45${\circ}$ 문합각을 가진 동맥과 PTFE 단측 문합의 유한요소해석

Von Mises stress and compliance distribution was evaluated using a finite element analysis on the anastomosis of an artery with length of 20mm(z direction, along the horizental artery), inner diameter of 4mm, thickness fo 0.5mm and a PTFE graft with length of 5.7mm, inner diameter of 2mm, thickness of 0.2mm when anastomotic angle was $45^{\circ}$ and inner pressure of 1330 dyne/mm2 was applied inside the 2 conduits. From the analysis results were obtained as follows. (1) Artery diameter increased in both horizontal x(along the length of artery) and vertical y(perpendicular to the length of artery)directions and the magnitude of that in x direction was bigger than that in y direction. (2) The compliance was maximum on the anastomosis, especially on that with acute angle. The reduction of compliance was observed from the anastomosis area to the either right or left end. (3) The equivalent stress was maximum on top in the y direction and minimum on the nodes apart $110^{\circ}$ in circumferential direction from the top. (4) The equivalent stress was maximum in t도 vicinity of anastomosis with acute angle along the longitudinal direction of the artery. This trend was also observed along the PTFE graft.

In this paper, we design a wedge type rail clamp which can protect container crane from wind with constant clamping force regardless of the operating period When we design wedge type rail clamp, it is important to determine the angle of wedge and analyze a contact conditon of roller and wedge so that we might develop a rail clamp with variable capacity. Therefore, this paper suggest a process to decide wedge angles within feasible range which could be obtained using load analysis and FEA of wedge type rail clamp.

In order to improve the function of a door seal, its section design technique is discussed in this study. Its roles are prevention of an inflow of dusts. noise interception. insulation. waterproof. and the vibroisolating action which reduces vibration between the body and the door of a car while running. and the buffer action which sustian the proper reacting force as the door is closed<br/> In this study. the optimal cross section of door seal is designed using nonlinear finite element analysis (commercial finite element analysis program EASi-SEAL) and tables of orthogonal arrays with respect to relations between door and door seal to secure the satisfactory airtight property with minimum force to shut the door
