본 연구는 대구광역시 남구청에서 실시된 커뮤니티 케어를 위한 방문 재활 서비스의 효과를 확인하기 위한 사전 연구로 수행되었다. 숙달된 재활 전문가가 재가 장애인 13명에게 언어 재활, 심리 행동, 미술 치료, 인지 재활을 50분씩 13회기에 걸쳐서 제공하였고 MOCA-K를 통한 인지능력과 WHOQOL-BREF을 통한 삶의 질, FIM을 통한 일상생활 능력, COPM을 통한 작업 수행도와 만족도를 평가하였다. 중재 전, 후를 비교해보면 MOCA-K, WHOQOL의 사회적 관계 영역, FIM의 표현하기, 사회생활 하기, 총점, COPM의 수행도와 만족도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 하지만 다른 항목에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 커뮤니티 케어를 위한 방문 재활 서비스가 재가 장애인의 인지 수준, 삶의 질의 척도에서 사회적 관계, 일상생활 활동에서 표현력과 사회성에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 관찰되었다. 따라서 커뮤니티 케어를 위한 방문 재활 서비스의 효과를 위한 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted to check the effectiveness of home-based rehabilitation services for community integrated care conducted at the Nam-gu Office in Daegu. A skilled rehabilitation specialist provided language rehabilitation, psychological behavior, art therapy or cognitive rehabilitation to 13 people with disabilities in 13 sessions and evaluated cognitive ability through MOCA-K, quality of life through WHOQOL-BREF, daily life ability through FIM, and work performance and satisfaction through COPM. Before and after interventions, there were statistically significant differences in MOCA-K, WHOQOL Social relationships domain, FIM expression, social interaction, total score, COPM performance and satisfaction. But no statistically significant differences were found in other items. The results of this study showed that home-based rehabilitation services for community integrated care have a positive effect on expression and social domain and daily activities in terms of the cognitive level and quality of life of the disabled. The results of this study can be used as a basis for the effectiveness of home-based rehabilitation services for community integrated care.

속리산국립공원 나방류 다양성 현지조사결과, 총 28과 373종 2,374개체가 확인되었으며, 과거 문헌자료를 포함하여 속리산국립공원의 나방류를 총 518종으로 정리하였다. 주요 조사지점별 출현 현황은 세심정 일대 27과 273종, 대목리 일대 26과 262종, 화양리 일대 26과 253종, 쌍곡리 일대 23과 205종, 사내리 일대 22과 203종, 상오리 일대 21과 190종이 조사되었다. 군집분석에 의한 전체 우점종은 청백무늬밤나방이 0.022의 우점도 지수로 나타났다. 종다양도 지수는 세심정 일대가 5.400으로 가장 높게 나타났으며 균등도는 전 조사지점이 0.962~0.969의 지수로 확인되었고, 풍부도는 세심정 일대가 43.684로 가장 높게 조사되었다. 중요 곤충자원으로는 한국고유생물종 2종, 환경부 특정종 24종, 국외반출승인대상생물종 7종이 확인되었다. From the Natural Resource Research in Songnisan National Park, Korea in 2011, A total of 28 families 373 species 2,374 individuals moths were identified. Consequently, the insects identified from previous studies and this survey become 518 species. By the survey point, Sesimjeong area was identified as the highest emergence as 27 families 273 species. Next was Daemok-ri area as 26 families 262 species, Hwayang-ri area as 26 families 253 species, Ssanggok-ri area as 23 families 205 species, Sanae-ri area as 22 families 203 species and then Sango-ri area as 21 families 190 species. The dominant species in survey point was as Ercheia niveostrigata in Songnisan National Park. An important insect resource were identified as 2 endemic species of Korea, 24 specific species of Ministry of Environment, Korea and 7 biological resources subject to permission for taking abroad species of Korea.
쥐의 포르말린 시험에서 척수강 Sildenafil의 항통각효과에 대한 GABA<sub>B</sub> 수용체 조절성

Background: A phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor, sildenafil, has been effective against nociception. Several lines of evidence have demonstrated the role of the GABAergic pathway in the modulation of nociception. The impact of the GABA receptors on sildenafil was studied using the formalin test at the spinal level. Methods: Male SD rats were prepared for intrathecal catheterization. The formalin test was induced by subcutaneous injection of formalin solution. The change in the activity of sildenafil was examined after pre-treatment with GABA receptor antagonists ($GABA_A$ receptor antagonist, bicuculline; $GABA_B$ receptor antagonist, saclofen). Results: Intrathecal sildenafil dose-dependently attenuated the flinching observed during phase 1 and 2 in the formalin test. The antinociceptive effect of sildenafil was reversed by the $GABA_B$ receptor antagonist (saclofen) but not by the $GABA_A$ receptor antagonist (bicuculline) in both phases. Conclusions: Intrathecal sildenafil suppressed acute pain and the facilitated pain state. The antinociception of sildenafil is mediated via the $GABA_B$ receptor, but not the $GABA_A$ receptor, at the spinal level.

