만성 골수성 백혈병에서 골수 Hemosiderin 의 의의

N/A We studied the relationship among the level of bone marrow hemosiderin, clinicohematologic findings and ferrokinetics. The subjects were patients taken from 30 cases who had been diagnosed as chronic granulocytic leukemia at Kyungpook National University Hospital from January 1980 through July 1988. Among these 30 cases 22 cases (73.3%) had a de- creased level of bone marrow hemosiderin. One case(3.3%)had an increased level of bone marrow hemosiderin while 7 eases(23.3%)were normal. In all cases, the level of serum ferritin was likely to be decreased but it was within the normal range. The 7 eases (22.3%)had an increased level of serum ferritin and 23 cases(77.7%)had a normal level. The level of serum iron was increased in 18 cases(60.0%)but decreased in 12 cases(40.0%). Among 15 cases with a study of the half life of plasma iron disappearance, the half life was shortened in 2 cases (13.3%), lengthened in 5 cases(33.3%)and normal in 8 cases(53.3%). There was no correlation between the degree of splenomegaly and the level of bone marrow hemosiderin. However, as the spleen became larger, the level of bone marrow hemosiderin tended to decrease. In 9 cases, there was an occurrence of blast crisis. The level of bone marrow hemosiderin was decreased in 3(33.3%)of the 9 cases, normal in 4 of the cases(44.4 %) while slightly increased in the other 2 cases(22.2%). The level of serum ferritin was normal in 6 of the 9 cases(66.7%)and increased in 3 cases(33.3%). The level of serum ferritin was below normal range in 5 out of 9 cases(55.6%) and within normal limits in the other 4(44.4%). The chronic granulocytic leukemia patients had a tendency to have a decreased level of bone marrow hemosiderin while the patients with blast crisis showed a tendencey to have an inceased level of bone marrow hemosiderin.

이 논문은 한국의 시민운동이 생활정치를 받아들이고 그것을 발전시켜온 과정을 추적하는데 일차적인 목적을 둔다. 그동안 생활정치를 적극적으로 사용한 시민운동의 흐름은 크게 네 가지로 정리될 수 있다. 첫째, 1991년 지방선거 실시와 더불어 여성의 정치세력화를 모색했던 여성운동, 둘째, 일본의 생활자운동을 본받아 생활정치운동을 벌인 소비자생활협동조합운동, 셋째, 시민정치교육이나 시민정치참여의 한 방안으로 생활정치를 주장했던 한국YMCA나 기타 시민운동, 풀뿌리민주주의를 실현하려는 주민운동이 그런 흐름들이다. 그리고 향후 생활정치의 발전을 위해 시민사회단체들은 권위주의적인 통제장치, 동 단위까지 뿌리를 내리고 있는 관변단체, 일상 속에 스며든 가부장과 중앙집권화 등 국가가 만든 다양한 일상적 통제장치들에 맞서야 한다. 이를 위해서는 제도와 비제도를 넘나들며 시민주체들의 정치역량을 강화시키려는 다양한 노력이 필요하다. 특히 시민단체의 제도정치 진출과 더불어 제도정치와 비제도정치를 연계시킬 수 있는 네트워크가 강화되어야 한다. 그리고 학교와 직장, 지역사회의 다양한 공공기관이 생활정치를 적극적으로 실천하며 시민적 공공성을 확립하는 장으로 활성화되어야 한다. 또한 생활정치와 관련된 다양한 교육프로그램들이 필요할 뿐 아니라 그 프로그램들은 일방적인 계몽교육이 아니라 주민들과 쌍방향으로 소통하며 구체적인 실천계획을 마련하는 문제제기식 교육과정과 참여학습, 공동연구 프로그램이 필요하다. This study is to focus on the analysis of the development of life politics and civil movement in Korea. Since the local election of 1991, the Korean civil society organizations have increased their role in various areas such as woman`s political empowerment, life politics movement, citizenship education, citizen`s politic, grassroots democracy. In spite of their positive role for democratization of Korean political society, there are some critics on the role and activities of their role. Some criticize that there is a gap between institutional politics and non-institutional politics. And some criticize the immature of civic publicity and the gap of citizenship education and alternative development plan. This Study bring up the needs and importance of the network for citizen politics. And foster the participatory innovation of public institution and the vitalization of the problem-posing education and action research program.

