Experimental study on comparison of diffusive-thermal self-excitation with buoyancy-driven one due to accumulation of partially premixed, preheated mixture in front of edge flame was conducted in horizontally and vertically injected laminar free-jet flames with an applied DC electric field of -10 kV. The application of horizontal injection method with the DC electric field to jet flames was experimentally designed to suppress heat-loss-induced self-excitation and thereby to highlight the definite difference between both diffusive-thermal and buoyancy-driven self-excitations with the same order of O(1.0 Hz), in that diffusive-thermal self-excitation has not been so far found experimentally in laminar jet flames. Flame stability maps in vertically and horizontally injected jet flames are presented. The distinct modes of individual self-excitation are shown to be well described by their own phase diagrams. The results show that buoyancy-driven self-excitation due to the accumulation of partially premixed, preheated mixtures in front of edge flame is branched from the buoyancy-induced self-excitation with O(10 Hz) due to a flame flicker. Once the buoyancy-driven self-excitation appears, it suppresses buoyancy-induced as well as diffusive-thermal self-excitation. The key characteristics for individual self-excitation are discussed and their functional dependencies of Strouhal number upon related physical parameters are also presented.

베트남에서 외국적 요소가 있는 재산관계의 준거법은 주로 베트남 민법에서 규정하고 있다. 베트남 민법상 물권의 준거법으로서는 부동산 ․ 동산을 구별하지 않고 재산소재지법이 원칙적으로 준거법이 된다. 채권관계의 준거법에 대해서는 베트남법에서 원칙적으로 당사자 자치의 원칙을 규정하고 있으나, 베트남법에 저촉되지 않는 경우에만 당사자가 합의로서 준거법을 지정할 수 있기 때문에 많은 주의가 요구된다. 현재 개정 작업중인 베트남 민법 개정안에서는 외국법이 배척되는 경우를 열거하여 놓았으므로 좀 더 진일보한 법이라고 평가할 수 있다. 또한 계약내용의 준거법으로서는 이행지법주의를 원칙으로 하며, 계약 방식의 경우는 계약행위지법이 예외사항이 없으면 적용된다. 채권관계의 준거법에도 많은 예외 상황이 있으니 주의하여야 한다. 비계약적 준거법으로는 불법행위는 불법행위지법 또는 가해행위의 실질적 효과 발생지법이 원칙적으로 준거법이 되며 민간항공법 및 해사법전에서 많은 예외가 있다. 부당이득과 사무관리에 대한 준거법규정이 민법에 없으나 민법개정안에는 규정을 신설하였다. 마지막으로 상사관계의 준거법에 대해서는 특별법에 아무런 규정이 없으면 민법이 보충적으로 규율한다. 그러나 상법, 기업법, 여신기관법 및 유통증권법 등에서 특별규정이 있으므로 특별법 우선의 원칙에 따라 특별법 관련 규정이 적용이 될 것이다. 국제상사관행을 당사자는 합의할 수 있으나 베트남법의 기본원칙에 위배되지 않아야 한다는 제한이 있다. Choice of law in civil relation involving foreign elements is mainly prescribed in Vietnam Civil law. The establishment, implementation, alteration and termination of property ownership rights and the contents of such rights shall be determined according to the law of the country where such property is located in Vietnam Civil law. On choice of law of contract relations, it must be aware that foreign laws may apply in cases where the parties have so agreed upon in contracts, only if such agreement is not contrary to the provisions of Civil law in Vietnam. The rights and obligations of the parties to a civil contract shall be determined in accordance with the law of the country where the contract is performed. On the other hand, forms of a contract must comply with the country where the contract is entered into. Notwithstanding, be cautious there is some exceptions in Vietnam law. For the non-contractual relations, compensation for damage outside contract will be determined in accordance with the law of the country where the act causing such damage take place or where the actual consequences of such act arise, but there are many exceptions to this principle for compensations for damage caused by an aircraft flying in international airspace or by a sea-going ship sailing in international waters in Civil Aviation law and Maritime Code in Vietnam. Civil law may be applied to commercial relations involving foreign elements unless there is specialized law regarding the same contents. However, there is special law such as enterprise law, law on negotiable instrument, law on credit institutions involving choice of laws which will prevail over Civil law on the same issues. The parties in international contracts may agree upon international commercial practice if such foreign laws or international commercial practices are not contrary to the fundamental principles of the Vietnamese law.

