Background : Endoscope has improved dramatically and is currently utilized in all fields of neurosurgery. In particular, endoscope is widely used in skull base surgery. However, endoscope possesses innate limitation in which it should be operated manually. To overcome this problem, robotic holding system has been developed and its use is gradually expanding. Methods : Fifty cases in single institution from October to November, 2019 that underwent surgery with assistance by ENDOFIXexo (AKTORmed, Barbing, Germany) were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of robotic holding system. All operations were performed by the corresponding author. Results : Total 47 patients underwent operation and 50 cases, including 3 revisions due to cerebrospinal fluid leakage, were reviewed. The histological diagnoses included 35 pituitary adenomas, 7 meningiomas, 2 Rathke’s cleft cysts, 2 craniopharyngiomas, and 1 cavernous hemangioma. No severe or unexpected events such as swaying or fall down of robotic holding system were reported. Conclusions : ENDOFIXexo can be manipulated easily without any discomfort and no significant complications were found. From the study, we showed the effectiveness of the robotic holding system. Growing experience in using the robotic holding system will eventually accelerate the advance of the system and treatment outcome.
아메노모리 호슈(雨森芳洲)의 교린교육(交隣敎育)에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 아메노모리 호슈((雨森芳洲; 1668-1755)가 지향했던 교린교육(交隣敎育)의 성립배경과 내용을 고찰함으로써, ‘성신지교(誠信之交)’의 교린교육이 가지는 가치와 의의를 재조명해 보는 것이다. 교린교육의 특징은 크게 3가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 대마도의 관리였던 호슈는 조선과의 다양한 인적․물적 교류를 통해 진실과 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 외교관계의 중요성을 인식하였다. 둘째, ‘성신지교’ 는 타문화 이해와 문화상대주의적 가치관 구현을 통해 대마도민을 경제적 빈곤에서 해방시키고자 하는 호슈식 ‘애민주의’ 의 실천이었다. 셋째, 고도의 상업능력을 갖춘 외교관 육성을 목표로 설립된 대마도의 ‘한어사(韓語司)’는 호슈의 ‘성신지교’를 위한 교린교육의 장이었다. 근세 일본의 외교관이자 교육자였던 호슈가 지향했던 교린교육은 타문화 이해를 통한 ‘문화 상대주의’와 ‘부쟁(不爭)’ 등을 통한 세계시민교육의 근세적 실천이었다는 점에서 그 교육적 의의를 발견할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to find out the value and meaning of relationship education called ‘Seishinziko’ in today s global education by examining the process and contents of the relationship education that Amenomori Hosyu aimed at. The results of the study are summarized in three major categories. First, Hosyu, who was the administrator of Tsushima, strongly recognized the importance of diplomatic relations based on truth and trust through various human and material exchanges with Joseon. Second, Seishinziko was the practice of ‘love for the people’, which aims to liberate people from economic poverty through understanding of other cultures and cultural relativism. Third, Tsushima s Korean language school, which was founded with the aim of training diplomat with commercial ability, became the place of relationship education for Hosyu s ‘Seishinziko’. We can find educational significance that the relationship education of Japanese educator Hosyu was a prototype of ‘global citizen education’ in the modern era.
