        신규 참여자들의 자활사업에 대한 인식유형에 관한 연구: 자활사업의 전망 및 자활의지를 중심으로

        이 연구의 목적은 자활사업 신규참여자들의 자활사업에 대한 주관적 인식을 파악하고, 이를 토대로 신규참여자를 위한 자활사업 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 자활사업과 관련된 31개의 진술문을 가지고, 신규참여자 18명을 대상으로 Q 분류를 하였으며, Q 요인 분석을 한 결과 인식유형은 세 가지로 나타났다. 첫째, ‘적극적 자활 추구형’으로 자활사업은 어려운 상황을 극복하게 할 수 있는 일자리이며, 일에 대해 적극적인 태도와 높은 자활의지를 보이며, 자활사업 참여를 통해 자립·자활이 가능하다고 인식한다. 둘째, ‘소극적 자활 추구형’은 자활사업은 어려운 상황에서 어쩔 수 없이 선택한 일자리이며, 낮은 급여와 현재 수준의 차별성 없는 자활사업만으로는 어려운 상황을 극복하는 것은 어렵다고 생각한다. 셋째, ‘참여 안주형’은 자활사업을 통해 생계를 유지할 수 있고, 자활급여 수준이 낮지 않다고 생각한다. 대체적으로 자활사업 참여에 만족하고 있으며, 지속적으로 참여하기를 원하고 있으며, 자활 의지는 낮다. 이 연구가 주는 함의는 지역자활센터 자활사업에 참여한지 2년 미만의 신규참여자의 주관적 인식에 부합하여, 위축되고 낮아진 자립·자활의지를 향상할 수 있는 제도적 지원, 다양하고 차별성 있는 자활사업 프로그램 도입, 자활사업 진입단계 맞춤형 프로그램의 개발과 지원이 요구된다는 것이다. This study intends to grasp the perception types of new participants on the self-sufficiency program and to suggest the development of self-sufficiency program for new participants. With 31 statements related to the self-sufficiency program, Q sorting was conducting to 18 new participants. According to Q methodology, there were three types of new participants’ subjective perception. First, participants belonging to the type‘active self-sufficiency orientation’ perceive that self-sufficiency is good job and that participation in self-sufficiency program may help them overcome their difficult situations. They have active attitude on the job and self-sufficiency will. Second, those who belong to the type ‘passive self-sufficiency orientation’ think that participation in self-sufficiency program is inevitable choice. They perceive that self-sufficiency program can’t overcome their current difficult situations Third, the type ‘serene life orientation’ perceives that self-sufficiency program is able to maintain their livelihood and they think that the benefit is not low. But their self-sufficiency will is low. Therefore, this study stresses the necessity of differentiated and diverse self-sufficiency programs suited to the different characteristics of new participants. And it is necessary to continue to provide institutional support to new participants.

        전기 도금 공정을 활용한 양자점 감응 태양전지 CuS 상대 전극 제작

        Copper sulfide (CuxS) has been extensively utilized as a counter electrode (CE) material for quantum dot solar cells (QDSCs) due to its exceptional catalytic activity for polysulfide electrolytes. The typical fabrication method of Cu₂S CEs based on brass substrate is dangerous, involving the use of a highly concentrated hydrochloric acid solution in a relatively high temperature. In contrast, electroplating presents a safer alternative by employing a less acidic solution at a room temperature. In addition, the electroplating method increases the probability of obtaining CEs of consistent quality compared to the brass method. In this study, the optimized electroplating cycle for CuS CEs in QDSCs has been studied for the highly efficient photovoltaic performances. The QDSCs, featuring electroplated CuS CEs, achieved an impressive efficiency of 7.18%, surpassing the conventional method employing brass CEs, which yielded an efficiency of 6.62%.

        In this study, various thin-film fabrication processes have been studied for manufacturing of Fuel Cell using BYZ(yttrium-doped barium zirconate) electrolyte. The fuel cell structure is Anode supported type, and Palladium foil and sputtered porous Platinum are for Anode electrode. BYZ electrolyte is deposited by PLD(Pulsed Laser Deposition) and porous Platinum is deposited for cathode by sputter. Palladium is deposited by ALD(Atomic Layer Deposition) between BYZ electrolyte and cathode to protect carbonation of BYZ. To get a good quality of each layer such as porous Pt electrode, Pd interlayer and BYZ electrolyte, deposition conditions of PLD, Sputter and ALD have been optimized.

