초등 체육전담교사의 전문성 형성과정에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 체육전담교사의 전문성 형성과정에 대하여 다각적으로 살펴보고 그 인식과 과정을 분석하여 초등학교 체육전담교사의 전문성을 개념화하여 설명할 수 있는 이론적 모형을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 이론적 표본추출 및 유목적적 표집을 통해 8명의 초등 체육전담교사를 선정하여 자료를 수집하였다. 그리고 연구 참여자들의 심층적인 경험과 의미를 추출하기 위하여 근거이론 방법의 개방 코딩 및 패러다임 모형을 통한 자료 분석이 이루어졌다. 그 결과 총 6개의 범주와 14개의 하위범주, 36개의 개념이 도출되었다. 현상에 대한 발생과 계기를 의미하는 인과적 조건으로는 ‘체육전담교사의 시작’이 나타났고, ‘교육환경의 변화’가 현상을 지속하게 되는 맥락적 조건으로 확인되었다. 현상의 핵심관념인 중심현상은 ‘전문성 부족경험’으로 나타났으며, ‘교육적 인식의 변화’가 현상의 구조와 강도를 조절하는 중재적 조건으로 확인되었다. 이러한 현상을 대처하기 위한 행위인 작용·상호작용 전략은 ‘지속적인 노력과 반성’으로 나타났으며 선행 과정들을 통해 ‘전문성 신장’이 진행되는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 과정을 통하여 초등학교 체육전담교사들은 다양하게 변화하는 교육현장에서 경험한 전문성 부족을 바탕으로 자신의 수업에 대한 내면적 성찰과 외적인 노력을 통해 체육교육의 전문성을 종합적으로 함양하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따라 ‘변화하는 교육현장에서 수업 성찰과 전문성 함양을 위한 노력을 통해 체육교육 전문가로 거듭나기’라는 연구의 핵심범주가 도출되었다. 그리고 핵심범주를 중심으로 연구 전반의 중요 내용과 결과를 종합하여 초등학교 체육전담교사의 전문성 형성과정에 대한 상황 모형을 최종적으로 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the professional formation of elementary school physical education teachers in various ways and to suggest a theoretical model that can conceptualize and explain the professionalism of elementary school physical education teachers by analyzing their perceptions and processes. For this purpose, 8 elementary physical education teachers were selected through theoretical sampling and nomadic sampling and data were collected. In order to extract the in-depth experiences and meanings of the participants, data analysis was conducted through open coding and paradigm model of the grounded theory method. Based on this, a total of 6 categories, 14 subcategories, and 36 concepts were derived. Through this research process, it was confirmed that elementary school physical education teachers are cultivating the expertise of physical education comprehensively through internal reflection and external efforts on their classes based on the lack of expertise experienced in various changing educational fields. Accordingly, the core category of the study, Rebirth as a physical education expert through efforts to reflect on classes and cultivate professionalism in changing educational fields was derived.

코로나19 상황에서의 초등학교 체육수업 실천에 관한 사례연구

이 연구는 코로나-19(COVID-19) 감염증으로 인하여 시행된 온라인 개학 상황에서 초등학교 현장의 체육수업 변화를 알아보고, 그 과정을 심층적으로 살펴보면서 미래 체육수업의 방향을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 비확률적 표집방법 중 유목적 표집법(purposive sampling)을 활용하여 코로나-19 상황에서 체육수업을 진행한 경험이 있는 초등학교 체육전담교사 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 또한 관련 선행연구 및 각종 문헌 자료 분석을 토대로 반구조화된 설문지를 구성하여 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 체육전담교사들은 코로나-19 상황에 따라 교육과정을 재구성하고 온라인 체육수업을 설계하는 등 급변하는 위기 상황을 극복하기 위한 다양한 노력을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 전면적인 온라인 개학이 시작된 이후 온라인 체육수업 실행에서 체육전담교사가 겪게 되는 다양한 문제와 교육적 어려움이 무엇인지 구체적으로 파악할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 코로나-19상황에서 체육전담교사들의 실천을 통해 경험한 고민과 노력, 반성을 바탕으로 미래의 체육수업에 대한 방향성을 고민해 볼 수 있었다. 이 연구는 도출된 연구결과를 통하여 코로나-19로 인하여 혼란스러웠던 상황에서 진행된 현장의 체육수업을 돌아보고, 변화된 교육현장에 적합한 지원방안 및 교육적 개선점을 살펴보고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes in physical education classes in elementary schools in the online school start-up situation caused by Corona-19(COVID-19) infection and to explore the future physical education classes by looking at the process in depth. For this purpose, five elementary school physical education teachers who had experience in physical education classes in Corona-19 situation were selected as participants by using the purposeful sampling among the non-probability sampling methods. In addition, based on the analysis of related previous studies and various literature data, semi-structured questionnaires were constructed and in-depth interviews were conducted. The results of the study are as follows. First, elementary school physical education teachers were able to confirm various efforts to overcome the rapidly changing crisis such as reorganizing the curriculum and designing online physical education classes according to the Corona-19 situation. Second, it was possible to grasp the various problems and educational difficulties that physical education teachers experience in the practice of online physical education class after the full-scale online start-up. Finally, the teachers in charge of physical education were able to recall the meaning of teachers" professionalism based on their troubles, efforts, and reflections experienced in the process of practicing physical education classes in Corona-19 situations and to confirm the vision of physical education classes in the future. Through these results, this study examined physical education classes in the field that were conducted in a situation where Corona-19 was confusing, and examined the appropriate support measures and educational improvements for the changed educational field.

