사회복지 전공 대학생의 취업스트레스와 삶의 질과의 관계 : 회복탄력성의 조절효과

This study aimed to provide help to seeking a preventive intervention plan for lowering employment stress of university in social welfare students and improving quality of life by examining how resilience work between employment stress and quality of their life. This study investigated by carrying out purposive sampling final targeting 118 senior students majoring in social welfare at K university located in Gyeonggi-do. The Study results found that employment stress exerts a significant influence on the quality of life of university in social welfare students, and resilience has a moderating effect between employment stress and quality of life. Based on the results of this study, this study showed applicability of resilience as an internal coping resource for university students, and suggested an active intervention plan for lowering employment stress and improving quality of life.

안정화제 주입량에 따른 중금속 오염토양의 안정화 분석

In this study, a stabilization method was applied to stabilize heavy metals in soils collected from a domestic contaminated area and a Canadian mine site. The stabilizing agent used in the experiment was a solidifying agent developed by KERT Co., Ltd., Korea. The agent was applied to the samples at varying weight ratios of 0, 2, 5, 7, and 10% (w/w). and the concentrations of heavy metals in the effluent were monitored at predetemined time intervals. The results indicated that the stabilization efficiency of heavy metals (Cd, Cu, Pb) increased proportionally until the agent was increased to 5%, which showed almost no leaching of heavy metals after 28 days after agent application. Therefore, addition of 5% relative to soil mass was proposed to be the optimum dose for the stabilization agent.

앙상블에서 베이스라는 악기의 역할은 화음의 토대를 만들어주는 것이다. 우선은 그 기본 임무에 충실해야 한다. 그러나 그 역할에만 집중하다보면 다소 밋밋하고 안정적이기만 한 연주가 되기 때문에 보다 재미있는 연주를 위해서라면 다양한 아이디어를 반영해야 할 필요가 있다. 그런 의미에서 볼 때, Rutger Gunnarsson은 연주곡 위주의 음악이 아닌 대중음 악에 이러한 사례를 적용한 예를 ABBA라는 대 그룹에서의 연주를 통해 뚜렷하게 보여주었다. 화려한 테크닉이나 고난이도 의 기교에 의존하지 않고 기본기에 충실한 연주만으로도 이처럼 다양한 느낌을 낼 수 있다는 것에 주목해야 한다. The role of bass in band or ensemble music literally sets up the foundation of harmony, which must be regarded first. On the other hand, this is also considered so basic or stable that it can be slightly boring to the listeners. Consideration is needed to make the varied trials more exciting. In this sense, Rutger Gunnarsson showed these fine examples not in performing music but in pop music through the Great ABBA. He could make a fabulous sound with only a basic performance, not with a florid technique or rhetorical skills. All bassists must bear in mind that the overall performance depends on the bass. In short, to make better music, remember to practice continually and find better methods.

정신질환자 직업재활시설의 근로환경 개선방안에 관한 연구

그동안 정신질환자 직업재활시설은 법적인 지원근거가 마련되어 있지 않고, 전문성을 발휘하기 힘든 구조적인 현안 문제 등이 상존하고 있었다. 이에, 본 연구는 전국에 설치ㆍ운영되고 있는 정신질환자 직업재활시설 근로자 대상의 근로환경 조사를 통해 정신질환자 직업재활시설의 현 상황에 대한 진단 및 문제점을 파악하고, 이에 대한 종합적인 근로환경 개선 방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 정신질환자 직업재활시설을 이용하는 근로자의 실태를 살펴보기 위하여, 본 연구는 전국에 있는 정신질환자 직업재활시설 11개소를 대상으로, 2017년 6월부터 8월까지 설문지를 배포하여 응답한 총 184명의 응답을 가지고, SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, t-test, ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 통하여, 열악한 근로현황 및 서비스 만족과 제언에 대한 의견을 들을 수 있었고, 서비스 질적 향상 및 규정의 명문화, 업무 난이도 및 생산품목 결정에 있어 장애맞춤형서비스와 임금수준과 결정을 위한 기준과 규정의 필요성에 대한 제언을 하였다. In the meantime, vocational rehabilitation facilities for mental illnesses have not been provided with legal basis for support. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of vocational rehabilitation facilities for mental illnesses and to investigate improvement of working environment of workers using vocational rehabilitation facilities for them. The study was conducted on total 11 vocational rehabilitation facilities in the country, and 184 respondents responded by distributing the questionnaires from June to August 2017 Frequency analysis, crossover analysis, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS 22.0. Through the results of the study, we were able to be aware of opinions on the status of work and service satisfaction the target population with disabilities, and to improve the quality of service and to clarify regulations, And suggested the necessity of regulation.