        The transient behavior of a passive air breathing direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) operated on vapor-feeding mode is studied in this paper. It generally takes 30 minutes after starting for the cell response to come to its steady-state and the response is sometimes unstable. A mathematical dynamic one-dimensional model for simulating transient response of the DMFC is presented. In this model a DMFC is decomposed into its subsystems using lumped model and divided into five layers, namely the anodic diffusion layer, the anodic catalyst layer, the proton exchange membrane (PEM), the cathodic catalyst layer and the cathodic diffusion layer. All layers are considered to have finite thickness, and within every one of them a set of differential-algebraic governing equations are given to represent multi-components mass balance, such as methanol, water, oxygen and carbon dioxide, charge balance, the electrochemical reaction and mass transport phenomena. A one-dimensional, isothermal and mass transport model is developed that captures the coupling between water generation and transport, oxygen consumption and natural convection. The single cell is supplied by pure methanol vapor from a methanol reservoir at the anode, and the oxygen is supplied via natural air-breathing at the cathode. The water is not supplied from external source because the cell uses the water created at the cathode using water back diffusion through nafion membrane. As a result of simulation strong effects of water transport were found out. The model analysis provides several conclusions. The performance drop after peak point is caused by insufficiency of water at the anode. The excess water at the cathode makes performance recovery impossible. The undesired crossover of the reactant methanol through the PEM causes overpotential at the cathode and limits the feeding methanol concentration.

        One dimensional performance model has been used for the design of torque converter. The model is based on the concept of constant mean flow path and constant flow angle. These constant-assumed parameters make the design procedure to be simple. The constant mean flow path has two conditions that one of them is the path of assumed mean effective flow satisfied with a half of fluid flow area and the other things is the design path crossed each element line orthogonally. But these conditions cannot be satisfied in practice, so it makes an error between the prediction of one dimensional performance model and the result of test. Because the flow is not constant for normal surface, the flow angle and circuit radius are changed as the speed ratio. In this study, the new approaching method of one dimensional performance model is presented to reduce the error using equivalent parameters from the normal velocity analysis.

      • Deposition of Electrolyte for Intermediate Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells by Combined Thin Film Deposition Techniques

        Typical solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) have limited applications because they operate at high temperature due to low ionic conductivity of electrolyte. Thin film solid oxide fuel cell with yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) electrolyte is developed to decrease operating temperature. Pt/YSZ/Pt thin film SOFC was fabricated on anodic aluminum oxide (AAO). The crystalline structure of YSZ electrolyte by sputter is heavily depends on the roughness of porous Pt layer, which results in pinholes. To deposit YSZ electrolyte without pinholes and electrical shortage, it is necessary to deposit smoother and denser layer between Pt anode layer and YSZ layer by sputter. Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technique is used to deposit pre-YSZ layer, and it improved electrolyte quality. 300nm thick Bi-layered YSZ electrolyte was successfully deposited without electrical shortage.

        Consumer Adoption of Offline M-Payment: The Chinese Case

        Purpose: Understanding consumers’ preferences and reasons for adopting new particular technology is crucial to provide the available services that create value for stakeholders and consumers. This study researched offline m-payment adoption in the Chinese market based on consumers’ point of view. It aims to investigate (1) which key factors determine whether consumers will adopt and use offline m-payments in the Chinese market’s context, and (2) whether the individual traits have any moderating effects on consumers’ intentions to adopt offline m-payments. Design/methodology/approach: An empirical research on determinants for offline m-payment adoption has been conducted. The direct influences of the factors determining offline m-payment adoption are explored with an integrated model based on TAM model, the most widely implemented model of user acceptance and utilization of information technology in scientific and technical literature. Perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and habit were used as independent variables. Two important individual traits (self-efficacy and self-expression) were used as moderating variables. Additionally, the perceived ubiquity of consumers, a unique attribute of m-payments, was used as a mediating variable. Findings: Perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and habit all were found to have a positive effect on behavioral intention. Self-efficacy doesn’t moderate the effect consumer’s perception of usefulness has on use intention but has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between perceived enjoyment and behavioral intention, as well as between habit and behavioral intention. Additionally, the current study shows that self-expression has no moderating effect on the process of adoption. Finally, the analysis showed that perceived ubiquity is a mediating variable in the relationships between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention and perceived enjoyment and behavioral intention. Third, it may be useful to integrate promotions and targeted ads from merchants. Research limitations/implications: First implication is that because perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment positively affect consumers’ behavioral intentions to use offline m-payment, service providers should improve the adoption and retention rate by enhancing those perceptions. Second, since perceived ubiquity was found to mediate influence of consumers’ perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment on behavioral intention to use offline m-payments, service providers and retailers should present ubiquitous payment services to consumers, and make consumers realize that by using offline m-payment they can conduct transactions from anywhere at any time by any mobile device. This study has several limitations. First, the research has targeted only offline m-payment adopters. It would be useful to check how factors differ in their importance for adopters and non-adopters. Second, the paper explored the determining factors of offline m-payment adoption only in China. Compare several market ecosystems for better understanding of the differences in characteristics may be useful. Third, the process of adoption may vary depending on which technology was applied. Also, the technical capabilities and preferences of businesses while adopting offline m-payment methods are some of the important factors. Originality/value: The study contributes to the body of research on adoption of new technologies, and specifically mobile services. From a managerial standpoint, it provides new entrants and service providers with a better understanding of Chinese customers’ needs and wants from offline m-payment services.

