Schwannoma is a benign, slowly growing nerve sheath tumor which can arise from any peripheral nerve containing schwann cels. cells. They do not give rise to schwannomas in the head and neck area. Therefore, it is generaly known that schwannomas seldom occur in the nasal cavity ocupied by the olfactory nerve. We have experienced a tumor that developed in the uper nasal cavity including the olfactory cleft and ethmoid sinus. Based on the location of tumor development, we initialy diagnosed it as an olfactory removed through craniofacial resection. We herein report a case of an olfactory schwanoma with a brief review of the literature in order to alert other clinicians to this rare tumor to expedite apropriate management. The deformation in the surface grinding is discussed by the experimental measurement. (1) The relaction between deformation and depth of cut is studied. (2) The relation between deformation and the hight of work piece is studied. In this paper, deformation increases as the depth of cut increases. Deformation increases when the high of workpiece decreases.

In this paper, vertical type machining center(MC) is used in surface grinding of silicon nitride ceramics with cup-type-resinoid bonded diamond wheel. In order to make clear the mechanisms of this method, a grain is aimed at the analysis of elasic deformation. Through analysis of elastic deformation for a grain, the influences of machining condition of grinding force is discussed. The experimental results are found to be in good agreement with those predicted by the analytical calculation.

Background and Objectives New computer-guided scanner (CGS) recently applied to CO2 laser micromanipulator allows the beam to sweep a given surface with extreme rapidity. Our aim in this study is to evaluate the efficacy and usefulness of CO2 laser-assisted phonomicrosurgery using a CGS in broad-based vocal polyp. Subjects and Method The current study enrolled 41 patients who underwent phonomicrosurgery for broad base polyp of vocal fold. Twenty patients underwent CO2 laser-assisted phonomicrosurgery using CGS (Group 1), and 21 patients underwent conventional phonomicrosurgery using cold instruments (Group 2). Results All voice analysis parameters showed significant improvement after surgical treatment, except fundamental frequency and noise-to-harmonic ratio. Differences between preoperative and postoperative parameters of each voice analysis data did not differ significantly between the two groups. Conclusion Although no significant difference was observed between the two groups, CO2 laser-assisted phonomicrosurgery using CGS allow for performance of more accurate and delicate incision with a controllable depth of beam penetration.
만청 단편소설 시론 : 서사내용과 양식의 변화 관점에서

文學是脫離社會和歷史而不可能存在的, 因此文學內容一定反映其社會的·歷史的變化. 幷且隨着其內容的變化, 文學形式亦有所發展. 本文基於這種文學的變化·發展論, 探討了晩淸短篇小說的敍事內容及樣式上之變化·發展情況. 本文共分爲兩個部分, 第一是『敍事內容的變化』, 在與傳統小說的比較觀點下, 討論了晩淸短篇小說的敍事內容上最突顯的特性卽及時性及時事性問題. 第二是『傳統敍事樣式的繼承和發展』, 探討了晩淸短篇小說在敍事樣式上的傳統敍事樣式之承襲和新試圖. 有些作品承襲了傳統小說敍事樣式的話本體之套語·引子(入話)形式以及某個人物之生活歷程和某個事件之發展過程式(「原始要終式」)的敍事結構等. 但是, 這些作品裏當然也有新樣式的試圖. 有些作品脫離傳統敍事樣式而試圖了新的樣式, 如在敍事結構上, 突破原始要終的模式而試圖了橫截法的敍事結構; 在敍事時間結構上比較明顯地使用了倒敍法·揷敍法等樣式; 在敍事視點上比較多用了一人稱敍事視點; 全篇用人物之間的對話而呈現了主題思想, 等等. 但是也存着傳統敍事樣式之殘影. 這種混在現象在晩淸是不可避免的, 不過這種現象也處於變化·發展過程中. 無論如何, 這樣的變化和發展擴充了中國小說的敍事範圍, 幷且對五·四運動以後的現代短篇小說提供了內容及藝術形式上的充分條件.
