Muscle biopsy is a critical step in caring patients having variable myopathies. The differential diagnosis of neurogenic or myogenic origin is very important. Variable artifacts such as ice crystals can interfere with the exact diagnosis. To acquire an optimal section, we compared several frozen and sectioning methods. To avoid direct contact, a piece of cork covered with water or an embedded medium is used as a moving plate for muscle biopsy specimens. During the indirect method, the cork should be dropped into the gel or between liquid and solid state of isopentane cooled by liquid nitrogen using a forceps. The sample must be kept in a -70℃ ultra low freezer untill sectioning. Prior to sectioning, leave the sample in cryostat for 20 minutes minimally in order to recover the optimal temperature. Sectioning must be done in a cryostat cooled at -20℃ with a new disposal knife at 7 to 10 μm for prevention of cracking. At this time, sectioning without OCT compound embedding can avoid the ice crystal artifact. Methanol prefix should be done 3 to 5 seconds after sectioning. The muscle biopsy sample must be handled with minimal trauma and precautions in order to acquire optimal sections for direct diagnosis

The test were made with cylinder specimens cured at different temperature, mixed in water cement ratios 0.60. The major object of this study is to investigate experimentally the experimental equation by the non-destructive testing methods of ultrasonic pulse velocity, rebound number, maturity which are applicable to the evaluation of compressive strength of concrete at early ages. The results are as follows. The relation between ultrasonic pulse velocity, rebound number and compressive strength of concrete have low correlation coefficient, but maturity method show good correlation coefficient.

There is a crack appearing on the concrete structure from one made and that exert a bad influence on concrete structure. These cracks are variable, causes more than 3 are acting compositively as you see, crack occupy a important position, from the flank of maintance refair, of concrete structure, recently though a sefety diagnosis on the crack of concrete structure is acting briskly, for that reason, most cases are only pat emphasis on the process of a sefety diagnosis of structural crack. In this study, therefore, we propose an analysis method of none-structural crack appearing on the concrete structure from the flank of mix proportion and material, and it is an aim to examine the point at issue of the test.
물결합재비 및 단위수량에 따른 고유동콘크리트의 제공학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

Recently the study on high flowing concrete which has high workability and non-compacting is being proceeded actively in the university and corporative laboratory. There are some cases that has been applied to the field. This high flowing concrete has higher fluidity and segregation resistance than Plain or flowing concrete. And it is being focused as a remarkable know-how which can make high-quality concrete and reduction effect of labor force. This properties of high flowing concrete are influenced by the relationship of several factors; binder content water binder ratio and unit water content. It is the aim of this study to propose reference data at mix design of high flowing concrete, after comparing and analyzing the fluidity and strength properties of high flowing concrete according to water binder content ratio and unlit water content.