소방공무원의 감정노동이 사회심리적 건강에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 소방공무원의 감정노동이 이들의 사회심리적 건강에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로써 이들의 사회심리적 건강을 향상하고 감정노동의 수준을 낮추기 위한 개입방안을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 인천광역시에 소재한 소방공무원 193명을 대상으로 하여 유의표집을 실시하여 조사하였다. 분석방법으로는 기술통계분석, t검증, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과롤 통해서, 소방공무원의 감정노동의 하위영역 중 감정표현의 주의와 감정적 부조화는 사회심리적 건강에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구는 소방공무원의 감정노동을 지원하고 사회심리적 건강 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 실천방안에 대하여 제시하였다. This study attempted to contribute to improving their psychosocial well-being and devising an intervention plan to lower the level of emotional labor by examining how emotional labor of firefighters affects their psychosocial well-being. For this purpose, a purposive sampling was conducted and investigated for 193 of firefighters located in Incheon. Analysis methods were descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the attentiveness of emotions and emotive dissonance among the sub-areas of emotional labor of firefighters had a significant effect on psychosocial well-being. Based on the results, this study suggested various action plans that can support emotional labor of and improve the psychosocial well-being of firefighters.

본 연구는 소방공무원이 자각하는 업무환경이 이들의 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아봄으로써 소방공무원 개인차원의 삶의 질 증진을 위한 실천방안을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 인천지역 소방공무원201명을 대상으로 유의표집으로 조사하였다. 조사결과, 소방공무원의 업무환경 하위변인 중 금전적 보상, 도전, 승진이 삶의 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 소방공무원의 업무환경을 지원하고삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 다양한 실천방안에 대해 제안하였다. This study aimed to contribute to the preparation of an action plan for the improvement of the quality of life offirefighters at the individual level by examining how the working environment as perceived by firefighters affects theirquality of life. To this end, this study conducted a survey that used purposive sampling targeting 201 fire-fighting officersin Incheon. The survey results showed that of the sub-variables of the working environment of firefighters, monetaryrewards, challenges, and promotion had a significant influence on the quality of life. Based on the results, this studysuggested various action plans that can support the working environment and improve the quality of life of firefighters.

재가정신장애인의 지역사회통합에 영향을 미치는 요인

This study conducted analysis of data collected from 144 subjects who were registered at the mental health center in N District of Seoul in order to identify factors affecting community integration of the persons with mental illness at home. Variables employed in this study consisted of individual specific variables and five sub-factors of community integration such as ‘own participation’, ‘access to the community`s resources’, ‘access to friends and participation’, ‘community integration through the community`s organizations’ and ‘use of the community facilities’; daily living skill and three sub-factors of social support such as ‘family support, ‘friends’ support’, ‘support of important others’ as well as perceived social stigma. This study found daily living skill as the most important predictor affecting community integration of the persons with mental illness at home. Also age and friends` support, out of individual specific variables, affected community integration. On the other hand, the study found that daily living skill affected community integration in the sub-factors of ‘access to the community`s resources’,‘community integration through the community`s organizations’, ‘use of the community facilities’, while friends` support affected community integration in all other four sub-factors except ‘own participation’. Based on this findings, the study suggested practical implications for community integration of the persons with mental illness at home.

소방공무원의 정신건강과 사회적 자본이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 소방공무원이 지각하는 정신건강과 사회적 자본이 이들의 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 살펴봄으로써 소방공무원의 삶의 질 개선을 위한 실천방안의 마련에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울지역과 경기지역 소방공무원 111명을 대상으로 유의표집 방식으로 조사하였다. 조사결과, 소방공무원의 정신건강(β = -.475, p< .001)과 사회적 자본의 하위변인 중 신뢰(β = .254, p < .01)와 네트워크(β = .248, p < .05)가 삶의 질에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 소방공무원의 정신건강과 사회적 자본을지원하는 한편 삶의 질을 개선시킬 수 있는 다양한 실천방안에 대해서 제안하였다.
