Cyclohexanedimethanol Pitch 기반 가소제 합성 및 PVC 적용 연구

Poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) is one of the world's most widely used plastic resins, and phthalate-based plasti-cizers such as di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) are often used for manufacturing products. However, recent research results have shown that phthalate plasticizers are harmful both to human body and environments, and environmentally friendly plasticizers (diisononylcyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate (DINCH) from BASF & eco-diethyl hexyl cyclohexane (DEHCH) from Hanwha) that could resolve these problems have led to the world’s attention. In this study, the plasticizer was synthesized by reacting 2-ethylhexanoic acid with 3-component 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol pitch containing cyclo-hexane structure. PVC specimens were fabricated by applying the synthesized 3-component plasticizer to PVC, and the resulting mechanical properties, migration properties, and thermal properties of the specimens were analyzed in detail.

For East Sea Area cities and towns get rid of existing image and become eco-friendly, human-friendly and culture coexist city, eco-city image is needed and it has to persuade residents to join in by creating whale eco town. So, its image could be changed as a eco-friendly marine city. For Gyeongbuk East Sea get to be a marine tour Mecca, East Sea area city`s leader should come togerther and establish master plan of marine tour. In order to do this, citizen, scholars and government ought to organize then influency could reach central government and surpass administrative districts and give advantages by correspond and cooperations of residential neighborhoods.
성인 초기 여성의 미래 불안 대처유형 척도 개발 및 타당화

이 연구의 목적은 성인 초기 여성의 미래 불안 대처 유형 척도를 개발하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하여 활용하는 것이다. 관련 문헌 개관과 기존 척도들을 통해 95문항을 추출하였고, 두 차례의 전문가 검토와 안면 타당도를 거쳐 36문항을 선정하였다. 예비조사 및 본조사를 통해 최종적으로 9문항을 선정하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 조사에는 예비조사에 성인 초기 여성 93명, 본조사에 155명이 온라인으로 참여하였다. 하위요인은 3요인으로 정서적 대처, 언어적 대처, 초자연적 대처로 명명하였다. 개발한 척도는 양호한 검사-재검사 신뢰도, 내적합치도를 보였고, 요인구조도 적합한 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 다차원적 대처 척도와는 양호한 상관을, Novaco 분노 척도와는 낮은 상관을 보여 기존 척도들과 적절한 수렴 및 변별 타당도를 보여주었다. 논의에서는 개발된 척도의 의의와 제한점, 향후 활용 방안들을 제시하였다. The aim of this study is to develop a future anxiety coping scale for emerging adulthood women, and to test its reliability and validity. First, 95 items were selected based on a literature review and related scales, and these were rearranged into 36 items through face validity and content validity. Then, after a preliminary study (n=93) and the main study (n=155), a 9-item scale was developed. The final scale comprises 3 subscales-emotional coping, verbal coping, and supernatural coping and has appropriate test-retest reliability, good internal consistency, and factor structure. With respect to convergent and discriminant reliability, it has a high correlation with a multiphasic coping scale, and low with the Novaco anger scale. Based on these results, the study presents its implication and limitation, and discusses ideas for further research.
다양한 1,4-Cyclohexanedicarboxylate 가소제 합성 및 Poly(vinyl chloride) 적용 연구

전통적으로 poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) 수지 가공에 dibutyl phthalate(DBP), di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP), di-n-octyl phthalate(DnOP) 및 di-iso-nonyl phthalate(DINP) 등의 프탈레이트계 가소제를 사용해 왔다. 하지만, 최근에는 프탈레이트계 화합물이 인체 독성 및 환경오염을 초래하는 것으로 밝혀져 친환경 가소제 연구가 수행되고 있고, 독일 BASF사의 DINCH는 시클로헥산 계의 대표적인 친환경 가소제로 세계로부터 주목받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시클로헥산 구조의 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid를 기반으로 하여 여러 종의 알코올과 반응시켜 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate 기반의 에스터계 신규 가소제를 합성하였다. 합성된 신규 가소제 4종을 PVC에 각각 적용하여 PVC 배합 시편을 제작하였고, 제작된 시편을 이용하여 기계적 특성과 열적 특성에 대해 살펴보았을 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 용매를 이용하여 PVC 배합 시편으로부터 가소제의 이행성을 관찰하였다. Traditionally, phthalate plasticizers such as dibutyl phthalate (DBP), di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), di-noctyl phthalate (DnOP) and di-iso-nonyl phthalate (DINP) have been used for poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) fabrications. However, phthalate compounds have been revealed to cause human toxicity and environmental pollution. Therefore nowadays, the development of eco-friendly plasticizer research is in progress. For example, DINCH (diisononyl cyclohexane- 1,2-dicarboxylate) from BASF Germany is considered as an one of the best eco-friendly plasticizers. In this study, new ester type plasticizers containing cyclohexane structure were synthesized based on 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid. The four newly synthesized plasticizers were employed to make various plasticized PVC samples. Mechanical and thermal properties were characterized using the fabricated plasticized PVC samples. Also, various solvent impregnation tests were used to determine the plasticizer migration property from the fabricated plasticized PVC samples.

Poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) 수지에 연성을 부여하기 위해 전통적으로 DBP, DEHP, DINP 등과 같은 phthalate계 가소제가 사용되어 왔다. 최근에는 시클로헥산 구조를 가지는 cyclohexanedicarboxylate계 가소제인 DINCH(diisononyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate)가 독일의 BASF사로부터 생산되어 인체 및 환경 독성이 매우 적은 친환경 가소제로써 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시클로헥산 구조를 갖는 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol과 4종의 aliphatic acid(butyric acid, hexanoic acid, octanoic acid 및 decanoic acid)의 에스터화 반응을 통해 4종의 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol bis(aliphatic carboxylate)를 합성하였다. 합성된 가소제 4종은 FTIR과 NMR을 이용하여 구조 분석하였고, PVC 수지에 적용하여 다양한 PVC 배합 시편을 제작하였다. 가소제 함유 PVC 샘플은 UTM, TGA, 및 DMA 등을 이용하여 기계적, 열적 특성에 대해 조사하였고, 다양한 용매 조건에서 가소제의 이행성을 관찰하였다. Phthalate plasticizers such as DBP, DEHP, and DINP have been traditionally employed to impart flexibility towards poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). Recently, the cyclohexanedicarboxylate plasticizer containing cyclohexane structure, namely DINCH(diisononyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate), has been commercialized by german company, BASF, and recognized as an eco-friendly plasticizer showing minimal human and enviromental toxicity. In this study, we synthesized 4 different 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol bis(aliphatic carboxylate) plasticizers employing 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 4 different aliphatic acids (butyric acid, hexanoic acid, octanoic acid, and decanoic acid) via esterification reaction. The newly synthesized 4 kinds of plasticizers were structurally characterized by FTIR and NMR, and were employed to make various PVC samples. The mechanical and thermal properties of the PVC samples were characterized by UTM, TGA, and DMA. The plasticizer migration properties of PVC samples were also investigated in various solvents.
