CRM과 SCM의 전략적 통합을 위한 데이터 마이닝의 활용

많은 기업들이 업종을 불문하고 새로운 경영 패러다임 도입을 위해 노력하고 있다. 최근의 경영 패러다임들 중에서 가장 대표적인 것이 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)와 공급사슬관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)이다. 이 두 패러다임은 각각 독자적으로 활용되는 것처럼 보이지만 궁극적으로는 통합되어 시너지 효과를 낼 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 마이닝의 기법들 중에서 연관규칙을 활용하여 고객관계관리와 공급사슬관리를 전략적으로 통합하는 방안에 대한 새로운 방법론을 제시함으로써, 유통업자가 데이터 마이닝을 수행하여 빈발 항목집합과 연관규칙을 발견하면 그 결과를 여러 공급업자들이 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 각각의 공급업자가 자신들의 재고만을 파악하여 재고관리를 하는 것이 아니라 공급업자들끼리 연관규칙에 의거하여 재고관리를 해 나가는 것이다. 이는 CVMI(Co-Vendor Managed Inventory)라고 정의할 수 있으며, 공급업자 대 공급업자 재고관리로서 VMI의 개념을 V2VMI(Vendor-to-Vendor Managed Inventory)로 확장시킨 것이다. 즉, 고객관계관리의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 데이터 마이닝과 공급사슬관리를 위한 핵심 요소 기술인 VMI의 통합을 의미한다. 따라서 기업은 고객을 대상으로 하는 CRM과 공급업자를 대상으로 하는 SCM에 모두 효과적으로 데이터 마이닝을 활용할 수 있으며 이를 웹 기반에서 진행함으로써 e-CRM과 e-SCM의 궁극적인 통합을 지향한다. Many enterprises are focusing their effort on the application of new management paradigms regardless of a type of business. Typical examples of the latest paradigms are CRM and SCM. The two paradigms seem to be utilized respectively. However, enterprises have to make synergy effect by integrating CRM and SCM in the end. This study provides a new methodology, called Co-Vendor Managed Inventory, which integrates CRM and SCM strategically by using association rule of data mining techniques. After a distributor finds frequent itemsets and association rules, several vendors use them to inventory management and information sharing. The proposed method extends the concept of Vendor Managed Inventory to the one of Vendor-to-Vendor Managed Inventory. Therefore, enterprises can apply data mining to CRM for customers and SCM for suppliers effectively and intend to integrate e-CRM and e-SCM on the basis of web.

The research for the improvement of the aptitude test system in the field of railroad is progressing actively in advanced countries. Our government is also promoting some systematic supplementation for railroad safety on the basis of the Railroad Safety Act. In this paper, we focus our attention on an improvement of the present aptitude test system which will lead to the improvement of the safety supervision of Korean railroad. For this purpose, we perform a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign aptitude test systems for train drivers. We provide useful information that is needed to derive desirable aptitude test systems.

Since 1971, the aptitude test for domestic train drivers has been long maintained. With the revision of the Railroad Safety Act in 2006, the aptitude test was changed from the type of written and skill test into the type of question-and-answer and reaction test. However, the main structure of the test was not changed. In this paper, we focus our attention on the improvement of the present aptitude test. We surveyed on two groups, one is the railroad expert group and another is train driver"s group, questioning about the importance of the domestic and foreign aptitude test items. Based on the analysis, we suggest desirable aptitude test system for the railroad safety.
철도 안전업무종사자에 대한 국내외 신체검사 제도의 비교 연구

Since the railroad accidents due to the human error occupy considerable proportion among the railroad accidents, it is necessary to study the propriety of the physical examination system for the railroad workers. Our government is promoting some systematic supplementation for railroad safety on the basis of the Railroad Safety Act. In this paper, we perform a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign physical examination systems for railroad workers. We also compare the physical examination system for public officials with that for railroad workers. Then we consult expert opinions of the Korean Society of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Through the comparative analysis, we provide useful information that is needed to amend the physical examination system.
