This study focuses on the entrepreneurial behavior in the food service industry, especially in cafes and bakeries, of the silver generation seeking new careers after retirement in an aging society. It centers around the concept of job crafting to analyze its impact on the entrepreneurial self-efficacy, satisfaction, and intentions to retain business of silver generation entrepreneurs. For the research, a valid sample of 133 cafe and bakery entrepreneurs aged 60 and above was secured, and six hypotheses were tested using PLS-SEM. The results showed that job crafting by silver patissiers significantly and positively affects their entrepreneurial self-efficacy and satisfaction, but not their intention to retain business. Additionally, the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of silver patissiers was found to have a significant and positive impact on both their entrepreneurial satisfaction and intention to retain business. The study confirms that job crafting and entrepreneurial self-efficacy of silver generation entrepreneurs play a key role in enhancing the likelihood of entrepreneurial success through satisfaction. This research provides a new perspective in the field of restaurant entrepreneurship, emphasizing the importance of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and satisfaction among the silver generation. It also offers strategies for adapting to an aging society for silver patissiers and contributes to expanding the scope of research in food service management. This provides insights into how the silver generation entrepreneurs should reframe their work perspectives for successful entrepreneurship and living a fulfilling second life.
Cr2O3첨가 Pb(Zr0.525 Ti0.475)O3계에서의 시효거동과 전계유도 Domain 안정화

Cr2O3 doped Pb(Zr0.525 Ti0.475)O3 piezoelectric ceramics were prepared from reagent grade oxide mixture, PbO, ZrO2, TiO2 and Cr2O3. Piezoelectric and aging properties of specimens were measured for various additions of Cr2O3. Generally, it has been known that aging rate decreased with Cr2O3 addition by stabilizing the domain wall. But hysteresis loops showed that the domain destabilization was occurred at high electric field (larger than 10KV/cm). In smaller additions of Cr2O3 (0-0.2mol%), aging rate increased and microcracks were created with increasing poling filed due to increasing internal stress. In larger additions of Cr2O3(0.4∼0.6mol%), aging rate decreased with increasing poling field.
Mn-스피넬과 Fe-스피넬의 동시소성과 계면반응에 관한 연구

Mn-Ni-Co계 스피넬을 모재로 선택하여 상업용 페라이트 등 다양한 종류의 Fe-스피넬과 동시 소결 가능성을 검토할 목적으로 각 소재의 소결 거동, 서미스터와의 계면 반응이나, 2차상의 형성 등에 대해 알아보았다. 대부분의 페라이트 조성이 Mn 스피넬과 새로운 2차상을 형성하지는 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 상업용 페라이트의 경우 115$0^{\circ}C$ 소결 온도에서 접합이 가능한 조성은 다량의 액상이 존재하며 접합계면의 폭이 상대적으로 넓으므로 서미스터 특성에도 좋지 않은 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 반면에 MFN1과 MFN2 조성은 접합계면에서 새로운 2차상이 형성되지 않고 원소의 상호확산도 작아 NTC 서미스터의 동시소결용 보호재로서의 가능성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다.
부유대역 용융응고법으로 제조된 YBa_2Cu_3O_x 산화물초전도체의 미세구조와 전기적 특성

The YBa_2Cu_3O_x-20 wt% Y_2BaCuO_5 composition designed in YBCO system was synthesized by solid state reaction method. The optimum condition of hot zone temperature and growth rate in floating-zone melt were 1080 ℃ and 2.5 mm/hour, respectively. In samples growth as these condition, the low angel boundaries in grain direction and small amount of amorphous phase known as decreasing characteristics of superconducting materials between grain boundaries in microstructure are investigated by polarized light microscopy on the whole. The critical current density(Jc) at 77k of sample using powder fabricated with no CeO_2 and doped 5 wt%CeO_2 were 8,000 A/㎠(Jc : 561A) and 12,000 A/㎠(Jc: 826A) at 0 T by direct current transport method, respectively.
