        오플록사신, 레보플록사신 및 씨프로플록사신 점안 후 방수 내 농도 비교

        Purpose: To evaluate the concentrations of commercially available ofloxacin 0.3%, levofloxacin 0.5%, and ciprofloxacin 0.3% topical ophthalmic solutions in human aqueous humor. Methods: Patients scheduled to undergo phacoemulsification and posterior chamber lens insertion for treatment of cataract were enrolled in this prospective study. After informed consent was obtained, patients were randomized to receive 1 drop of ofloxacin 0.3%, levofloxacin 0.5%, or ciprofloxacin 0.3% topical ophthalmic solution 5 times at 1-hour intervals from 6pm one day before surgery and 3 further times at 5-min intervals immediately before surgery. After aspirating approximately 0.1 mL of aqueous fluid by paracentesis, surgery was commenced. We recorded the interval between the last drop and paracentesis. Specimens were stored at -70℃ until assayed by high-performance liquid chromatography. Results: Thirty-four patients were enrolled. 14 male and 19 patients female. The mean age was 59.4 years. The mean concentrations of levofloxacin, ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in aqueous humor were 577.8 ng/ml, 279.6 ng/ml and 53.0 ng/ml, respectively. The differences of concentration among the three groups were statistically significant. Conclusions: The concentration of levofloxacin 0.5% solution was highest, followed in order by ofloxacin 0.3% and ciprofloxacin 0.3%.

        안외상의 통계적 고찰

        Purpose: We investigated the regional characteristics and new currents of ocular injuries and use the results for the prevention and treatment of ocular injuries. Methods: We retrospectively surveyed 1115 eyes of 1013 patients who visited Gachon medical center from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003. The incidence of ocular injuries, sex, age, monthly and seasonal distribution, causes, diagnosis, visual acuity and complications were reviewed statistically. Results: The incidence of ocular injuries was 4.2%. The incidence was more common in males (75.8%) and in the 4th decade (22.2%). The patients who needed admission or surgery were 22.2%. Ocular injuries were more common in summer (28.5%) and less in winter (20.4%). The most common cause was industrial accidents (40.0%) and the second common cause was violence (30.9%). The most common injured site was the orbit (36.3%). Among the diagnoses of the inpatients, orbital wall fracture was most common (41.9%). The initial visual acuity was less than 0.1 for 14.2% of the eyes and the final acuity was less than 0.1 of the eyes for 5.2%. Conclusions: This survey gathered the regional characteristics and new currents of ocular injuries.

        RESOLVE DWI에서 Segment와 GRAPPA의 파라메타에 따른 조영제 농도 별 신호강도 연구

        In this study, the correlation between GeneRalized Autocalibrating Partial Parallel Acquisition acceleration factor and Readout segement interval Of Readout Segmentation Of Long Variable Echo trains Diffusion Weighted Image based on T1 tirm dark-fluid after contrast enhancement was analyzed. The changes of signal intensity according to contrast concentration were studied. In order to characterize signal intensity in Readout Segmentation Of Long Variable Echo trains Diffusion Weighted Image using Gadolinium contrast agents, Primovist and physiological saline solution were diluted with a 1.4 cm diameter cylindrical syringe at a total concentration of 3 mL of 0.05 cm/mL to 250 mmol/mL, and 32 ghost samples were prepared and analyzed for image data. Statistical analysis was performed using correlation analysis (Pearson correlation coefficient, SPSS version 22.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA). The results were as follows. Increasing the readout segment increases the SNR and decreases the intensity of the contrast but increases the scan time. Therefore, we can minimize the effect of the GeneRalized Autocalibrating Partial Parallel Acquisition acceleration factor of the readout segment on the acquisition time and contrast by the increased SNR.

        기능적 뇌 자기공명영상의 원리와 영상 획득 개요

        Functional brain magnetic resonance imaging is a method of indirectly imaging brain activity by measuring blood oxygen level dependency signals that change depending on the degree of cerebral blood flow and blood oxygenation. The spatial and temporal resolution of the data is relatively high, so it is being widely used for brain function diagnosis. However, the detailed description of the acquisition principle and acquisition process of functional brain magnetic resonance imaging has been lacking so far. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the overview of functional brain magnetic resonance imaging and the image acquisition principle and process.

        기능적 자기공명영상의 임상 적용

        Interest in functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has been increased in the field of brain function diagnosis. While fMRI has the advantage of having the highest spatial resolution of data and repeatable measurement non-invasively, it is an analytical technique that has limitations in diagnosing the brain function of a subject with reduced brain function. However, in recent years, various studies on basic brain function activation networks have been actively conducted due to the implementation of the ultra-highspeed image measurement method and the systematic supplementation according to the increase in the stability of the system. Therefore, the clinical application of fMRI currently being used and its future direction will be introduced.

