건축구조설계 허가심사제도 개선에 관한 연구 - 한 · 일 심사제도의 비교를 통해서 -

In this study, the necessity of reorganization of the construction review system, which makes safety management mandatory regardless of scale, was examined for the efficient evaluation of building structures directly connected to the safety of the building. To this end, first, the expertise of each countrys building permit examination was identified by comparing Korean and overseas building permit systems. Second, the problems were identified by comparing specific methods of examining and operating construction permits in Korea and Japan. Third, a survey was conducted for 91 experts who are actually engaged in construction-related work on the contents related to structural review and whether the reviewer was qualified in terms of building permits. Through this, a direction for improvement of the current architectural review system was suggested. As a result of the survey, the necessity of the building permit system was high, but a review was required for the length of the permit period. For a professional and unified architectural structure review, it is necessary to cultivate professional reviewers who have undergone unified examination education and qualification tests, and to clearly define and maintain the flow of examination. Based on improvement of the permit system and improvement of the review process, the review period will be shortened, and it is expected that a more advanced architectural structure review system will be established through mutual understanding and trust building.
유압 브레이커(Hydraulic breaker)의 고장분석을 통한 수명분석 연구

Hydraulic breakers, the attachment devices of the excavators, refer to a machine that converts back and forth motions of pistons into energies to break objects down finely. As the use of hydraulic breakers has been steadily increasing world-wide, consumers have become more interested in not just the quality of hydraulic breakers but their reliability. This study show functions and usages of several main parts on hydraulic breakers. In addition, based on the effect of action of hydraulic breakers, FMEA was performed to figure out the major causes and manifestations of malfunctioning. As abovementioned, we analyzed reliability of hydraulic breakers by models, and the data that had been used for the analyses were obtained from malfunctioning data in the field.
거실피난안전검증법을 활용한 한국과 일본의 화재안전성능평가 비교분석 - 사무실 공간을 대상으로 -

A space composed of member or facilities lawful under the Evacuation & Fire Prevention Regulations, is established under the premise in which the safety performance has been secured from fire or disaster within the scope of legislation. However, the evaluation standard of general safety performance is insufficient, so it would be necessary to review if the fire safety performance has been fully secured in the space composed of member or facilities suitable for the standard. This study evaluated the general fire safety performance according to the area and installed position of smoke ventilator, height of ceiling, and performance of interior finishing material, targeting the office space required for the smoke exhaust system, through the Evacuation safety verification method from room of Japan. Based on the results of evaluation, it would be needed to establish more realistic architectural design measures for safe evacuation by partially modifying and complementing the current regulations related to the area and installation of smoke ventilator.
