역사경관 왜소화방지를 위한 건축물 높이제한에 관한 연구

This paper intends to make suggestions for proper criteria of building heights to be in harmony with cultural properties and has sub-goals as follows. - to prove the difference in cognized dwarfness degree according to each building height level. - to propose the difference in cognized dwarfness degree according to the distance between cultural properties and view point. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the difference is proved to exist in cognized dwarfness degree according to each building height level as a result of ANOVA. Second, the difference seems to be in cognized dwarfness degree according to the distance between cultural properties and view point, and especially buildin height level is 15m or 18m. Finally, the proper criteria of building heights to be in harmony with cultural properties is 12m.

The purpose of this study is to identify the images of historic landscape and to investigate the adjective variables which enable to classify the differences between historic landscape and other landscapes and physical elements which have mainly effects on the images. This study consists of three phases : in the first phase, to identify the images of historic landscape, factor analysis was used with 15 bi-polar adjectives, and in the second, by disriminant analysis, the adjective variables which play an importand role in discriminating landscapes were identified, and finally, among 12 elements, main physical element that effects upon each image was selected. The results of this study are as follows. 1. As a result of factor analysis, there was a difference in adjective variables among groups of landscapes. 2. In discriminating 3 groups of landscapes, 'narrow-broad', 'rustic-refined' were significant adjective variables, and 'narrow-broad', 'old-new' were the adjective variables that were included in discriminant function for 2 groups of landscapes.

The housing policy in Korea has been established on the assumption that the housing conditions of whole country were equal, and the researches of and investigation upron housing conditions attached too much importance to city area, and especially metropolitans. But the conditions of gun area seem to has been and be no better than that of city area, and therefore from now various researches need to be carried out. The major points dealt with this study include making the conditions and status of gun area clear with guns within Kyung-Ki Do in the center, verifying the problems and limitations of individual guns in Kyung-Ki Do due to indexes about housing conditions, and suggesting the policy directions for the improvement of gun area in Kyung-Ki Do.

Urban landscape as a part of the quality of life has been neglected in urban development since the beginning of urbanization in Korea. Upon the recent awareness of urban landscape, it has been emphasized to manage and improve the urban landscape. This study is to review the status quo and the problems of legal systems and existing urban landscape, and to propose some ideas as alternatives. To manage and improve urban landscape effectively, first, existing legal systems such as zoning related to urban landscape must be itemized and given shape to, and will be positively designated. Secondly, to assist existing systems, new systems such as urban landscape district, urban landscape comprehensive plan, and urban landscape council must be introduced. Fianally, administrative organization and affairs will be simplified and systemized, and have a balance with private sector.
마이크로스트립 직사각형 패치 안테나의 접지면 크기에 따른 특성 변화

본 논문은 접지면의 크기에 따른 마이크로스트립 직사각형 패치 안테나의 특성변화를 알아보았다. 제작된 마이크로스트립 직사각형 패치 안테나는 중심주파수 2.45 GHz으로 설계하였고, FR4(t=0.762 mm,εr=4.4, tanδ=0.025)기판을 사용하였다. 접지면의 크기에 따른 중심 주파수와 입력 포트에서 안테나를 바라본 임피던스는 크게 변화 하지 않았다. 반면에 접지면이 커질수록 반전력 빔폭의 각도는 커졌으며 방사 효율은 일정한 크기에서 포화하였다. 최대 이득은 일정한 크기에서 가장 큰 값을 얻음을 확인할 수 있었다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 바탕으로 최대 이득을 가지는 마이크로 스트립 직사각형 패치 안테나를 설계하여 반사손실과 최대 이득, 방사 패턴을 비교하였다.

This study intends to analysis the development of Landscape Architecture in the actual results of construction works and have a view of the Landscape Architecture with regard for the change of internal and external problems. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows; 1. The sites of the construction works and the offices have been located only in 2-3 areas. 2. The constructions by the private have been increased, but the government offices have taken possession of most constructions. 3. The scale of the constructions has been very small, so in most construcions private contracts have been made. The internal and external problems that are expected to exert dierct and indierct effects upon the future of Landscape Architecture are lifting the ban on the licance, opening to the forgeign companies and beginnmg local self-government.