초등학교 운동부 감독교사의 학교운동부 운영에 관한 경험과 그 의미

이 연구는 초등학교 학교운동부 감독교사가 운동부 운영과 그에 따른 경험에 관하여 자문화기술 (Auto-ethnographic)을 통해 그 의미와 가치를 밝히는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구자 자신이 연구의 관찰자인 동시에 참여자가 되는 ‘나’는 연구 현장인 초등학교에서 2년간 직접 학교운동부를 운영한 일련의 과정들을 심층적으로 이해하기 위하여 세 가지 주제를 설정하고 각 주제별로 내용을 구성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 교사 양성과정에서 전문체육을 전공하지 않은 채로 초등학교에 배치되는 감독교사의 특수성에 비추어 운동부 운영에서 느낀 경험과 교육적 의미를 구체적으로 드러내고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 선행 연구를 분석하고 연구노트, 반성적 회상일지와 공문 및 사진 자료를 수집하여 반복적 비교분석을 수행하였다. 수집된 연구 자료를 바탕으로 학교현장에서 운영되는 학교운동부의 운영절차와 과정을 살펴보고, 운동부 내부에서 일어나는 현상을 기초로 교육적 의미와 경험들을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 도출된 연구 결과는 ‘역할갈등: 교사와 감독’, ‘적응과정: 갈등과 대립’, ‘의미모색: 소통과 성장’ 의 3가지 범주로 종합하여 정리하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 학교운동부 운영과 그 의미를 살펴봄과 동시에 교사의 교육적 성장을 위한 가치를 모색하고자 하였으며, 제언으로는 '학교운동부 운영의 전문성 개발 및 연수과정 확대', '교육청 및 유관단체의 운영지원', '감독교사와 학교운동부 지도자와의 협력 강화'를 이야기하였다. 이러한 논의들을 바탕으로 현장 초등학교에서 운영되는 학교운동부의 실질적 운영 어려움을 해결하기 방안을 탐색하고, 동시에 내실있는 학교 운동부 운영과 학교체육 발전에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning and value of the supervisor of the elementary school sports club through auto-ethnographic about the operation of the sports club and the experience that follows. 'I', who is the researcher himself as an observer and participant of the research, has set up three themes and organized the contents for each subject in order to in-depth understand the series of processes in which the school sports club was operated for three years at an elementary school. . For data collection, previous studies were analyzed, and research notes, reflective recollection diaries, official texts, and photographic data were collected to perform repeated comparative analysis. Based on the collected research data, the operating procedures and processes of the school sports department operated at the school site were examined, and educational meanings and experiences were derived based on the phenomena occurring inside the sports department. The results of the study were organized into'role conflict: teacher and supervisor','adaptation process: communication and confrontation', and'seeking meaning: burnout and growth'. Through the results of the study, the management of the school sports department and its meaning was to be explored, and the value for the educational growth of teachers was sought. As a suggestion, the need for individual efforts and institutional prescriptions to solve the difficulties in operating the school sports department was discussed. Based on this, it was intended to present data necessary for the operation of a substantial sports department and the development of school sports.
