The need of least restricted environment for special education has been driven to Inclusive Education. For the effective inclusive education, the awareness and attitude of students, teachers, parents, and local community and governmental support should be forthcoming. The most important thing, however, is the recognition and perspectives of normal students toward the disabled. Currently, in Korea, the integrative education is being operated in a form of special class or integrative class. And the tendencies` being expanding to public kindergarten, and middle and high school, centering around elementary school. Thus, the object of this research is to study the high school students` awareness toward disabled people, to look into the effect of disability awareness program, and compare the effects of different types of programs. The target of this research was 90 high school students whose school doesn`t have a special class. Independent variable was disability awareness program using audio-visual materials and volunteering activities. Dependant variable was the attitude of normal students. The experiment design of this research was non-equivalent control group design. After the operation of the experiment, the result has been discussed through ANOVA(Analysis of Variance). To compare the experimental effects between two experiment groups, Scheffe examination was conducted after the experiment. The conclusion of the research was as follows: First, after using audio-visual materials and volunteering activities, the differences of receptive attitude between groups were significant in the aspect of social contact intention and practical contact. Second, audio-visual program and volunteering activities solidifies the positive attitude of high school students in terms of activity preference with the disabled. Third, audio-visual group showed more drastic changes than volunteering group in receptive attitudes and activity preferences with the disabled. In conclusion, the disability awareness program contributed to change the normal students` awareness in positive way. And students` positive awareness was reinforced more by audio-visual materials than volunteering activity program. This study suggests a systematic program for disability awareness composed of appropriate activities for high school and level-based audio-vidual materials should be developed and integrated with general educational curriculum.
유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 양육 스트레스 및 정서조절양식이 훈육방식에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 아버지의 사회인구학적 배경과 양육 스트레스 및 정서조절양식이 아버지의 훈육방식에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴봄으로써 아버지의 바람직한 훈육방식과 훈육능력을 증진하여 자녀훈육의 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 대구·경북지역의 유치원 3곳에 재원 중인 5세, 6세, 7세 유아의 아버지 267명을 대상으로 아버지의 양육 스트레스, 정서조절양식, 훈육방식에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석, t-test, ANOVA, 위계적 회귀분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아버지의 월 소득 및 학력은 훈육방식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 능동적 정서조절과 회피 분산적 정서조절은 훈육방식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to provide basic information for child discipline by examining the influence of father s socio-demographic background, parenting stress, and emotional regulation style on father s discipline style. The subjects of this study were 267 fathers of 5, 6, 7 years old children who registered in 3 kindergartens in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. They completed the questionnaire on father s parenting stress, emotional regulation styles, and disciplinary methods. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, T-Test, ANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the father s monthly income and education had significant effects on the discipline methods. Second, it was found that active emotion regulation and avoidance-distributed emotion regulation had significant effects on the discipline method.

This thesis is aimed to diagnose and evaluate empirically the performance of BSC which is introduced and operated broadly by Korean governmental organizations in recent two or three years and to induce theoretical and policy implications from the empirical study. In this research, the authors performed evaluation study based on organizational members experience and observation by establishing 9 evaluation fields, 24 evaluation factors, and 68 evaluation indicators through examining existing theories and precedent researches. The evaluation fields include: (ⅰ) organizational members perception, (ⅱ) BSC design, (ⅲ) BSC operation, (ⅳ) job design, (ⅴ) organizational structure, (ⅵ) utilization of BSC, (ⅶ) strategy, (ⅷ) culture and environment, and (ⅸ) effectiveness. Sample agencies were 4 representative central governmental departments in Korea. The authors measured the appropriateness and performance of BSC system through surveying the perception of organizational members who experienced actually governmental BSC. And the authors derived theoretical implications and policy suggestions on success and failure of BSC from the empirical diagnosis and evaluation.
