복지시설 아동의 심리치료 프로그램 효과의 지속성 연구 :아동 행동평가 척도를 중심으로

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 아동복지시설 아동 치료․재활 지원사업에 참여 한 아동, 청소년을 대상으로 사업이 종료 된 9개월 후에도 치료 프로그램의 효과가 지속되는지 여부를 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2016년 아동복지시설 아동 치료․재활 사업에 참여하였던 아동, 청소년 중 120명 을 대상으로 아동 행동평가 척도를 사용하여 사전(2016년 5월~6월), 사후(2016년 10월~12월), 추후(2017년 9월)평가를 실시하였다. 문제행동의 변화를 확인하기 위해 반복측정 ANOVA(RepeatedMesures ANOVA)로 분석하였다. 결과 : 미취학과 중․고등학생은 사전에 비해 사후에 문제행동이 감소되었고, 추후에 치료효과가 유지되었다. 초등학생은 사전에 비해 사후에 문제행동이 감소되었고, 추후에 더 감소하였다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과, 미취학, 초등학생, 중․고등학생 모든 집단에서 치료효과가 치료 종결 9개월 후에도 지속되고 있다는 것을 확인하였다. Objective : The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the effectiveness of the program is sustainable 9 months after project completion for the children and adolescents participating in a childcare and rehabilitation support project. Methods : This study was carried out in three phases: pre-(2016.5~6), post-(2016.10~12) and follow-up evaluation phases (2017.9) of 120 children and adolescents who participated in a treatment and rehabilitation of children project in 2016. The analysis was conducted using a repeated mesures ANOVA to identify changes in problem behaviors. Results : The problem behavior of preschoolers in middle and high schools decreased after the post-evaluation compared to the pre-evaluation, and the effect of treatment was maintained afterward. Elementary school students displayed fewer problem behaviors after the post-evaluation than in the pre-evaluation, and follow-up more. Conclusions : This study confirms that the effects of therapy are maintained for a long period of time. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that therapeutic intervention is effective for children and adolescents in foster care.

The purpose of this preliminary study was to test the validity and reliability Sexual Development Assessment Scale for Adolescents. Subjects were 579 middle school and 504 high school students in Seoul and Gyeonggido. Statistical analyses were by factor analyses, Cronbach`s α, x² value and Cramer`s Ⅴ. Construct validity was composed with 10 factors on sexual Development Assessment Scale for middle school students and 12 factors for high school students. Reliability of each subscale was high and the item discrimination, x² value and Cramer`s V were also meaningful.
지역사회 거주 노인의 치매예방행위에 영향을 미치는 요인

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated the dementia preventive behavior of older adults living in the community by adding fear of dementia to the information-motivation-behavioral skills model. Method: The data was collected from October 10~31, 2019 by using structured questionnaires for 202 older people aged over 65 living in the community. The data was analyzed independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression and Bootstrapping by using SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was shown that factors associated dementia preventive behavior were age, social support, self- efficacy, and fear of dementia, which explained 20.9% dementia preventive behavior (F=13.01, p<.001). The verification result of the mediating effects of self-efficacy and dementia fear by using Bootstrapping method in the relationship between dementia knowledge, dementia attitude, social support and dementia prevention behavior based on the information-motivation-behavioral skills model showed that indirect effects. Conclusion: When an effective dementia preventive behavior program is developed and provided for improving social support and self-efficacy and for reducing fear of dementia based on the results, it will contribute to the improvement of dementia prevention behavior for older adults.
발달지체 진단에서 CBCL 1.5-5 유아행동평가척도-부모용의 변별력

