D3-28S rDNA의 유전자 분석을 하였다. PCR 결과 증폭된 ITS는 '무안'의 경우 1 kb 크기로 나타났고, 그 외의 다른 지역의 뿌리썩이선충에서는 0.8 kb로서 약 200 bp가량의 차이가 있었다. D3-28S rDNA의 PCR 결과에서는 모든 지역에서 약 320 bp로 일정한 크기의 gene이 증폭되었으며, 증폭된 DNA는 sequencer를 이용하여 염기서열정보를 얻었다. 얻어진 각 isolate의 D3 염기서열 정보는 DNASTAR 분석 소프트웨어의 MegAlign 프로그램을 이용하여 분석 및 phylogenetic tree를 형성하였다. 분석 결과 '구미'와 '태안' isolate의 D3 염기서열은 100% 일치하였고, '정읍' isolate는 이들 isolate와 99.7%의 유사성을 나타내었다. 또한 이들 세 isolate는 Pratylenchus vulnus와 근연종임이 확인되었는데, '구미', '태안'은 96.7%, '정읍'은 96.3%의 유사성을 각 나타내었다. 한편, '마산' isolate는 P. penetrans와 100% 일치됨을 나타내었고, '무안' isolate는 P. brachyurus와 99.7%의 유사성을 나타냄으로써 높은 상관성을 나타내었다. 이와 같은 결과는 phylogenetic tree에서도 동일한 결과를 나타내고 있다. A survey was conducted to find out the major plant parasitic nematode in Chrysanthemum morifolium fields in Korea from May to June in 2005. A genus of Pratylenchus was determined as the most important plant parasitic nematode based on analysis of total 50 samples from 8 cities of chrysanthemum field. Pratylenchus showed 86% occurrence rate and average numbered 1,095 per 200cc soils and 1g root. Five Pratylenchus isolates, 'Muan', 'Masan', 'Tean', 'Gumi', 'Jeongup', were selected for the molecular identification of the species of Pratylenchus, and ITS and D3-28S ribosomal DNA were amplified by PCR. For the ITS, only 'Muan' isolate was differentiated by total 1 kb PCR amplification, which was 200 bp larger than all the other isolates. There was no size variation in amplified D3-28S rDNA and all isolate represented approximately 320 bp of PCR product. Sequence data of D3-28S rDNA were analysed by MegAlign program in DNASTAR software and phylogenetic tree was constructed. Sequence homology was 100% between 'Gumi' isolate and 'Tean' isolate and 'Jeongup' isolate was also close to these isolates by 99.7% sequence homology. 'Gumi', 'Tean' group and 'Jeongup' isolate were determined to be closely related to Pratylenchus vulnus by 96.7% and 96.3% similarity in respectively. D3 sequence of 'Masan' isolate was 100% identical to P. penetrans, and 'Muan' isolate showed 99.7% similarity to P. brachyurus. This result was congruent with the branch divergence pattern shown in phylogenetic tree.
대학생이 지각한 부모애착과 취업스트레스 간의 관계에서 자기효능감과 진로성숙도의 매개효과: 대학생(4년제) 및 전문대학생(2-3년제) 간의 다집단 분석

This study investigates the effect of parental attachment on job seeking stress among the university students and junior college students. We explore the mediating effects of self-efficacy and career maturity on the relations between parental attachment and job seeking stress. We selected 292 university students and 285 junior college students as participants from Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do. All participants completed surveys on the measurement of parental attachment, self-efficacy, career maturity, and job seeking stress. Collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson`s correlation, structural equational models, and Sobel test with SPSS software ver. 18.0 and Amos software ver. 18.0. The major findings are as follow. First, parental attachment had no significant effect on job seeking stress. Second, self-efficacy and career maturity mediated between parental attachment and job seeking stress. In addition, there were significant differences between university students and junior college students regarding the relation between parental attachment and job seeking stress. Junior college student`s career maturity had a greater influence than that of the university students. The findings of this study suggest that intervention to address self-efficacy and career maturity are important to resolve college students` job seeking stress; in addition, school type should be considered to understand job seeking stress.
대학생의 우울취약성이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study investigates the effect of depressive vulnerability on the interpersonal problems of university students. We explore the moderating effects of ego-resilience on the relation between depressive vulnerability and interpersonal problems. We selected 380 university students as participants from Daegu and Gyeongsan cities. Collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, moderating effect with SPSS 23.0. PROCESS, a SPSS macro program developed by Hayes (2013). The findings are as follows. First, there were significant correlations between non-sociability and dependency, self-criticism, non-self-assertiveness, over-consideration, dominance, personal relations, emotion control, and optimism. Second, ego-resilience was found to moderate the relationship between depressive vulnerability and non-self- assertiveness, over-consideration, and dominance among university students. This study suggests that intervention to address ego-resilience are important to resolve the interpersonal problems of university students.

