다수캐비티 사출금형에서 충전 불균형이 성형 품질에 미치는 영향

The injection molding process is a predominant method for producing plastic parts. In order to maximize productivity and molding quality in a injection mold, it is important that each cavity in a multi-cavity injection mold is identical. This requires that cavity dimensions should be identical and delivery system of melt to each cavity have to be the same. Despite the geometrically balanced layout in multi-cavity injection mold more than 4 cavities, it has been observed that the filling in each cavity results in imbalances. Most of cases, this phenomenon of filling imbalances have a bad effect on dimension accuracy, warpage, molding appearance and strength of molding parts. In this study, experiment were conducted to investigate the effect of filling imbalances on the molding quality(surface gloss, shrinkage, tensile strength) in the multy-cavity injection mold.

Aspect of filling imbalance that is originated from imbalanced share rate in runner is changed by material property, runner layout that are factors of changing viscosity and by injection pressure, injection speed, melt temperature and mold temperature that are injection conditions. In this paper, we made a study of runner system that is one of factor of filling imbalance and Sharp Conner Effect and Groove Corner Effect that are recently released. The study are showed that filling rate of between inside and outside cavity was influenced on shape of runner. Also, we suggested runner system for filling imbalance by adapting the two effects at multi cavity of unary branch type and theoretical investigated flow in the Shrap Conner runner type.

Recently, the study for filling imbalance in thermoplastic polymer has gradually been increased. However, it is hard to find the researches for filling imbalance of thermoplastic elastomer(TPE). The experiment of filling imbalance was conducted for the three kinds of thermoplastic vulcanizes(TPVs) and PP polymer in the mold with geometrically balanced runner system(Unary Branch Type Runner System). In this experiment, the effects of the melt temperature, injection pressure and injection speed on the filling imbalance were investigated. There was also the imbalance in TPV injection molding process as well as in conventional injection molding with plastics. The tendency of filling imbalance in TPV injection molding specially decreased by taking place the hesitation of TPV melt.

Recently, according to the applying of sale after building system, it is forecasted that a lot of changes in housing construction. Especially, since it is expected that the change of the system makes a great different conditions in the construction supervision system which is necessary to keep the quality of housing construction, the needs of improving strategies for construction supervision system to adapt the changed system are requested. To achieve this purpose, we selected one of the most affectable factor which could be affected by change of system among the 4 factors of construction supervision system: the assignment of supervisor, the arrangement of supervisor, the business of supervisor, and the standard of supervision cost. In this article, we suggested improving strategies to solve problems of existed system and to adapt change of system using the SWOT analysis.
작업자 위험 행동 감지를 통한 반도체라인 건설 현장의 사고 예방 연구

2019년 코로나 이후 전 세계적으로 반도체의 수요가 점차 증가하고 있다. 이에 우리나라는 전 사업장에 반도체 라인을 추가로 건설하고 있으며 매일 수만 명의 작업자가 현장에서 근무하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 최근 작업자의 안전을 더욱 강조하는 중대재해처벌법이 시행되었다. 특히 반도체 라인의 작업자는 사고 발생 시 화학 물질 누출에 따른 2차 피해 우려가 있기 때문에, 반도체 건설 현장에도 작업자의 사고 예방을 위한 안전 관리 기술 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 영상 Data에 AI 기술을 접목하여 작업자의 위험 행동 기인 사고를 예방하는 기술을 개발하였으며, 추후 현장 적용 시 작업자의 사고 예방 효과를 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

This research was done to produce non-sintered mortar with Industry By-product Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag treated(GBFS) with Phospho-gypsum(PG) as a stimulant, and to find the property of hardening body. The research result showed that both Flexural Strength and Compressive Strength had superior strength improvement to regular cement mortar, and both Flexural Strength and Compressive Strength shows the best performance when Phospho-gypsum was at 15%. Chloride Ion Penetration and Chemical Resistance both showed highly improved performance compared to regular cement mortar, and in case of chloride ion, it showed best performance when Phospho-gypsum was at 7%, and 15% for Chemical Resistance.