The agricultural area is a priority to develop than the natural area for land developments. However, the importance of agricultural biodiversity is emphasized recently. The agricultural area does not only provide food for human and habitat for wild life but also contribute to improve biodiversity. It is necessary to preserve the agricultural area with rich biodiversity. The study was conducted to analyze biodiversity of insects for conservation value assessment of agricultural areas. According to the results of field survey, there is higher biodiversity index in agricultural areas surrounding the forest or small size agricultural areas. By contrast, the index is lower in agricultural areas near roads or in the intensive agricultural area. The results show that there is high biodiversity in agricultural areas, especially margin agricultural area such as below 2ha and over slop rate of 15%. Therefore, further studies should be conducted field survey more to generalize for biodiversity in agricultural area, and establish the criteria to protect agricultural area from land developments.

2009년도 주왕산국립공원 자원모니터링 조사 결과 총 14목 77과 343종이 조사되었다. 과거 문헌 및 본 조사에서 확인된 주왕산국립공원에서의 곤충류는 총 965종으로 나타났다. 조사지점별 출현현황은 주산지 지구가 63과 192종으로 가장 높게 나타났으며 너구마을 지구 55과 175종, 1·2 폭포 지구 39과 126종, 절골 지구 38과 85종, 금은광이 지구 23과 43종의 순으로 조사되었다. 각 조사지점별 우점종으로는 금은광이 지구를 제외한 전 조사지점에서 뒷노랑점가지나방(Arichanna melanaria (Linné))이며 금은광이 지구는 끝검은말매미충(Bothrogonia japonica Ishihara)으로 조사되었다. 법정보호종은 고유종 19종, 특정종 44종, 국외반출승인대상종 17종이 조사되었다. From the Natural Resource Research in Juwangsan National Park in 2009, A total of 14 orders 77 families 343 species insects were identified. Consequently, the insects identified from previous studies and this survey become 965 species. By the survey point, Jusanji Reservoir Area was identified as the highest emergence as 63 families 192 species. Next was Neogu village Area as 55 families 175 species, 1·2 Fall Area as 39 families 126 species, Jeolgol Area as 38 families 85 species and then Geumeungwangi Area as 23 families 43 species. The dominant species in each survey point was as follows; Arichanna melanaria (Linné) in Jusanji·Neogu village·1·2 Fall·Jeolgol Area, Brothrogonia japonica Ishihara in Geumeungwangi Area. The Legally protected species were identified as 19 indigenous species, 44 specific species and 17 export restricted species (meaning that the special approval is needed to export such species).

2009년도 월출산국립공원 자연자원조사 나방류 조사 결과 총 18과 243종이 조사되었다. 과거 문헌 및 본 조사에서 확인된 월출산국립공원에서의 나방류는 총 21과 604종으로 나타났다. 과별 출현은 밤나방과 나방류가 69종 28.68%로 가장 높게 나타났으며 자나방과 58종 23.77%, 명나방과 32종 13.52%, 재주나방과 17종 7.37%, 불나방과 15종 6.14%등의 순으로 나타났다. 조사지점별 출현현황은 성전저수지 지구가 18과 193종으로 가장 높게 나타났으며 도갑사 지구 15과 135종, 천황사 지구 14과 120종, 무위사 지구 11과 34종의 순으로 조사되었다. 각 조사 지점별 우점종으로는 천황사 지구는 넓은뾰족날개나방, 도갑사 지구는 포도박각시, 무의사지구는 점박이밤나방, 성전저수지는 꼬마봉인밤나방이며 전체 우점종도 꼬마봉인밤나방으로 나타났다. 법적보호종은 고유종 2종, 특정종 9종, 국외반출승인대상종 2종이 조사되었다. From the Natural Resource Research in Wolchulsan National Park in 2009, A total of 18 families 243 species moths were identified. Consequently, the moths identified from previous studies and this survey become 21 families 604 species. Regarding the emergence by family, Noctuidae (28.68%) showed the highest emergence as 69 species. Geometridae followed next as 58 species (23.77%), and then showed in the order of Pyralidae as 32 species (13.52%), Notodontidae 17 species (7.37%), and Arctiidae as 15 species (6.14%). By the survey point, Seongjeon Reservoir Area was identified as the highest emergence as 18 families 193 species. Next was Dogapsa Area as 15 families 135 species, Cheonhwangsa Area as 14 families 120 species, and then Muwuisa Area as 11 families 34 species. The dominant species in each survey point was as follows; Tethea ampliata (0.04) in Cheonhwangsa Area, Acosmeryx naga (0.05) in Dogapsa Area, Hermonassa cecilia (0.07) in Muwuisa Area, and Sphragifera biplagiata (0.03) in Seongjeon Reservoir Area. The dominant species in overall area was S. biplagiata (0.03). The Legally protected species were identified as two indigenous species, 9 specific species and 2 export restricted species (meaning that the special approval is needed to export such species).