Objectives:The purpose of this study was to verify discriminant validity and the clinical cutoff score of Child Behavior Checklist 1.5-5 in the diagnosis of developmental delayed infants. Methods:The participants were screened by Denver II which includes 156 developmental delayed infants and 288 normal infants. Chi-squared test, t-test, ROC curve analysis, odds ratio analysis were performed on the data. Results:Only 47 items out of 99 items among the CBCL 1.5-5 of total groups, 36 items of boys and 48 items of girls, discriminated developmental delayed infants well. Discriminant validity was confirmed by mean differences on the subscales of Withdrawn, Sleep Problems, Attention Problems, Internalizing Problems, Externalizing Problems, Total Problems, DSM Pervasive Developmental Problems and DSM Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Problems between the two groups. Additionally, ROC analyses demonstrated that Withdrawn, Attention Problems, Internalizing Problems, Total Behavior Problems and DSM Pervasive Developmental Problems significantly predicted developmental delayed infants compared to normal infants. Also, the clinical cutoff score criteria adopted in the Korean CBCL 1.5-5 for subscales of Withdrawn, Attention Problems, Internalizing Problems, Total Behavior Problems and DSM Pervasive Developmental Problems were shown to be valid. Conclusion:The subscales of Withdrawn, Attention Problems, Internalising Problems, Total Behavior Problems and DSM Pervasive Developmental Problems significantly discriminated in the diagnosis of developmental delayed infants well.
학교폭력 가해, 가피해 청소년의 냉담-무정서 특질이 공격행동에 미치는 영향에서 부모 모니터링과 반사회성의 이중매개효과

This study verifies the double mediating effect of parental monitoring and the psychopathic deviate in relation to the callous-unemotional traits and aggressive behavior of the bully and bully-victim adolescents of school violence. The self-reporting evaluations on callous-unemotional traits, parental monitoring, the psychopathic deviate, and aggressive behavior were conducted with 414(204 bullies, 210 bully-victims) teenagers and their parents who were brought to the counseling center for school violence problems. A Process Macro 6 model was established and verified based on prior research results and theoretical background. The results are as follows. First, the callous-unemotional traits of the bully and bully-victim adolescents with the psychopathic deviate and aggressive behavior showed static correlations. However, with parental monitoring, it showed negative correlations. Second, by utilizing the Process Macro, the double mediating effect of parental monitoring and the psychopathic deviate of the bully and bully-victim of school violence was significant in the effect of the callous-unemotional traits on aggressive behavior.
청소년 독서진흥 프로그램 운영평가 - '1318 책벌레들의 도서관 점령기'를 중심으로 -

This study purposed to evaluate a youth reading promotion program that is designed and operated by the National Library for Children & Young Adults. The study specifically assessed the '1318 Bookworm Program' by conducting an in-depth survey and a focus group interview for school librarians who had participated in the program between 2007 and 2010. According to the study findings, the program participants were highly satisfied with the program outcomes. The librarians believed that the program brought positive effects on the cognitive, emotional, and social developments of the participated teens. Among the 1318 program operation process, namely designing, planning, and implementation, both planning and implementation processes were the determining factors for the outcome satisfaction. Finally, study participants expressed the needs for increasing the number of the certified professional school librarians active in the field, expanded organization structure, and further research on youth reading promotion programs in order to facilitate the program support and to enhance its efficiency. They also suggested diversified program contents development and the dissemination of manuals for youth reading promotion programs.
유아의 감각처리가 적응행동 및 부적응행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 비장애(non-disabled) 유아에서 선별된 감각처리문제군의 적응행동과 내재화/외현화 증상 관련 부적응행동을 대조군과 비교하고 감각처리가 적응/부적응행동에 미치는 영향력을 확인하는 것이다. 3-6세 어린이집에 재원하는 비장애 유아에게 단축감각프로파일과 바인랜드 2판을 실시하였고 최종 335명을 연구대상으로 하여 Pearson 상관, t-test, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 감각처리는 적응행동과 유의한 정적 상관관계를, 부적응 행동과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 나타냈고, 부적응행동의 상관계수 범위가 적응행동 상관계수 범위에 비해 높았다. t-test 결과 감각처리문제군은 대조군에 비해 적응행동의 의사소통 및 사회성 관련 영역에서 유의하게 평균이 낮았고, 부적응행동의 모든 영역에서는 유의하게 평균이 높았다. 감각처리 하위요인이 적응/부적응행동에 미치는 영향에서 유의한 설명력이 확인되었다. 비장애 유아에서도 발생하는 비정형 감각처리는 적응행동에도 영향을 미치지만 내재화/외현화 증상 관련 부적응행동에 좀 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.