This study investigates the effect of gender role attitude and work·family balance on life stress for married career women. We also explore the mediating effect of marital intimacy on the relation between gender role attitude, work·family balance, and life stress. The subjects were married women from the five year data of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family (KLoWF). Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, structural equational models, and Sobel test with SPSS software ver. 23.0, and Amos software ver. 23.0. The findings are as follows. First, gender role attitude had a direct effect on life stress, but work·family balance had no significant effect on life stress. Second, marital intimacy mediated between gender role attitude, work·family balance, and life stress. In conclusion, the results can be used as basic data to prevent life stress in married career women and increase marital intimacy.
윤활유첨가제로써 마모억제 성능을 갖는 Dimethacryloyloxy Alkane 유도체에 관한 연구

Zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP)와 같이 금속을 포함한 윤활유 첨가제는 값이 싸다는 이점 때문에 널리 사용되고 있으나, 재와 같은 불순물이 발생한다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 ZDDP를 부분적으로 대체하여 zinc와 같은 금속을 포함하지 않는 구조인 알칸디올로부터 유래하는 bis[3-(dialkyloxyphosphorothionyl) thio-2-methylpropanyloxy] butane(BAP4)을 간편하고 효율적으로 합성하였고, 합성한 BAP4 화합물들에 따른 내 마모 특성을 살펴보았다. 여러 가지 알킬기가 있는 BAP4 화합물들이 4-ball 시험법에 의해 마모 직경(Wear scar diameter, WSD) 값이 측정되었다. BAP4화합물에서 알킬기가 4에서 8로 증가함에 따라 WSD 값은 0.59 mm에서 0.45 mm로 급격히 감소했으나, BAP4의 알킬기가 8에서 14로 증가할 경우 WSD 값은 0.45 mm에서 0.50 mm로 서서히 증가했다. 따라서 BAP4 화합물 중 가장WSD 값이 적게 나타난 것은 B8P4이었다. 윤활기유에 B8P4와 ZDDP를 0.50 wt%로 첨가하여 4-ball 시험을 실시한 결과, B8P4와 ZDDP의 WSD 값은 각각 0.45, 0.54 mm로 측정되었다. 또한, 열 중량 분석기(Thermogravimetric Analyzer, TGA)를 통해 열안정성을 확인하였고, 에너지 분산형 X-선 분광분석기(Energy-Dispersive X-rays Spectroscopy, EDS)로 tribofilm이 제대로 형성되었는지를 측정하였다. Lubricant additives including zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (ZDDP) containing metal have been widely used due to the advantage of very low cost, but they can generate impurities such as ash. In this work, ZDDP containing metals was partially replaced with bis[3-(dialkyloxyphosphorothionyl) thio-2-methylpropanyloxy] butane (BAP4s) which was synthesized conveniently and ef-fectively from alkanediol without any metal components. Also, the wear resistance property of synthesized BAP4s were studied. Wear scar diameter (WSD) values of BAP4s with butyl, octyl, decyl, dodecyl or tetradecyl groups were also measured by four-ball test. As the length of the alkyl group increased from 4 to 8, the WSD value of BAP4s decreased rapidly from 0.59 to 0.45 mm, but from 8 to 14, the value increased very slowly from 0.45 to 0.50 mm. Thus, among all BAP4s, B8P4 having BAP4 with the octyl group, showed the lowest WSD value. Furthermore, the WSD values were measured in a lubricant base oil mixed with a 0.50 percent concentration (w/w) of either BAP4 or ZDDP. The former was 0.55 mm, and the latter was 0.45 mm. The thermal stability and tribofilm formation peroperty were also measured by thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) and en-ergy-dispersive X-rays spectroscopy (EDS), respectively.
