다수캐비티 사출금형에서 충전 불균형이 성형 품질에 미치는 영향

The injection molding process is a predominant method for producing plastic parts. In order to maximize productivity and molding quality in a injection mold, it is important that each cavity in a multi-cavity injection mold is identical. This requires that cavity dimensions should be identical and delivery system of melt to each cavity have to be the same. Despite the geometrically balanced layout in multi-cavity injection mold more than 4 cavities, it has been observed that the filling in each cavity results in imbalances. Most of cases, this phenomenon of filling imbalances have a bad effect on dimension accuracy, warpage, molding appearance and strength of molding parts. In this study, experiment were conducted to investigate the effect of filling imbalances on the molding quality(surface gloss, shrinkage, tensile strength) in the multy-cavity injection mold.

Aspect of filling imbalance that is originated from imbalanced share rate in runner is changed by material property, runner layout that are factors of changing viscosity and by injection pressure, injection speed, melt temperature and mold temperature that are injection conditions. In this paper, we made a study of runner system that is one of factor of filling imbalance and Sharp Conner Effect and Groove Corner Effect that are recently released. The study are showed that filling rate of between inside and outside cavity was influenced on shape of runner. Also, we suggested runner system for filling imbalance by adapting the two effects at multi cavity of unary branch type and theoretical investigated flow in the Shrap Conner runner type.

Recently, the study for filling imbalance in thermoplastic polymer has gradually been increased. However, it is hard to find the researches for filling imbalance of thermoplastic elastomer(TPE). The experiment of filling imbalance was conducted for thermoplastic vulcanize(TPV) and PP, ABS polymers in the mold with un-geometrically balanced runner system(Branch Type Runner System). In this experiment, the effects of the melt temperature, injection pressure and injection speed on the filling imbalance were investigated.

The experiment of filling imbalance was conducted for the three kinds of thermoplastic vulcanizes(TPVs) and PP polymer in the mold with geometrically balanced runner system(Unary Branch Type Runner System). In this experiment, the effects of the melt temperature, injection pressure and injection speed on the filling imbalance were investigated. There was also the imbalance in TPV injection molding process as well as in conventional injection molding with plastics. The tendency of filling imbalance in TPV injection molding specially decreased by taking place the hesitation of TPV melt.

여러 스트립으로 취득되는 라이다 데이터는 정확한 스트립 조정후에 이용되어야 한다. 스트립 조정을 위해 상대 또는 절대 기준 데이터를 설정하며, 기준 데이터의 특성에 따라 서로 다른 조정 방법을 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 기준 데이터와 라이다 데이터의 특성에 따라 기존 조정 알고리즘을 분석하여, 향후 정확한 조정 알고리즘 개발의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

다중분광 영상의 정확한 지형지물 분류를 수행할 때 고려해야 할 중요한 요소중에 적절한 분류 클래스의 선정과 선정된 클래스의 분리도가 높아지도록 트레이닝 지역(training fields)을 잡는 것은 특히 중요하다. 최근에 이용되고 있는 위성탑재 하이퍼스펙트럴(hyperspectral) 영상은 많은 밴드를 포함하고 있기 때문에 데이터 처리가 어렵고, 잡음(noise)으로 인하여 다중분광 영상보다 분류결과가 나쁜 경우도 나타난다. 특히 대상지역의 클래스에 따른 트레이닝 지역의 선정시 일부 클래스에서 하이퍼스펙트럴 밴드수에 비해 상대적으로 적은 수의 트레이닝 샘플로 인하여 공분산 행렬의 계산에 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Hyperion 데이터를 이용한 분류를 수행하기 위하여 밴드 추출 방식을 알아보고, 분류영상의 정확도 평가를 통하여 밴드 추출의 효용성을 시험하였다. 밴드를 줄이는 또 다른 방법인 클래스간 분리도에 따른 최적 밴드를 추출하여 분류정확도를 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 밴드 추출이나 클래스 분리도에 따라 선택된 영상의 분류 정확도는 분류자(classifier)에 상관없이 전체 밴드를 사용한 원영상과 유사하게 나타났지만, 사용된 밴드수와 계산 시간은 단축되었다. 분류자는 MLC, SAM, ECHO의 3종류가 사용되었다. In order to classify Land Use/Land Cover using multispectral images, we have to give consequence to defining proper classes and selecting training sample with higher class separability. The process of satellite hyperspectral image which has a lot of bands is difficult and time-consuming. Furthermore, classification result of hyperspectral image with noise is often worse than that of a multispectral image. When selecting training fields according to the signatures in the study area, it is difficult to calculate covariance matrix in some clusters with pixels less than the number of bands. Therefore in this paper we presented an overview of feature extraction methods for classification of Hyperion data and examined effectiveness of feature extraction through the accuracy assesment of classified image. Also we evaluated the classification accuracy of optimal meaningful features by class separation distance, which is also a method for band reduction. As a result, the classification accuracies of feature-extracted image and original image are similar regardless of classifiers. But the number of bands used and computing time were reduced. The classifiers such as MLC, SAM and ECHO were used.
특이적 코어 밸런스 트레이닝이 남자 고등학교 배구선수들의 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of core-balance training designed to prevent sports injuries and to enhance physical fitness for high school volleyball players. A total of 16 high school volley players (experimental : 8, control : 8) were participated in this study. All data for this study were analyzed using an Analysis of Variance in a 2 (condition : exercise and control) * 2 (time : pre and post) factorial design. A significant F ratio and all comparisons were made at the p<0.05 level of significance. The results indicated that there was not a significant difference in body composition (p<0.05) whether the subjects were participated in the core-balance program or not. For the peak torque of knees, the change was a significant. There was a significant difference in the peak torque of the lumbar by groups (p<0.05). It was concluded that the trained subjects showed significantly higher the peak torque of the knee and lumbar that the untrained subjects. The increase in the strength of the knee and lumbar could be results of increasing physical fitness enhanced by the core-balance program.
