This paper is a study on farmer’s songs while he engages in rice farming in the Yongmong-ri village Deoksan-myeon Jincheon-gun North Chungcheong province. The Yongmong-ri farmer’s songs are made up of four songs; a song of removing a rice seedling from the seedbed, a song of planting the rice seedling, a song of weeding out and a song of harvesting the rice. This paper inquired into the features of the telling in the songs by dividing it into two parts of external and internal ones. The Yongmong-ri farmer’s songs have their vocalism in the style of leading and following chorus, with unique features in their rhythm which farmer’s songs in the mid-region of North Chungcheong province have. The telling of the Yongmong-ri farmer’s songs is mostly about a pray for a good harvest, a respect for the old and a filial piety, an affection for their hometown and an encouragement of agriculture, and contains contents to make farmers exhausted by farming forget their fatigue and to amuse them.

The spirit of loyalty and filial piety has long been an important ethic and a sublime salue in korea. deep-rooted in our ancestors' consciousness, the spirit has been bequeathed generation after generation, now becoming one of the traditional ideas. The Sijo, which has the longest history and the most authors in Korea, is the representative literary work and the essence of our national literature. In this essay, looked into how the spirit is related to the historical situation and how the Sijo writers and it's forms are related to it's formative process. My study was divided into two parts: one of loyalty, and the other of filial piety, and also the former discusses five ideas (the king's favor, the love of the king, the loyalty to the king, patriotism, and so on) and the latter four ideas (the parents' love, how to serve the parents, the advice of filial piety, and so on).

In order to study the lives of the person of Chung buk Province, I have considered how the legends of Woo Tak have been handed down from generation to generation and the meanings of the legends. First, I have described the life of Woo Tak and then considered how he is portrayed in the legends and their implications. I have reconstructed the legends based on his whole life, and considered the legends by dividing them into phases, (1) the Legend concerning birth (2) the Legends of Growth (3) the Legend of life (4) the Legend of his last life, and his life after death. I have also considered the meanings of the legends by dividing them into several stories, On the basis of each Legend shown the above, the peculiarities of the Legend are presented.

1993년도에 정규 대학급에서는 국내 처음으로 경상북도 칠곡군에 위치한 동국전문대학에 "포장과"가 설치된 바 있다. 현재 미국에 약 40여개 대학, 유럽, 호주 뉴질랜드 등 국가의 몇몇 대학에서 "포장학"을 정규 학과로 개설하여 전문인력을 배출하고 있는 상황이지만, 아직은 포장학과 교과과목 설정에 대한 정설은 없는 만큼, 포장과의 교과과정을 결정하는 것은 인위적인 것이 되기 쉽고 검증을 받기도 어렵다. 실제적으로 국내에서도 전문대학 과정에 포장과가 설립된 후 2∼3년간 시행착오를 거치고 있는 중이다. 포장학의 정의, 성립 배경과 범위를 규명코자 했으며, 미국 대학의 포장학과 교과목 운영실태와 일본의 포장학 연구실태를 참고로 알아보고 국내의 포장인력 현황 조사 내용을 분석하여 향후의 인력수요를 예측, 전문대학 포장과의 필요성을 알아보았다. 아울러, 동국전문대학 포장과 제1회 졸업생 및 제2회 졸업예정자의 취업현황 등을 토대로 최종적으로 우리 실정에 맞는 전문대학 포장과의 교과과정 설정 방안을 제시했으며, 현재 한국산업인력관리공단의 포장기사자격제도와 전문대학 포장과 교과과목과의 관계를 조명하여, 현행 포장기사 2급 제도의 출제기준안 개선방향도 제시했다.

Legends which are regionally handed down depend largely upon the beliefs of a group, natural surroundings, or social life. Danyang gun is located in the northern extremity of Chungbuk, and is know as a region of great natural beauty with a lot of mountains. There are many places where they still cross streams in ferryboats with its being backward in civilization and the poor means of transportation. Even a few years ago, there were prevailing a religious service for the god of a mountain and a service for a tutelary deity throughout the region. The purpose of this paper, as a part of legendary literature, is to examine the characteristics of the legends collected from Danyang, for which we classified them in characters and distributional state at each Myon. This paper includes such as an introduction, classification of legends in character and district(each Myon), and 7 items of conclusion.
