Gravure printing is one of the printing methods. It can apply to many kinds of printing material. However, various troubles in printing process are the problems that need to be solved. Because the purpose is to make the printed matters as fast and accurately as possible in the way desired by the customer, it is important to minimize the troubles in process and to quickly resolve problems that have already occurred. The purpose of this research is using recycled ink in gravure printing by improving the efficiency and reproducibility of it. To do this, I study the property of recycled ink utilizing the new method of ink filtration.
화선부와 스크린 판의 사이즈에 따른 스크린 인쇄물 재현성에 관한 연구

In this thesis, through the progressive measurement by change of off-contract which is one of the reasons to affect screen printed matter s reproducibility, the most reproductive off-contract value is found. Also, the correlation between size of screen plate and screen printed matter s reproducibility is analyzed. As the result, even though the reproducibility has to be good under 3 ㎜ space of off-contract, as the space between the plate and the printed material is very narrow, the reproducibility gets deteriorated resulted from spreading effect of screen printed matter. In this process, the reproducibility under 5 ㎜ space of off-contract gets worse because cosθ is too much and the good reproducibility is found between 3~5㎜.

In this study, we attempt to standardize each process in screen printing. Everything cannot be standardized based on the device and material of screen printing in an experimental environment (temperature: 23–25°C and humidity: 50–60%). The purpose of the experiment is to determine the data for each variable and obtain an optimal print through stabilization according to the screen mesh strap and exposure amount according to the thickness of the photosensitive emulsion. Screen printing is considerably difficult to standardize owing to the wide variety of substrates used. In this study, the release paper that is closest to the most widely used synthetic resin was used as the print.
