최근 건축물에 대한 패러다임이 변화함에 따라 공적공간을 포함하여 건축물의 체계적인 관리를 위해서는 실질적ㆍ효율적 관리체계 구축이 절실하고, 신축허가는 감소하는 양상으로 사용 승인 후 용도변경 등 관리 수요 증가의 건축 행정 변화에 대응하기 위해 새로운 차원의 관리기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 급변하는 도시공간을 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 다양한 최신 항공사진 촬영기법을 통하여 취득된 영상 자료를 각종 시설물에 대한 변화탐지를 비교분석하고 서울시정에 적합한 도시공간을 관리할 수 있는 항공사진 촬영기법의 prototype으로 구축하여 그 가능성을 제시하였다.

공간정보 산업의 고도화와 활용분야의 확대에 따라 측량 및 지형공간정보 관련 기술자의 수요도 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 산업계로 유입되는 신규 기술자 또는 기 근무하고 있는 종사자의 기술을 증명할 수 있는 국가자격증의 중요성은 날로 증가되고 있다. 이러한 추세를 반영하여 측량 및 지형공간정보 분야의 국가 자격증 취득과정에서 실시하고 있는 실기 시험을 산업체 현장의 특성을 충분히 반영하고 기술 능력을 확인할 수 있는 방법으로 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 측량 및 지형공간정보 국가 자격증의 실기 검증 시험 개선 방안을 도출하고자 하였다.

Objective: Sasang constitution medicine utilizes voice characteristics to diagnose a person`s constitution. In this paper we propose methods to analyze Sasang constitution using speech information technology. That is, this study aims at establishing the relationship between Sasang constitutions and their corresponding voice characteristics by investigating various speech variables. Materials & Methods: Voice recordings of 1,406 speakers are obtained whose constitutions have been already diagnosed by the experts in the fields. A total of 144 speech features obtained from five vowels and a sentence are used. The features include pitch, intensity, formant, bandwidth, MDVP and MFCC related variables for each constitution. We analyze the speech variables and find whether there are statistically significant differences among three constitutions. Results: The main speech variables classifying three constitutions are related to pitch and MFCCs for male, and formant and MFCCs for female. The correct decision rate is 73.7% for male Soeumin, 63.3% for male Soyangin, 57.3% for male Taeumin, 74.0% for female Soeumin, 75.6% for female Soyangin, 94.3% for female Taeumin, and 73.0% on the average. Conclusion: Experimental results show that statistically significant correlation between some speech variables and the constitutions is observed.

In the electrodeposition of copper foil for preparing printed circuit boards, a little amount of gelatin as a addition agent has been used for the better characteristics of a coat of electroplating. Gelatin modifies the physical properties such as mechanical strength, matte-side roughness, ultimate tensile strength(U.T.S), and elongation of copper foil, furthermore gelatin have influence on the structure of electrodeposits and the cathode polarization. The electrolyte used was of a composition; CuSO₄·5H₂O 300g/ℓ, H₂SO₄ 100g/ℓ, NaCl 10 ppm as a brightner, and was gelatin 0-7 ppm as a addition agent. Current density was 50 A/dm², and the temperature of electrolytic bath was 50 to 52 ℃. Experiments showed that the optimum gelatin concentration was 5 ppm with the consideration of the numbers of electrodeposited nuclei. And the nuclei numbers was sharply increased under 5 ppm, but was almostly constant above 5ppm. Average matte-side roughness by Surfcorder was gradually increased with the increasing gelatine concentration up to 2 ppm, and maximum roughness was observed at 2ppm. The roughness showed gradual decrease within the concentration range of 2 to 4 ppm, and was almost constant above 4ppm . Within the gelatine concentration range of 0 to 7 ppm, as the concentration increased, UTS was increased and elongation was decreased logarithmically. Also, in comparison between UTS and elongation, gelatin was identified as an addition agent acting inversely.
