급곡선 운송시스템 산악트램 차체 구조안전성 평가를 위한 유한요소해석 및 성능시험 비교 연구

This study evaluated the structural safety of the carbody of a mountain railway train, a sharp curve transport system. Research was conducted on the carbody based on structural analysis and load test. The standards cited in the study are EN 12663-1 and urban railway vehicle (road tram) technology standards. Simcenter 3D, finite element analysis software, was used for structural analysis, and Siemens Nastran was used as a solver. The main materials used in the manufacture of the carbody were SMA355BP and SS275. Similar boundary and load conditions were implemented to compare and evaluate the results of structural analysis and load test. In the structural analysis and load test, all stresses occurring on the carbody were within the allowable stress of the material used, and the structural safety of the carbody was confirmed. When comparing the structural analysis results and the load test results of each load condition, the difference of the maximum stress in the vertical load was about 2.7%, and this difference was up to approximately 36% for other load conditions such as compressive load and tensile load.

본 논문에서는 현재 도시철도차량에서 사용되고 있는 연결기를 이용하여 차량의 제동충격에 대하여 연구하였다. 2D모델을 이용하여 도시철도차량에서 많이 사용되는 Single, Double, Ring type 연결기의 주행 중 차체에서 일어나는 가속도와 저크를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 세가지 종류의 연결기 모두 가속도는 약 0.73m/s², 최대 저크(Jerk)는 1.30m/s³으로 거의 동일한 결과를 보였다. 이에 더욱 정확한 해석을 위하여 3D해석을 진행하여 연결기에 대한 알고리즘을 개발하고, Vi-rail에 적용시켜 승차감에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 VIrail을 통해 연구를 진행 중이다. In this paper, we studied on the braking shock and acceleration at the commonly used coupler according to the deterioration in the urban railway vehicles. We analyzed the dynamic performances of Single, Double, and Ring Types of the current urban railway vehicles. Acceleration and jerk in the body during running were evaluated for the Single, Double, and Ring type couplers using a 2D dynamic model. At results, in all three types of the couplers, the acceleration and the maximum jerk are almost same as 0.73m/s² and 1.30m/s³. To a more accurate analysis results, we are under development of an algorithm for the cushion material for the 3D analysis of VI-rail and evaluate the ride quality due to the coupler types and their deteriorations.

본 논문에서는 도시철도차량에서 사용되는 연결기의 종류와 노후화에 따른 제동충격과 가속도에 대하여 연구하였다. 현재 도시철도차량에서 많이 사용되는 Single, Double, Ring type 을 적용하였으며, 도시 철도 차량의 만차 중량과 상용제동(7step) 조건에서 신품 연결기와 노후화 된 연결기를 적용한 모델에 대해 가속도와 저크(Jerk)를 비교 평가하였다. 그 결과, 초기 Pre-load 가 주어진 신품 연결기를 적용한 모델은 Single, Double, Ring type 에서 가속도는 약 0.73m/s<SUP>2</SUP>, 최대 저크(Jerk)는 1.30m/s<SUP>3</SUP> 으로 거의 동일한 결과를 보였다. 그리고 노후화 된 연결기를 적용한 모델은 Ring type 이 가속도 0.738m/s<SUP>2</SUP>, 최대 저크(Jerk) 1.336m/s<SUP>3</SUP> 으로 다른 연결기에 비해 노후화에 대한 영향이 가장 적은 것을 확인하였다. In this paper, urban railway vehicle of commonly used in kind of coupler and research about braking shock and acceleration at the coupler according to the deterioration. It was applied to used in Single, Double, and Ring Type of the current urban railway vehicle. Then evaluated by the comparison of the new and old products applied it is currently operating full weight of urban railway vehicle and by applying service brake(7 step). At result, in all three types of the new coupler applied to pre-load, the acceleration and the maximum jerk are same as each 0.73m/s<SUP>2</SUP> and 1.30m/s<SUP>3</SUP>. And the ring type is less affected than the others as its acceleration and maximum jerk are 0.738m/s<SUP>2</SUP> and 1.336m/s<SUP>3</SUP> respectively from applying a model of aging coupler.
도시철도차량의 연결기 종류별 노후화가 승차감에 미치는 영향 연구

In this study, we studied the ride quality considering the deterioration effects of the three type couplers (single, double, and ring types) for EMUs. In order to know the impact occurred when an urban transit vehicle is under breaking, we tested the conditions of the service brake and the emergency brake. Normal coupler models without any slack showed similar dynamic performance results under all breaking conditions. But if the couplers become old, the initial pre-stresses are removed because of permanent compressive deformation in rubber. For three types of the old coupler models without the initial pre-stress, we evaluated dynamic performances of each type. As the results, the maximum and average acceleration levels of the double type and the ring type were similarly low in all conditions. But the accelerations of the single type coupler was high when compared to those of the double and ring types. In addition, Jerk value of the single type model associated with ride quality was high up to 15 times to the ring type in condition of the service braking in empty vehicle weight. Jerk value of the double type model was high up to 6 times to the ring type.
