압축천연가스 자동차는 최근 대기환경 개선을 위해 대도시 시내버스에 적용되고 있으며 대기 오염물질을 저감시키는데 효과적인 것으로 입증되고 있다. 압축천연가스의 단점인 낮은 연료저장밀도를 높이기 위해 액화천연가스를 연료로 하는 차량기술이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동차에 액화 천연가스를 적용하기 위한 LNG 저장 용기의 단열특성을 실험적으로 측정하여 기준과의 적합성을 판단하였으며 측정방법에 대한 비교검토를 통해 측정결과의 신뢰성을 제고하였다. 시험용기의 단열성능계수는 40 J/h·<SUP>o</SUP>C·m<SUP>2</SUP>으로 기준범위 이내의 성능을 확인하였으며 두 가지 측정방법들은 상호 일치하는 결과를 보여주었다. 또한 용기의 벤트밸브 동작특성을 조사하여 증발가스의 방출량 특성을 파악하였다. Natural gas vehicles are being applied to city buses for improving air quality in metropolitan and have proved the effective way to reduce the pollutant emissions. Liquified Natural Gas(LNG) has also attempted a vehicle fuel in order to raise the fuel storage density that is a disadvantage of Compressed Natural Gas(CNG). This paper described insulation characteristic of a LNG storage tank. From the results, adiabatic coefficient of a tested tank was around 40J/h· <SUP>o</SUP>C·m<SUP>2</SUP> and it was the lower level than gas safety regulation limit. Two experimental methods were adopted to justify the evaluation results and they were revealed that the results were very similar to each other. Also, through testing relief valve operation characteristic it was investigated venting amount of boiled off gas.

본 연구에서는 수증기 개질시스템의 시운전 과정에서 나타난 운전압력의 불안정 특성을 정리하였고 이를 안정적으로 유지하기 위한 개선사례를 소개하였다. 수증기 개질시스템에서 수소 생산 효율을 높이기 위해 적절한 온도관리와 배열을 적절히 활용할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 열 회수와 유량조절이 필요한 배열회수 시스템에서 바이패스 배관과 밸브의 위치가 유동 안정화에 매우 중요하며 습증기 배관의 밸브 설치는 액 막음에 의한 유동 폐쇄 효과로 압력 변동에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 개선을 위해 바이패스 배관을 액상의 물 라인에 설치한 결과 안정적인 운전압력 유지 특성을 보였으며 운전압력과 스팀유량 변동이 개선전의 1/3과 1/4 수준으로 감소하였다. In this study, the characteristics of the pressure fluctuation that occurred during the development of the steam reforming system are summarized, and an improvement case study to maintain the stable operation state is introduced. Steam reforming systems require proper temperature control and a maximal utilization of exhaust heat to increase hydrogen production efficiency. In the exhaust heat recovery system, which requires heat recovery and flow control, the position of the bypass piping and the valve is important for stabilizing the flow. It is confirmed that the valve installation on the unsaturated steam line affects the pressure fluctuation by the instant flow closing effect due to the liquid clogging in pipe. As a consequence of installing the bypass piping on the liquid water line for improvement, the stable operating pressure was maintained and the operating pressure and flow rate fluctuations were reduced to 1/3 and 1/4 of the operating pressure and flow rate fluctuation prior to the improvement.
[論文] 모터링 압력측정을 통한 상사점 결정방법에 관한 연구

A disk photo sensor system was constructed and installed on engine for the crank angle measurement. Statically measured TOC crank angle data were compared with those obtained from engine motoring.<br/> Two groups of cylinder pressure data were compared each other, one measured by pressure transducer mounted flush on the combustion chamber and the other obtained with the help of spark plug type adaptor. A simple analysis on the gas flow in the spark plug type pressure transducer displayed reasonably good agreement with those from engine motoring tests.<br/> In various firing tests, the IMEPs obtained from the spark plug type pressure transducer turned out to be higher than those from the flush mounted one at low engine speed while those two were nearly the same at high engine speed. As the engine load decreased the relative difference in IMEP measurement between the two types tended to be enlarged.

The combustion characteristics of metal fiber burner fueled natural gas with tail gas produced from reforming process were analyzed on the point of flame stability and excess air conditions. Also, it was analyzed the effect of energy efficiency improvement due to decrease the fuel input in reforming system by using residue gases. As a results, it was confirmed that tail gas including hydrogen, CO and CO2 could be directly injected without any change of air control system in natural gas burner and also energy efficiency was increased up to 30% maintained stable combustion.

냉방용 에너지는 크게 전력과 가스로 대별할 수 있는데, 전기냉방 시스템은 하절기 최대전력을 상승시키는 요인이 되고 있다. 전기에너지는 수요 공급 특성상 저장이 불가능하기 때문에 예상되는 최대전력을 상회하는 공급능력을 보유해야 하며 매년 하절기의 사회문제로 대두되어 왔다. 한편 가스냉방의 경우 흡수식 시스템과 GHP 시스템이 있다. 그러나 가스냉방 보급용량은 전기 냉방에 비해 매우 적으며 소형시장은 대부분 전기냉방에 의존하고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 냉방에너지 현황을 살펴보고 에너지원간의 부하분담 비중을 분석하여 냉방에너지의 합리적인 방향을 제시하고자 2024년까지 장기적인 가스냉방 보급 규모를 전망하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 가스냉방 보급효과를 분석하여 가스냉방의 확대 필요성을 뒷받침 하고자 하였다. Generally, the generation methods of cooling energy are electric air conditioning (EAC) and gas air conditioning (GAC). The EAC system is caused by increasing peak power during summer. Because the electric energy has a characteristic of non-storage, the peak electric load has been issued social problem annually whether the facility to supply is enough or not. Another way to supply cooling energy, GAC system is worked by gas energy. The absorption chiller and gas engine heat pump have been commercialized for cooling. However, the total capacity of GAC is much less than EAC and it almost depends on EAC for small market. This paper described the status of cooling energy consumption in domestic and expected the cooling energy to be consumed by electric and gas energy up to 2024 year. And also the benefit of GAC was analyzed with the case of its expansion and it was aimed to give background to fit the GAC policy.
