N/A Fabrication of high strength Mg-Li-Al alloys by squeeze casting was established by the stabilization of melt and mold temperatures, applied pressure and the refining method. The entrapment of inclusions during pouring was prevented using 30ppi alumina foam filter. The as-cast microstructure consists of a mixture of α and β phases including AlLi and MgLi₂Al particles, which are distributed in the β matrix. The grain sizes of gravity and squeeze casting alloys were 288㎛ and 207㎛ respectively. The addition of Al in Mg-Li alloys promoted the formation of second phase particles, which were adjusted to optimize the properties of Mg-Li-Al alloys. The Mg-10wt%Li-5wt%Al alloy after heat treatment at 350℃ for 1 hour showed the maximum hardness value. This is due to the facts that the amounts of α and β phases and their distributions are dependent upon the solution treatment temperature, and that the amounts of AlLi and MgLi₂Al particles are dependent upon the Al content.

The performance of direct methanol fuel cells is affected by operating conditions such as, methanol feeding temperatures, methanol concentrations, and methanol flow rates during the operation in different environmental conditions. In this study, effects of the environmental temperature on performance of direct methanol fuel cells have been investigated in order to test a applicability of direct methanol fuel cell to the vehicle. The environmental temperature (ET) was varied from -20?C to +30?C. The inside fuel cell temperature (CT) during test at various operating conditions was monitored and the performance of fuel cell was measured in the I-V polarization curve. With increasing the ET, the performance of the fuel cell was significantly improved and the CT also almost linearly increased. However, at below 0?C ET, the DMFC showed very poor performance and needed to control CT or methanol feeding temperature (MFT), methanol flow rate(MFR) to obtain enough power of the vehicle.

Recently, to ensure the high openness and prospect right of the building, curtain wall system is mainly applied to the high-rise buildings at domestic and overseas. As a result, the use of Structural Sealant is increasing. Structural Glazing Sealant is applied with the glass and AL-FRAME (Mullion) that the strong structural strength is required to hold. However, the structural sealant at the construction site in a variety of external influences, such as wind load, thermal load, uv, chemical pollutants etc, in case of storing condition, if structural sealant stored in high temperature for a long period time, it will not perform well compared with initial performance. In this study, the influence of the performance of one-component structural sealant evaluated for proper storage conditions at the construction site and how to use the non-intended.
간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하는 무례함, 대처, 임상실습 만족도의 관계

본 연구는 간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하는 간호사의 무례함, 대처 및 임상실습 만족도간의 관계를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 연구 대상자는 I시와 J시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호학과 재학생 중 임상실습을 경험한 295명이었다. 2020년 9월부터 11월까지 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 통해 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 무례함의 평균점수는 2.08점(5점 만점)이었고, 대처는 2.09점(3점 만점)이었으며, 임상실습 만족도는 3.24점(5점 만점)으로 나타났다. 또한 무례함과 대처(r=.12, p=.034), 무례함과 임상실습 만족도(r=-.21, p<.001), 대처와 임상실습 만족도(r=.13, p=.024)에서 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 무례함에 대한 대처 전략을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 더불어 대학과 임상실습기관은 무례함을 파악하고 해결하는 방안을 마련하기 위해 협력적 노력이 함께 이루어져야 한다. The purpose of this descriptive study was to identify the relationship among incivility, coping, and satisfaction to clinical practice experienced by nursing college students in clinical practice. The subjects of this study were 295 students who had experienced clinical practice among nursing college students located in I and J cities. As a result of the study, the average score of incivility was 2.08±.75 points on a 5-point scale, the average score for coping was 2.09±.34 points on a 3-point scale, and the average score for clinical practice satisfaction was 3.24±.43 points on a 5-points scale. Also, incivility and coping(r=.12, p=.034), incivility and clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.21, p<.001), coping and clinical practice satisfaction(r=.13, p=.024) showed a significant correlation. Through these research results, it is necessary to develop and apply various programs to improve coping strategies against incivility. In addition, universities and clinical practice institutions should make a cooperative effort to identify incivility and come up with a solution.