        Diffusion Weighted Image에서 자화 감수성 차이에 의해 발생되는 Nyquist Ghost Artifact 감소 방안에 대한 연구

        The Diffusion weighted image results in Nyquist ghost artifact (NGA) due to differences in magnetization susceptibility due to the anatomical structure, resulting in images with poor diagnostic value. In this paper, we have studied the reduction of NGA using the 2D navigator-based reacquisition readout segment (RS-EPI) technique in our own Phantom. In order to know the characteristics of NGA and its reduction method, single-shot EPI (SS-EPI) technique and RS-EPI technique changes the segment number, echo spacing, and bandwidth. Ghost - to - signal ratios (GSR) were measured in the presence of NGA. As a result, it was confirmed that the RS-EPI technology has a smaller NGA than the SS-EPI technology. The correlation results of the parameters of the RS-EPI technique, Increasing the number of segments reduces Bandwidth as a cause of increasing NGA. But the minimum value of echo spacing is reduced, NGA decreased when minimum value was selected.

        적색안료인 α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>와 투명 유전체의 반응

        적색 칼라 필터 재료인 ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$가 고온 제조 공정을 거치는 동안 화학적인 안정성에 관해서 연구한 것이다. PDP(Plasma Display Panel)에 있어서 통상적으로 칼라 필터 층의 위에 사용되고 있는 투명 유전체의 경우는 광의 투과도를 높이기 위하여 ZnO를 첨가한다. ZnO가 포함되어 있는 유전체의 경우는 500$^{\circ}$C 이상에서 ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$의 열적 안정성을 감소시켜 칼라 필터로서의 기능을 완전히 상실하게 되어 투명하게 된다. 반면에 ZnO가 포함되지 않는 투명 유전체의 경우는 ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$가 적색의 색상을 유지하면서 칼라필터로서의 기능을 유지하고 있었다. ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$가 칼라 필터로 기능을 유지하기 위해서는 ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$와 접촉하는 투명 유전체는 ZnO가 포함되지 않는 투명 유전체를 사용하여 1차 보호막을 형성한 후 그 위에 ZnO가 포함된 투명 유전체층을 형성하면 적색 칼라 필터가 색상을 유지하게 된다. We searched thermal stability of ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$ using red color filter for display. In the PDP(Plasma Display Panel), the color filter layer is lied normally between front glass and transparent dielectric materials, so it might be needed to study the reaction of ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$ and transparent dielectric materials. The transparent dielectric materials containing ZnO has good transparency. Red colorlayer of ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$ contacted with dielectric material layer containing ZnO is changed to colorlessness over 500$^{\circ}$C because ZnO defuse ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$, the dielectric materials without ZnO, however, maintain red color at the same condition. We suggest that a layer contacting with ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$ red color layer has to lie with transparent dielectric materials without ZnO, then the materials containing ZnO is coated over to get color of ${\alpha}-Fe_2O_3$ for red color filter

        H 대학에서 개발한 교수법을 적용한 방사선과 수업의 활용에 대한 평가

        방사선과에 전공과목을 이수하는 학생들을 대상으로 H대학에서 개발한 Shift+N 교수법을 적용한 수업 진행을 통해 수강생들의 설문 조사를 바탕으로 교수법이 전공과목에 대한 학습성과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 분석 결과를 기술하였다. 기존의 전공수업 방식과 비교하였을 때 사전 비대면 강의를 통해 예습을 진행하고 본 수업에 대면 강의를 실시하였으며, 강의가 끝난 후 주차에 해당되는 관련 키워드를 제시하고 키워드와 관련하여 수업 내용을 적용시킬 수 있는 문제를 제시하였다. 그 다음 주차에는 문제풀이를 통해 학생들의 복습과 관련하여 어렵거나 부족한 부분을 다시 설명해주는 방식으로 진행하였다. 결과적으로 Shift+N 교수법은 기존의 이론 전공수업과는 다른 방식의 새로운 수업 진행에 따라 학생들의 참여도와 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 전공역량 강화를 위한 학습 내용의 효율적인 전달을 위해서는 기존의 전공 수업에 대한 개선과 더불어 전공 과목에 맞는 교수법을 개발하여 보다 효과적이며 혁신적인 수업방식을 통해 학생들의 지식 향상과 만족도를 높이는 방안을 모색해야 한다. Through classes conducted using the Shift+N teaching method developed by H University for students taking major courses in radiology, the factors that influence teaching methods on learning outcomes and satisfaction with major courses were identified based on a survey of students. The analysis results were described. Compared to the existing major class method, pre-study was conducted through non-face-to-face lectures in advance and face-to-face lectures were conducted for the main class. After the lecture, related keywords corresponding to the parking lot were presented and class contents related to the keywords were applied. A possible problem was presented. In the next week, we proceeded with problem solving and explaining again the difficult or insufficient parts related to the students' review. As a result, the Shift+N teaching method showed high student participation and satisfaction due to the new class progress, which is different from the existing theory major class. Based on the results of this study, in order to efficiently deliver learning content to strengthen major competencies, we must improve existing major classes and develop teaching methods tailored to major subjects to improve students' knowledge and satisfaction through more effective and innovative teaching methods. A plan must be found.