        부산광역시 제2전시컨벤션센터 건립을 위한 수요예측연구 - 시계열분석과 Huff모형을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 세계 MICE개최 10위 도시인 부산광역시의 부족한 전시장 면적 확충을 통해 MICE산업의 경쟁력을 강화하고자 제2전시컨벤션센터 건립의 타당성을 검증하는데 연구목적이 있다. 부산광역시의 전시면적은 세계 순위 100위권 밖으로 조사되었으며, MICE산업의 세계적인 추세로 MICE개최 10위 도시들은 도시의 전시컨벤션센터를 꾸준히 확충하는 것으로 나타났다. 실제로 전시장 가동률이 60%이상일 때 전시장은 면적을 추가로 확충해야 되기 때문에 부산시의 2016년 전시장 가동률이 51%인 점을 감안해볼 때 중장기적으로 전시면적 확충을 준비해야할 시기라고 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 시계열모형과 Huff모형을 이용하여 수요를 추정해보았는데, 첫째로 시계열모형을 이용한 수요예측결과로는 부산광역시는 2021년도부터 $1,771m^2$의 전시면적이 부족한 것으로 나타났으며, 3년 뒤인 2024년도에는 $10,061m^2$가 필요해 심각한 상황에 이를 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 전시면적의 과부족현상으로 G-star 등 굵직굵직한 대형전시회나 이벤트들을 부산으로 유치하는 데는 분명히 어려운 점이 발생할 것이며 또한 세계 10위의 MICE개최도시로서의 위상을 유지하는데도 한계가 있다. 둘째로, Huff 모형을 이용하여 제2전시컨벤션센터 건립이후 발생할 수 있는 시장의 규모와 수요를 예측해보았다. 결과로는 김해, 울산, 양산, 거제 순으로 부산의 제2전시컨벤션센터를 방문할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 향후 부산광역시 전시컨벤션센터 건립의 논리적 타당성을 정량적으로 확보하고 기본건립계획 수립에 필요한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 향후 연구에서는 부산광역시의 신규 전시컨벤션센터의 기본운영계획과 활성화 방안들을 제시하고자한다. This study suggests the estimation of the demand for the exhibition center in Busan and to valid reasons for the establishment of the 2nd Convention Center in Busan. The validity for the estimated demand is acquired by examining the studies conducted by the Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy. The qualitative data for the phased establishment of the area is suggested in accordance to the results of the demand estimation. From previous study(Oh, 2017), Kangseo-gu, Busan has been evaluated to be the final candidate for building a new convention center in the city of Busan. The potential synergy effects of on-going developmental projects in Kangseo region is one of the influential factors for the MICE professionals' opinion in the qualitative analysis. Moreover, the region has available land to hold the facility of more than 100,000 square meter to overcome the current drawback of BEXCO, insufficient space to hold large events. Lastly, the expansion of Gimhae International Airport would bring an increased international flights that would also lead to an increase in MICE industry for the region. The virtual effect of the more than one million $m^2$-sized oconvention center is examined via Huff Model and the results suggests a logical estimated data for further demand needed for the south east regions, not just within the city of Busan.