‘Hot Reheat Line’, which is the reheat steam pipeline among power plant pipe system supplies the reheated steam to the turbine and maintains the constant levels in temperature, pressure and flow rate through equalizing pipeline connected by branching from the main lines. As such a type of piping is the basic configuration of the power plant pipe, most of the coal-fired power plants have the same configuration, which thereby makes damages take place in the similar section and pattern. Similar pipe damages used to occur so repeatedly over time that the only way available would be to adjust the support devices and restore the damages tentatively through repair welding, as a sort of follow-up measure. In this study, it is assumed that the most integral state of the piping should be those initially installed based on the design, so that the pipelines in the Cold condition could be positioned close to the initial construction state, under which the changes of the stress distribution responding to changes of pipe positions would be confirmed by using AutoPIPE, a commercial pipe analysis program. thereafter, the strain gauges for high-temperature purpose are put up on the highly stressed sections to acquire the data concerned, with which the verification and evaluation processes could be carried out against the results of program analysis.

〈괴물〉: 경험적 역사와 실재의 비역사적 중핵 사이의 변증법적 긴장

This essay asks whether contemporary Korean films have produced a new cinema, by critically examining the criteria by which Korean films are said to be new. It attempts to posit a universalising theory rather than making particular claims about Korean films, by suggesting that whether a film text is new or not will depend on its individual mode of address. To explore this problem further, this study draws on the concept of ‘concrete universality’ from a Lacanian/Žižekian standpoint. For my purpose, it refers to examining how a kind of disruptive element in a film text’s formal structure obtrudes into the diegetic reality, thus revealing a cinematic distortion in the smooth running of reality. The Host (Bong Joon-ho, 2006) reveals what cannot be said in an explicit narrative line, thus allowing us to redefine the whole narrative line. As it provides an interpretive possibility that Hyun-seo dies at the moment she is snatched by the monster, it challenges the viewer to an encounter with the inherent contradictions of family and South Korea’s social fabric.

규칙 기반 레이블 부여 알고리즘을 이용한 건축 평면도 세선화

본 논문에서는 건축 평면도를 세선화하기 위한 규칙 기반 레이블 부여 알고리즘을 제안한다. 건축 평면도는 건물을 위에서 내려다본 그림으로, 관측 가능한 정보에 한계가 있어 건축 평면도를 3D 모델로 변환하는 연구가 오랫동안 진행되어왔다. 기존 연구는 대부분 건축 평면도 학습 데이터셋의 부재로 인해 규칙 기반 방법을 사용하여 건축 평면도에 대한 벡터 데이터를 생성하고 이를 기반으로 3D 모델로 변환하였다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 특정 유형의 평면도에 대해서만 동작하거나, 같은 유형의 평면도라도 해상도에 의해 벽 두께가 변함에 따라 성능이 저하되며, 곡선 및 사선 형태의 벽이 포함된 평면도에는 적용할 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 제안하는 방법은 평면도를 픽셀 단위로 스캔하여 각 픽셀의 유형에 따라 배경, 벽, 벽 윤곽, 벽 중심 레이블을 부여하여 벽 픽셀에서 벽 윤곽 픽셀을 식별하고 제거하여 최종적으로 세선화를 수행한다. 이러한 방법은 기존 방법과 달리 스케일에 강인하고, 곡선 및 사선 형태의 벽이 포함된 다양한 유형의 평면도에서도 벽 중심선을 성공적으로 추출할 수 있었다.