This paper presents the pressure of carburetor air inlet and outlet and performance of a small spark-ignited gasoline engine. The engine used in this paper is a single cylinder, two-stroke, air-cooled 23cc SI engine for brush cutter. We measured the RPM, torque, fuel consumption and air inlet pressure at carburetor front and back according to the throttle open ratio. The results showed that the pressure wave and difference of the carburetor front and back pressures was increased at increasing throttle area ratio, power and fuel flow-rate were increased at increasing difference of front and back pressures.

This paper presents the pulsation of carburetor inlet and outlet pressure of a small spark-ignited gasoline engine at non-load condition and increasing dynamometer load. The engine used in this paper is a single cylinder, diaphragm carburetor, two-stroke, air-cooled 23㏄ SI engine for brush cutter. We measured the rpm, air pressure at carburetor inlet and outlet at 4779,6378,7473, WOT rpm and dynamo load The results showed that the pressure variation at carburetor inlet is not changed. and the pressure variation at carburetor outlet is each occurred to 0.73㎏/㎠ at 4779rpm and 6378rpm, 0.71㎏/㎠ at 7473rpm, and 0.84㎏/㎠ at WOT. According to increasing dynamometer load, carburettor outlet pressure is occurred to 0.84 ~ 0.86㎏/㎠ similarly at WOT.

This paper presents the effects of equivalence ratio on the performance of a small spark-ignited gasoline engine. The engine used in this test was a single cylinder, two-stroke, air-cooled 26CC engine for lawn mower. The rpm, torque, power, and fuel consumption were measured under the four different equivalence ratio conditions and the engine loads respectively. In addition, the difference of the rpm on the dynamometer and the engine was confirmed to verify the effect of clutch by using for transfer the engine power. The results showed that the maximum power and minimum fuel consumption could be obtained at =0.9 and 9% load of dynamometer and clutch effect such as the slip on the λ surface was not concerned.

The engine used in this paper was a single cylinder, diaphragm carburetor, two-stroke, air-cooled 26㏄ engine for brush cutter. The rpm, torque, fuel consumption and CO emission were measured under the four different equivalence ratio and three different throttle degree conditions on the engine loads respectively. In addition, the difference of the rpm on the dynamometer and the engine was confirmed to verify the effect of clutch by using for transfer the engine power. The results showed that the maximum power and minimum fuel consumption could be obtained at λ=0.9 and 9% load of dynamometer, and also the leaner mixture tuning develops the lower CO emission.

This paper presents the effects of access air factors and throttle open degrees on the performance of a small spark-ignition gasoline engine. The engine used in this paper was a single cylinder, diaphragm carburetor, two-stroke, air-cooled 26cc engine for brush cutter. The rpm, torque, fuel consumption and HC, CO, NOx emission were measured under lean burn conditions on the opened area ratios and engine loads respectively. The results showed that the maximum power and minimum fuel consumption could be obtained. leaner mixture tuning decreases HC and CO emission.

This study describes about comparison of performance characteristics between Two-stroke Gasoline engine and LPG engine. The engines used in this study is the LPG engine and the gasoline engine that a single cylinder, diaphragm carburetor, two-stroke air-cooled SI engine for bursh cutter. In this study that we'd like to utilze for basic data that develop for fule or lubricating oil supply system of gasoline engine and LPG engine. The engine speed, power, torque, brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC) were measured and analyzed under the different throttle degree conditions respectively. The results showed that each of the rpm, touque, power with were increased at none-load condition and the excess air ratio tend to increasingly decreased accoding to engine speed. The BSFC that the gasoline engine and the LPG engine were showed the approximately 2000g/㎾h but the LPG engine was lowed at 6600rpm with effect to excess air ratio after lately increasing it
