커피전문점 이용객의 웰빙 라이프스타일이 웰빙인식 및 브랜드 선호도에 미치는 영향: 부산광역시 커피전문점을 중심으로

The study conducted a survey on the customer of coffee shops in Busan from september 01 to 30, 2017, with aim to verify the effects of well-bing life style on well-bing awareness, brand preference. For the empirical analysis, the study performed a frequency analysis, credibility analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis using the SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 version. The results of the structural equation analysis for verification of research hypothesis are as follows: i) It was well-bing life sytle that health-oriented had a positive (+) impact on well-being awareness that physical and emotional well-being, community-oriented sis nor have positive (+) physical well-being but positive (+) emotional well-bing, environmentally conscious did not have positive (+) physical and emotional well-bing, trend-oriented did not have positive (+) physical well-bing, but positive (+) emotional well-bing, resource-saving had positive (+) physical and emotional well-being, ii) well-bing life style that health-oriented, community-oriented and trend-oriented had positve (+) brand preference, but environmentally conscious and resource-saving did not positive (+) brand preference, iii) well-bing awareness

This study empirically concentrates a relationship among hotel employees` physical well-ness, job satisfaction, job commitment, and job performance upon physical wellness which is a sub-factor of wellness. Also it provides data about hotel employees` job performance and proposes several suggestions related with wellness to managements as well. For this purpose, the research conducted an empirical testing and studied previous studies. That is say to when employees who face moment of truth (MOT) everyday have high level of satisfaction on their physical wellness, their job satisfaction and job commitment would be enhanced, and it could lead to a beneficial influence on the job performance. The reserch conducted a self-administered survey of deluxe Hotel Employees in Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, Kangwondo, Jeju island. The 308 valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0
