대형 보일러 와이어로프 노내비계 및 인양시스템에 관한 연구

대형 석탄 화력발전소의 보일러는 안정적인 전력량 수급을 위하여, 계속적인 운전 혹은 기동 · 정지가 반복하면서 운전 되는 등 매우 열악한 상태에서 운전되고 있기 때문에 신뢰성을 유지하기 위한 주기적 점검과 정비는 필수적이다. 정비를 위한 기존의 비계시스템은 모든 하중이 하부로 집중되어 일부 부재에 문제 발생시 연쇄적으로 비계 시스템이 붕괴되는 문제점이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 새로운 노내비계를 개발하여 상부에서 하중을 분산시키고, 일부 부재에 문제가 발생하더라도 연쇄 붕괴의 위험을 최소화하였다. 또한, 보일러 튜브의 구조로 인하여 직접적인 설치가 어려운 경우 노내비계의 설치를 위한 인양시스템을 개발하여 노내비계의 구조적인 안정성을 향상시키고 비계 작업자의 안전성을 확보하여 발전설비의 건전성을 확보할 수 있었다. Boilers of large-sized coal-fired power plants are being operated under very poor conditions such as continuous operation or repeating of start-up and shutdown for a stable supply of electricity. Thus periodic inspection and maintenance are required to ensure reliability of operation. The loads of existing scaffolding systems for the maintenance of boilers are concentrated in the lower parts structurally, which may cause a serial collapse of the overall scaffolding system when there are problems in some members. Therefore, in this study, a safe furnace scaffolding system is developed by dispersing the loads in the upper part, as well as minimizing the hazards of serial collapsing. In addition, for cases where the direct installation of furnace scaffolding is challenging owing to the structure of the boiler tube, a lifting system for the installation of furnace scaffolding is developed so that furnace scaffolding can be supported to secure the integrity of the power generating facility.

정치에서 능력주의는 어떻게 참여민주주의를 잠식하는가?: 서울시의 시민참여형 위원회를 중심으로

이 연구는 최근 능력주의가 문제시되는 한국사회에서 참여민주주의의 현황을 점검하고 문제점을 파악하려 한다. 서울시의 시민참여형 위원회의 구성을 통해 참여자들에게 요구되는 능력과 그 현황을 살펴보고, 참여민주주의의 활성화에 어떤 능력이 필요한지, 능력주의의 영향력을 상쇄시킬 방법은 무엇인지를 살펴본다. 현재까지 한국의 경향은 능력주의를 강화시키고 시민참여를 형식적으로 만들어 왔다. 이 연구는 민주주의의 위기를 불러오는 능력주의의 영향력을 바로잡으려면 발언하고 제안할 시민의 권리(이세고리아)를 보장하고 전문가와 시민의 능력에 대한 재정의가 필요하다고 본다. This study tries to check the status of participatory democracy and identify problems in Korean society, where meritocracy is recently problematic. Through the check of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s citizen participatory committee, we will examine the abilities required by participating democracy and how to offset the influence of meritocracy. So far, Korea’s tendency has strengthened meritocracy and made civic participation formal. This study believes that to correct the influence of meritocracy that brings about the crisis of democracy, it is necessary to guarantee citizens’ rights to speak and propose (isēgoria) and redefine the abilities of experts and citizens

This paper examines how contemporary South Korean cinema has depicted the past through the analysis of two films : Seopyonje (1993), and Beyond the Years (2006). Im`s films, especially Seopyonje, have increasingly tended towards a unified national identity based on Koreanness. This thesis will, however, argue that there is another version of Im`s film that can be seen as a way of refashioning the alleged Koreanness, and this other version is exempli-fied in Beyond the Years. The clear difference between Seopyonje and Beyond the Years will help us clarify this argument. Central to this argument is how Seopyonje and Beyond the Years show the main characters` reunions differently. In Seopyonje, the central characters are close-ly bonded together in contrast to its explicit narrative appeal, thus domesticating the ten-sions at play in the South Korean formation of modernity. In contrast to Seopyonje, Beyond the Years radically reveals the past, by showing that a harmonious relationship between the main characters is always mediated by a third element which breaks down their relationship. It radically historicises the national past by exposing us to a couple that is constantly dis-turbed by a supplementary element which forces us to confront the core social antagonism that is immanent in South Korea`s developing modernity.
