치매환자의 기억장애

치매는 기억력을 포함한 다양한 영역의 인지기능의 손상을 특징으로 하는 질병군으로 정의된다. 그러므로 현재 치매진단을 위하여 사용되고 있는 대부분의 진단기준들은 치매의 진단에 있어 기억 장애를 필수요소로 포함하고 있다. 기억력의 감퇴는 노화과정의 결과로서 나타날 수 있다. 치매와는 달리 노화에서의 기억력의 감퇴는 노화에 따른 정상으로 간주되며 사회적 그리고 직업적 기능의 영역에서 심각한 어려움이나 손상을 초래하지 않는다. 우울증 또한 기억장애를 동반할 수 있다. 하지만 치매와는 달리 우울증에서는 언어성 지연회상과 재인기억의 감소는 나타내지 않는다. 치매환자들에서의 기억장애도 병소의 위치에 따라 다른양상으로 나타날 수 있다. 피질성치매에서의 기억장애는 정보의 부호화와 기억강화과정의 이상에 의해 초래된 것인데, 피질하치매에서의 기억장애는 인출의 장애에 의한 것이다. Dementia is defined as a syndrome which is characterized by various impairments in cognitive functions, especially memory function. Most of the diagnostic criteria for dementia include memory impairment as on essential feature. Memory decline can be present as a consequence of the aging process. But it does not cause significant distress or impairment in social and occupational functionings while dementiadoes. Depression may also be associated with memory impairment. However, unlike dementia, depression dose not cause decrease in delayed verbal learning and recognition memory. In dementia, different features of memory impairment may be present depending on the involved area. Memory impairment in cortical dementia is affected by the disturbance of encoding of information and memory consolidation, while memory imparnene in subcortical denentiy is affected by the disturbance of retrieval in subcortical dementia.

Above all, it is required activity of design development that can show the biggest effect using the least coast. that has to get support of all-round help of country, political improvement and administration, or a system. In accordance with, study actively participate in new design development of the small and medium enterpries that is making a ventilationfan; and it take a design concept according to the product analysis of competition enterprises, market surveying and circumference environment surveying, grasping a problem of existing products and making a alternative plan; and we make 2kind of mock-up of this product through essential oppion and discussion with product company, taking a actual process as a idea sketch and rendering and that contribute to increase in sales of small and medium enterprise product through actual merchandize of product, at the same time we must guide participation of active design development, stimulating theirs will about design development of small and medium enterprises. At this time, in korea many small and medium enterprises hesitage about design development because of deficit of information and interests about the design, of financial reasons, and it need to more support leading goverment to political design development about small and medium enterprises that have no investment ability.

There are about sixty to seventy diseases which develop dementia until now. These include degenerative disease, vascular disease, infectious disease, hydrocephalus, toxic condition, head trauma, tumor, metabolic disease, and demyelinating disease etc. 20% of dementing illness is reversible to treatment. Treatment strategies of dementia can be classified as disease-specific treatment, pharmacotherapy with neurocognitive activators or psychopharmacologic agents, and nonpharmacologic intervention such as neurocognitive rehabilitation, reminiscence therapy, occupational or physical therapy, and psychosocial approach. But medical approach is necessary to prevent disability stemming from pneumonia, dehydration, malnutrition, decubitus ulcer, and other complication. These treatment strategies must be administered comprehensibly due to characteristics of the dementia patients.

The product design causes a direct effect in sale as it satisfies customers' interest by not only the pursuit of the external beauty but also user's convenience through the functional temperance and integration This research is the design development of dental water purifier which is unfamiliar to people and water purifier for dental clinic is the system that purifies the dentistry water that is used as the coolant of hand-piece for the treatment in dental clinic. If the dentistry water (Dental Water) is infected, it causes new disease by various bacterial contaminations. Therefore, the advanced countries heavily restrict it by the law and the installation of the dental water purifier is growing in a large scale through the press that it becomes very important recent issue. Besides, it is highlighted as a new breakthrough in the purifier market, which is already saturated. The design of current dentistry water purifier which purifies dental water of unit chair only is not concerned since purifier has been installed in the machinery or equipment room where is not seen by Moreover, it has been financial wasting and managing problem because the general water purifier in the waiting room and the dental water purifier has been installed separately. Therefore, this research presents the new water purifier that has a combination for both dental and drinkable water by an alternative plan and design concept through a market analysis and a poll. It also makes the importance of design competitiveness stand out in the product development to have the result and development by each design process. Finally, it contributes to boosting sales for the company.

포스트 모더니즘의 디자인적 이해와 해석

Postmodern design has been trying to solve the problems caused by modern design based on visual disorder of artificial environment, monotonic style and lack of meanings of mechanical aesthetics and the lack of architectural sumbolism 엳 새 the rupture between the past and present. So, the Post-Modernism has tried to sove the above problems continuously. The Post_modernism has the last purpose that remove the boundary betwwen academical High-Art and native and popular cultural Low-art free from the severe principle that is forced from the Functionalism and International Style by using the more comprehensive and humanitarian approach for corresponding with the changing society. So, the present design withdrew from the functional subordinate position of shape which com from Form follows Function: in modern design and has developed to new direction as professing the autonomy of shape expression expecially, Post-Modern design focus into the shape concerns for solving the problems of shape expression that modern design fail to notice. But Post-Modern designers have various approach methods and criticism that several problems are involved in their proposed design method and theory continued to them. If we understand the generation, background, characteristics and concepts of Post-Modernism exactly, We can understand the realty of Post-modernism in their design and look for the correct application method of post-Modernism simultaneously.

치매의 증상학

Dementia can be defined as an acquired persistent impairment of intellectual func-tion with compromise in at least three of the mental activities such as language, memory, visuospatial skill, emotion or personality, and cognition. The purposes of diagnosing a dementia syndrome are to search systemically for various etiologies, to differentiate reversible or irreversible dementia, cortical or subcortical dementia, and degenerative or nondegenerative dementia, and to apply to patients neurocognitive rehabilitation or other specific trea-tment strategies. The evaluation of dementia includes neuropsychiatric history taking, neuropsychological assessment, neurologic examination, neuroimaging studies, and laboratory studies. It is impossible to evaluate dementic patients only with clinical signs, symptoms, and neuropsychiatric histories. But I will address specific neurologic or neuropsychiatric symptoms and signs of various dementias to und-erstand them as classification.

Fire extinguisher is an integral equipment which is useful for controlling portential big fire at initial stage. But consumers are unwilling to buy fire extinguisher because it is out-of-fashion in shape, color, material, and design. For this reason most of the people pay little attention to the fire extinguisher. So we cannot find the fire extinguisher when needed. The purpose of this study is to develop new fire extinguisher which fits with the purchase of the consumers. The new concept on the fire extinguisher is introduced to make it a everyday necessity adding new functions to it. Hopefully, this product will lead consumers to buy an fire extinguisher, so that it can be mass-produced. This new kind of extinguisher is used as a present and propaganda product. Also, this product may lead to develop another kind of applied product and increase the usefulness of fire extinguisher and extend the world-wide market. process from the idea to the making of Mock-up. At present, the final product of this study is being made by a small and medium enterprise. New sales and marketing network must be established to produce this fire extinguisher on a commercial scale.
