방음용 실링재 유무에 따른 틈새 소음 영향에 대한 연구

In indoors, walls block the noise generated in adjacent spaces to ensure an individual relation condition. However, the tranquil environment is restricted by the noise through flanking transmissions. Indirect routes are located in ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and other slits. The slits are sealed with acoustic sealants for sound reduction. This study develops a prediction model for the transmission loss of walls with slits. The theoretical method uses the Mechel model rather than the Gomperts model that was mainly used in several studies. The analytical approaches are compared with measured values. The model predicts the transmission loss of a single partition with a slit within the difference of 2 dB in the middle-high frequencies. Moreover, this study shows the sound insulation effect of the sealed wall that is equivalent to that of the wall without slits.
간헐단식과 주열요법의 병행이 인체의 간 기능 및 콜레스테롤 관련 수치에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was conducted on the before and after changes of liver functions, cardiac vessel and cholesterol related values in combination of intermittent fasting and heating injection thermotherapy, targeting on 36 subjects in each group. Average examined value of positive and negative controls did not show significance (p<.05), which indicated that the homogeneity of the group was assured. Difference of the average examined values of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in case of liver functions between C and S1 groups showed an asignificance, however difference between C and S2 groups showed a significance. Decrease difference of the values of γ-GTP (glutamic transpeptidase) between C group, S1 and S2 groups had a significance. Decrease difference of the values of uric acid between C group, S1 and S2 had an asignificance. Decrease difference of the values of CPK (creatine phosphokinase) and LDL (low density lipoprotein) between C, S1 and S2 groups had an asignificance. Decrease difference of the values of total cholesterol, HDL (high density lipoprotein) between C, S1 and S2 groups had a significance. Difference of the average examined values of triglyceride between C and S1 groups showed a significance, however difference between C and S2 groups showed an asignificance. In terms of all parameters above as well, a significance (p< .001) was shown with in groups and between groups. In conclusion, the combination of intermittent fasting and heating injection thermotherapy showed effect of changing the level of the examined values. Therefore, it is assumed that the combined therapy is useful as a natural healing therapy.

Conducting aquaculture while achieving the two objectives of maintaining a natural ecosystem and sustainable aquaculture can only be achieved when a production system with minimal ecological impact on the natural environment is used. aquaponics to achieve this goal can reduce the amount of water used in the aquaculture process and improve the recycling rate of abandoned materials and nutrients. This enables the combined production of a variety of fish and vegetables compatible with environmental sustainability. In this study, we aimed to examine the applicability of Aquaponics to contribute to the sustainability and environmental protection of the Korean aquaculture industry. The development direction of aquaponics shows two trends that focus on improving RAS technology and recycling nutrients that produce a mixture of fish and agricultural products. Both trends contributed to environmental sustainability. The potential for future breakthroughs in waste production and removal in feed production can further improve the sustainability of fish and agricultural production in aquaponics. In this study, we have studied the changes in the growth of each species, the number of fish, the number of fishes, and the number of breeding, and it has been shown that various wastes(nutrients) derived from fish are a major component explaining the ecological effects of aquaponics. Based on these results, there was no significant difference in the growth of carp in the aquaponics cultivated in Korea, but the growth of lettuce absorbed the nutrients generated in carp cultivation and increased by more than 15% Respectively. Therefore, we expect to be able to utilize aquaponics industrially using various varieties in Korea.

Korean government has issued the ratings standard for disease control of aquaculture farms according to the Aquatic Life Disease Control Act in 2008. There are five rating criteria within the enforcement regulations; period of disease free, performance of disinfection, environmental and hygienic management, keeping record of trade and sales, completion of education for disease control. There are no application has been applied on the basis of the rating criteria so far because detailed subcriteria and scoring indicators has not established for assessment process. In order to apply the ratings standard for disease control, we set up the subcriteria and new scoring for rating disease control level based on legal criteria in this study. This study was conducted on 90 targeted olive flounder farms in Jeju. The result of disease control level assessment on olive flounder aquaculture farms show the overall average of Jeju-do was 72.9 points and differed depending on the district; 74.7 in Jeju-si and 71.1 in Seogwipo-si, respectively. The Spearman correlation of each evaluation index show the disease control level score was correlated highly with the performance of disinfection(R=0.715, p<0.01), and environmental and hygienic management(R=0.661, p<0.01). The result of correlation analysis show that there is the highest correlation between the aquaculture farm status and the total mortality(R= -0.618, p<0.01). The reliability of the results are considered to be accurate in the Cronbach’s alpha value of 0.727.
