The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the influence of dance sports leaders' authentic leadership on LMX and innovative behavior. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on 330 participants in dance sports in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, Korea, and 303 questionnaires were selected as the final valid sample, excluding 27 unfaithful responses among the collected questionnaires. For the data analysis of this study, the questionnaire finally used for analysis was computerized using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis of the PC/SPSS 26.0 ver. program for Windows after error review work. Based on the verified research results and discussion, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the factors most highly recognized by dancesport participants were intellectual respect for the leader, self-awareness, emotional bond, idea execution, idea development, and moral point of view, in order. Second, the authentic leadership of dance sports leaders partially influenced the leader-member exchange relationship and innovative behavior. Third, the leader-member exchange relationship between dance sports leaders and participants had a partial effect on innovative behavior.
